Lovely lobby area and things to do for kids. Food was good and everything was very clean but the rooms were TINY! We felt very cramped as bunk beds came down from the wall and left no space to walk around. NOT a family room by any stretch of the imagination!

Fast efficient checking and friendly staff. Needs updating as the carpets on 2nd floor looked tired and well worn. Really bad smell that I didn’t notice until the morning

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff is really helpful and nice. It seems a bit like an unsafe area. They have a lot of signs up saying to not leave bags unattended etc.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean and of a high standard. The breakfast had a great selection of items, including lactose free products. Some areas of breakfast hygiene could be improved - we saw a child licking the Nutella spoon and putting it back into the Nutella bowl on the counter and we told a staff member who did not replace the spoon but just shrugged her shoulders. The hotel has a small gym and a rather cold swimming pool. It had good amenities including plenty of towels. There is also a children’s play area outside and small playroom inside which are great for families. The lack of air conditioning lets this property down and therefore we could not give it 5 stars.

The staff were amazing and very professional. Restaurant and food was well beyond our expectations. The hotel was family and child friendly. The hotel staff always did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our only concern was with the cleaning staff who made us feel discriminated against due to our colour and culture.They chose not to change our beddings (ei pillow cases and covers )for the eight nights we stayed. They cleaned the rooms and left the Children’s bed undone, and bins not emptied even upon request. The hotel receptionists both night/day and the kitchen/ resturant / bar staff were the best anyone would want and we will like to say a Big Thank You to THEM. We will surely stay again when next we visit Copenhagen.

Hotel lies at quite a noisy through road. Staff was very friendly & polite. However, three major negative aspects A) I found a former guest‘s documents on a shelf => inadequate cleaning B) Time for ordering (sic!) dinner exceeded 20 min due to a lack of staff C) the pool was ice-cold

Nothing fancy, just a decent hotel. The rooms have no chrome cast and house keeping is on demand. The staff in the reception is the highlight as they were very friendly and highly service minded. And they have free parking

The Hotel was nice in reception, breakfast is good. The corridors are very dated and tired. The rooms are small basic and dated l, but are clean and comfortable. The hotel was expensive and didn’t live up to the cost and also there isn’t much near by in terms of restaurants other than McDonalds but there are 2 supermarkets nearby and there is a restaurant on site but we didn’t try it.

The customer service was A1 . Special shout out to Marcus who was really helpful. All the staff made us feel really welcome and even decorated the room with balloons and banners for my son's birthday - nothing was too much trouble The selection available for breakfast was vast. We only managed to eat dinner in the restaurant on our first night but what we had was excellent, good quality ingredients were used. The rooms were clean. Convenient location to catch the public transport. Highly recommend Fantastic!

We checked in to the Scandic because it was across the street from the hospital where our daughter was to have her baby. The room was excellent will comfy beds. The food was good and the service was great. They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate the baby's birth!

My experience was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night, and had an excellent meal. I slept in a room with two twin beds, and I did find them to be more narrow than what I expected, which is why I did 4 vs 5 stars.
