The location is perfect for a sight seeing trip around central Copenhagen. The train was 30mins direct from the airport to Østerport train station and this hotel is literally opposite the station! There’s also a supermarket there. You can walk into central Copenhagen- 30mins or about 20mins walk to Nyhavn. Alternatively, you can get the train from Østerport station to Copenhagen central very easily.
It is also a good location for exploring the fortress and Langelinie where the Little Mermaid is located. Our room was on the ‘sleeper’ side as opposed to the to ‘railway sleeper’ and you can definitely hear train noise but this did not disturb sleep, especially as the beds were so comfortable! The room was a decent size and there were facilities such as kettle, body wash& shampoo and a hairdryer was available in the room.
The coffee/ tea/ creamer supply in the room was very limited and no milk sachets.

Great location. 15-20 min walk to city centre. Metro across the road. Trains run right next to the hotel but that doesn’t keep me awake at all.

The location was very good, from Østerport train and metro station we could reach nearly every place we visited by direct trains / metros. The room was simple but we had all we needed, and even though it was next to the rails, the soundproofing was great -- we didn't hear much noise from the trains (but we did choose the simple sleeper rooms). The sorrounding area was also nice, the Kastellet is only a few minutes from the hotel, and there is a supermarket in front of the facility.
On our 3rd day, we put the ,,please clean the room" sign on our door, saw that the cleaning staff was in our corridor, but nothing happened. It caused a little inconvenience, but ultimately we took out our rubbish ourselves and take some new towels from the cleaning trolley.
