Scandic Spectrum

After reading some of the reviews on trip advisor about the issue with cleaning I was a bit worried. But having just returned from a 3 night stay in the hotel I am not sure why some had issues at all. Room was lovely and clean. We have a family room as there were the 3 of us, and I felt it was a really good size. Bathroom was of a very high quality and plenty of hot water. We did ask for our room to be serviced- we needed a few clean towels. We booked it the day before and the team refreshed the room the next day as requested. Definitely recommend the hotel

Had a meal in the restaurant on the first night. Meal was very disappointing. Daughter’s margarita pizza was more like tomato soup on toast.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station and the main attractions. Friendly staff, big rooms and an excellent breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay.

Too crowded (for breakfast was even difficult to find a free table) The bathroom had no tissues and no bath mat. Just… nothing. These aren’t extras, they’re basics for a 4 stars hotel. Rollaway bed noisy and not confortable The blackout blinds ineffective, so we were woken up at dawn every morning

It was a clean and modern building and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Additional charges for lockers/holding luggage, needing to ask for extra tea and coffee, no coffee machine, no cleaning unless booked.
