Everything went very well and easy. And the staff were friendly and serviceminded. Me and my wife stated two nights for our honeymoon and they gave us a champagne and cake. We liled the location and the room very much.

I visited Copenhagen with my mom, as a little girls city break and we loved it. Copenhagen is very pretty, easy to get around and very quiet for a capital city! It was very clean and also felt very safe.
The hotel is in such a great location, right in the heart of everything. We took a train from the airport to Copenhagen Central station (about 20 mins) and then it was less than 10 mins to walk to the hotel. There is a Metro station by the hotel too if you don’t want to walk. We arrived early to ask if we could drop our bags off and it just so happened our room was available straight away, which was a real bonus. The hotel is very modern and clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. The only tiny negative I would say is the bathroom door is frosted glass so doesn’t feel very private and if you need the loo during the night, be prepared to feel your way around in the dark or wake up the other person in your room. But this really is a very small point to worry about.
We visited all the typical sightseeing landmarks and also took the train to Malmö for the day which was easy to do and very nice when we were there.
We loved Copenhagen and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks - 10/10 for cleanliness, location, friendly vibes and everything else you can think of!!
The only thing to be mindful of, which really isn’t a major thing and wouldn’t stop me recommending, is the bathroom door being glass.

The beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing, right in the centre across the road from the town hall and the metro. The shower was also very nice. We came to get married and for us the location was exactly what we wanted.
We were greeted by very friendly staff when arriving. Though we could not check in immediately, they stored our luggage and gave us some recommendations of local places to visit while we waited.
The drinks at the bar were very good prices, and they sometimes offer 241 on cocktails. They also gave us a free bottle of cava on our wedding day to celebrate the occasion, which was a nice touch.
Inconsistent cleaning. This hotel runs on a "cleaning on demand" instead of just cleaning every day. However, we said we wanted it cleaned every day but at most it was cleaned every 2 days. This included having dirty towels and glasses for multiple days at a time. The room didn't even come with a "please clean/do not disturb" sign.
As for things you do not get, I asked the reception if they could supply us with some disposable slippers for use after the shower. They told us that they could not because we did not purchase "the premium/executive package".
After spending nearly €1000 on this hotel, to be told we had not spent enough money to get free €1 slippers seems greedy.
The hotel also does not have a restaurant at all, so it is not possible to have lunch/dinner at this hotel - something worth noting.
Overall, the location & beds make up most of this rating. If we were not getting married across the road, I would have taken a much better value hotel in a different area.
