We found location great, short walk from station & easy walking distance for sights in Copenhagen. We loved the hotel interior, comfortable seating available in lobby, luggage storage available, we were very happy with our room felt it was a good size with usual amenities (toiletries in bathroom, hairdryer, safe), hotel staff were helpful and friendly, would certainly stay here again

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room clean and comfortable. Location good for access to city centre

Good location. Clean, well appointed rooms.
Bathroom was tiny but had everything necessary, apart from a decent sized sink (sink was so small as to be practically useless for anything other than washing your hands).
Breakfast buffet was limited (eg only scrambled or boiled eggs, plus bacon and small hot dog sausages). Dining room was set up like a school dining hall - weird.
