Go Hotel Østerport

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the breakfast being excellent. The staff are kind and helpful. Location, Location, Location: perfectly located for a tourist visit in Copenhagen with only 5 mins train ride to the central pedestrian streets

The ventilation could be better as the room got very hot and uncomfortable during the heatwave. (But we will use them again at any time)

Stairs and no lifts- but that’s just as we had a buggy, so it wasn’t a huge deal but something to consider . The bed mattresses were very thin

Right next to a major train line. Noise of trains during the night disrupted my sleep

My room was ready when i arrived and i was served imediately. I also enjoyed the gym. Position can be considere dboth and advantage and a disadvantage. As an advantage it was close to the train station-easy to reach and also in walking distance for most of the sightseeings. Also markets are close by, open until late

Although right next to the train station, there was no provision for soundproofing. Also althogh i have to admit that some of the personel were really helpful and supportive, that was not the general case. Additionally i was charged for luggage storage, after leaving the room, which in general is a service freely provided. Last but not least the space arrangement is kind of strange and there is no lifts for persons with mobility limitations, or at least i did not manage to find them.
