the hotel was terrible. i checked in and paid for 2 days. after 1 night, i came back from work to the hotel and all my stuff was gone,. they checked me out. but my card was still working. so without realizing i went to my room and whils sitting in the bathroom, someone random walked into my room. i felt very uncomfortable. the hotel staff thought it was very funny, and upgraded the other person, i had to fight to get free breakfast. then they broke my deoderant and lost my toothbrush... they all thought it was very funny. terrible hotel. my entire company will stop using Scandic in the future

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. However, I am deducting two stars due to the sauna facilities. The hotel's website should not advertise a sauna, as the one provided is suitable for only 2–3 persons at most, which is inadequate for an establishment of this size. Additionally, the heater was only half-filled with stones; it would cost very little to purchase additional stones and fill it properly. Furthermore, the sauna turned off during my stay. I had to exit the area, call reception from my mobile phone (as there is no phone on the premises), navigate the entire menu, and request that the receptionist reactivate it.

Room was pretty basic, clean with a view of the local community outside. No complimentary coffee maker, lotion etc but it’s very convenient to the train station which we used a lot and also metro station and supermarkets are nearby also. It’s a nice place to experience the local culture and also convenient to get to the central station which is only 2 stops away for all the tourist attractions

Hotel was much bigger than we expected. Breakfast buffet was very busy and seemed stressful. We even tried different time. Still the same. Location perfect for sightseeing in Copenhagen less than 10 minutes on the train. Beds were very good and comfortable. Aircondition kept the room at a good temperature. Would have liked a fridge in the room.

The best asset this hotel has is their helpful, professional and friendly staff. Check in was really good and the reception staff took their time to provided all the information you need and more. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need for a stay. It is convenient for the public transport into the city centre. Parking is free and easy to register and also appears safe. A really good hotel at a value for money price in Denmarks capital.

My husband and I could not figure out why this doesn’t get a higher rating. We loved it here. The breakfast was wonderful with many options and we loved working out at the gym which had a great view. The free parking was great and we walked to the train station about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a family room as a family of four and appreciated the generous space and the fact that the room had been recently renovated. However, we would have liked to see the bathroom updated as well — it was okay, but unfortunately quite outdated. The breakfast buffet was excellent and met all our needs. We also enjoyed the children’s playroom, the outdoor activities, and the free parking. It’s just a pity that there aren’t more restaurants close by yet, but it seems the surroundings are still developing.

The hotel is ready for renovation, very basic equipment, small rooms and a tiny bathroom. Breakfast average, clean. Free parking.

Clean room with good bed. Early check has become a way to get more money. It is not anymore about having the room ready. The shower area in bathroom was ridiculous with two doors creating a corner. Highly unpractical.

Was good location for my conference. Just a bit awkward location from sydhaven station- but close enough. Not much in terms of restaurants around but room was spacious; water pressure was good. Breakfast options were great! Just annoying that they don’t have self checkout and I had to wait a while bec there was only one person at the desk at checkout time which is quite unreasonable. Was stuck for 15 min behind someone- had to rush to catch the s train.

During peak seasons, make sure you get to breakfast early; otherwise it gets very crowded. Nevertheless the breakfast was excellent with so many options! The hotel offers several different activities for kids such as a foosball table, mini golf, giant outdoor chess board and a mini playground. We loved the design and comfort of our room and the convenient location of the hotel next to a train station. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel was nicer compared to the other options, but the air conditioning did not work well; the hotel was run down and in need of repair; stepping into the bathtub felt very unsafe without having a Stool to step on, and the bathroom is a bit tight. The staff is very nice and the restaurant food options are satisfactory. The rooms are pretty soundproof. I stayed in the master suite.

The parking is convinient and the room is spacious, also the breakfast was good. but the cleanliness was not on par. We asked for daily cleaning on our 5 nights stay, because we have a small child, but they came only 3 times.. never vacuumed, never mopped, just folded our own dirty blankets and replaced the towels. In the end, we 3 all got sick.
