Only aspect is that I booked the room for 2 adults but it was set up for only one! We had to find the extra bed clothes and towel for the bathroom (we did find them in the cupboard)

I had to prebook my breakfastthe day before, because there were not enough sits for all the guests. I forgot to do itwhen I came back the first day and then I had to go down with my pijamas at 22g in the night, because they didn had phones in the roomto communicate with the reception. I also had to book in advance if I wanted someone to clean my room. And there was no welcome water or a keetle or coffee machine in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was no towel to step in after having the shower. It was very far from the standrds I am used.

Room is ok, in excellent condition, clean and with a fabulous shower. Eco-friendly hotel (cleaning of the room is on demand). Strategic location near metro line M4 (a few stops to get to center Copenhagen). Excellent breakfast buffet.

Booked the stay at this out of city centre hotel. Scandics website indicated the family rooms (2-3 occupancy) had a sea view. The room we were given was facing the busy road and large scale construction work opposite. Not able to open the window due to the noise. The area appears to be up and coming. It is well connected with a metro station, bus stop and water taxi all nearby.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Large variety of options. The only negative about it was that we had to make a reservation. Fine if you knew you had to get up and go, but terribly inconvenient if you get up too early or are running late for your reservation on your holiday. Stayed in summer. The don't have air conditioning but do provide in room fans. That was sufficient to keep me cool. They have bicycles that you can rent for about $25 a day. The 8A line stops right in front of the hotel and the Metro is about a block away. There were a few restaurants, and a grocery store close. No refrigerator in room.

I was disappointed that the spa was not functioning. We had a long drive from Berlin and had booked the property specifically because it had a hot tub. At check-in, the host seemed quite overwhelmed- he was pleasant but overwhelmed.

Clean, breakfast was good- lots of variety. We booked a family room which didn’t have enough room to swing a cat. It was hotter than the sun in the room which made sleeping incredibly difficult. There was no air con just a desk fan to circulate the hot air. It wasn’t even hot outside. There were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room which was very disappointing. We booked the hotel because it had a hot tub however there was no mention of having to pay extra for this. We had a very excited 9 year old who wanted to go in it but refused to pay even more money. We were really looking forward to our stay but left very disappointed which is a shame because it is in a good location. The information given at booking totally misrepresents what is included.

They claim they do all things for environmental reasons but it seems like the hotel is run on a skeleton staff...No phones no kettle, no safe, no bathroom amenities, daily cleaning only on request, even towels have to be requested from the front desk...sparse and bare...

Not normal Scandic standard. If you have an electric car it is not the hotel to stay at... they have only slow charger an that is okay but you are only supposed to use it for 5 hours. That means you have to go up in the night and move your car. Or if you charge it later you have to move the car before 7am. If not not they add a cost for parking 24 hours even if you move you car just minutes after 7am.

The hotel overall is great. The breakfast is big and there are enough options that get well restocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Also there is no noise coming from other rooms which is quite nice Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge so we could cool some drinks. The hotel is a little bit on the noisy side due to between a busy road and the train tracks which means if you sleep with windows open, you might wake up due to the sounds.

It is 5 minutes walk from the metro station and it takes totally 15-20 minutes to go the center. The continental breakfast was nice. The hotel was decorated nicely, the furniture seemed new and modern. The bathroom was good. Our room was clean. There was no AC, but there was a fan in the room.
