Nice rooms, arrived late and the reception was open, big breakfast room.

TV - casting. One has to connect to the local wifi and it never got a connection to the tv, so it was not usable. On weekends, it would be nice with an extended breakfast time until 11.

swimming pool, sauna, lounge and breakfest are really great

was a little smelly in the room though, the smell was coming from the bathroom

The lobby was the only good part of the hotel.

Very bossy/rude reception, the pillows smelled like there was someone after a gym work out and lastly the shower booth smelled like sewage.

Very good location. Swimming pool was nice. The breakfast options were great.

The family room was very congested and there was hardly any space to move

We had a pretty mixed experience during our stay at Scandic Hvidovre. The breakfast was really good — lots of food to choose from and something for everyone, which we loved. The adult bed was comfortable, which was a plus.

But there were quite a few things that disappointed us. The restaurant was closed during the holidays, which was quite annoying. What made it even more unusual is that it was only open for specific groups like tourist buses, completely ignoring the other guests staying at the hotel. This is the only hotel we’ve experienced that does this, closing the restaurant on a holiday but still serving only select groups. It would be great if they opened the restaurant for all guests during holidays. Our room was a standard one for 2 adults and 2 kids, but honestly, it was small for a family of four. The double bed was really low, which made it unsafe for our toddlers because they kept bumping their heads. Even for adults, it wasn’t very comfortable. They should definitely make the bed higher and more kid-friendly. We also had technical issues with the TV connection that weren’t fixed during our entire 2-night stay, which was annoying when trying to relax in the room. The pool was small for a hotel that gets a lot of tourists, and since it doesn’t have heating, the water was cold — not really ideal if you want to enjoy it with the family. Also, the playground was pretty dirty with bird poop everywhere, so the kids couldn’t really use it. It would be great if someone checked and cleaned it daily. The hallways were pretty narrow, and since the cleaning staff leave their supplies out during daily cleaning, it made the space even tighter. It was tricky moving through with luggage, especially when other guests were coming and going. Overall, the only things we really enjoyed were the breakfast and the quality of the adult bed. Other than that, we were quite disappointed.

Located close to highway, good for motorists. A bus stop is also close by, though. Clean and decent rooms.

Wish rooms had tea/coffee maker, most hotels have this basic facility. No restaurants nearby other than McDonald. Challenge on Sat-Sun when hotel restaurant is closed

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location, just a few minutes from downtown Copenhagen. The room was squeaky clean. WiFi quality was great.

I stayed during the weekend. The restaurant is closed during the weekend. The family rooms are quite small.
