Good, but not ideal, considering the price.

Comfortable apartment, good staff, nice wine-hours.

Background noise in the room, very annoying. Pillow was not comfortable, my neck hurt when I slept on it. The glasses at breakfast were poorly washed and stained. The water in the shower drained poorly.

Copenhagen Apartments by Brochner Hotels.

Morning Coffee, afternoon drinks and late evening night-caps were provided free of charge. What a great gesture. It created a great atmosphere in the reception/ bar area f the hotel

Light switches and lighting arrangements in our apartment were very odd, nothing was intuitive. The room was dimly lit in general.

Great Social Scene. Great Breakfast.

The social scene at the hotel is really good, they have wine hour and happy hour and coffee hour... so really brings people together. The staff are truly amazing and as helpful as they can be. The location is great. The room size is great, my kid had a great time running around and sitting on the windowsill. The breakfast was awesome, the staff were very helpful. Very kid-friendly too.

But the room itself was a bit of letdown for us. The utensils were not clean. The bathroom shower got clogged and flooded the bathroom. The cost was not justified.

Lured by great advertising; reality painted a very disappointing picture

I liked the location. I liked that I could chrome cast from my device. The bed was comfortable. I was warm and able to open the windows for fresh air.

Very good advertising of apartment which I got sucked in to. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from the beginning. The 'reception' was difficult to find. Turns out, it's just the bar area where you check in. The staff were more interested in telling me about happy hour and night cap hour than telling me about points of interests, where to put rubbish, will the room be serviced, what the number to reception is. In the advert they boasted a (very) good hairdryer - this was no different to the very slow hairdryers I'd had at much cheaper accommodation. No servicing, so the expectation was that my rubbish and towels lasted four nights, five days in the same room?? When i asked for more towels and where I should keep my dirty towels, they said to leave them on the floor and housekeeping would come. They didn't. So the towels ended up in the hallway. It took over 36 hours for them to remove the towels. Luxury products? No conditioner. Conditioner goes with shampoo. The curtains didn't even reach the bottom of the window sill, so light poured through.The glasses and plates and coat-hangers were very high up, and with nothing to stand on, i had difficulty reaching. The rain shower - well, it was full of calcium and lime, so unfortunately water would spurt in all directions. A shower cap would have been nice. I read that the rooms were soundproofed - incorrect. I heard people in other rooms coughing, i heard traffic, and i heard footsteps above me. The 'designer' chair was stained. That you advertised the room with a bedside table and lamp - seriously, all hotels have these. On your website it states 'don't do ordinary'...that's what your hotel was. The kettle was dirty. The towel turned pink while on the floor, and the bathroom needs a very good clean. ; This is not a four star apartment; i felt lured in by very good advertising, but the reality of the place painted a very different picture.

Wish this was a chain hotel so we could stay again in different countries!

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, lovely decor, great sized apartment, good location, amazing that the hotel offer the coffee, wine and ‘ripple’ time.

Only issue we had was the extractor fans broke in our apartment and weren’t attempted to be fixed during our stay. This impacted the cooking we were able to do.

A highly recommended stay! Will definitely be my choice on my next visit.

Breakfast was excellent, organic with barista coffees and even sparkling wine if you felt so inclined! The free wine hour and nightcap hours were the perfect place to meet other visitors and we enjoyed our conversations with people from all over the world!

Great location - just a short walk to the City Hall

Stayed in the Loft Apartment which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The building has a lift. The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of vegetarian choices. Very helpful and friendly staff members who made us feen very welcome. Would love to stay here again!

The apartment we booked was disappointing. It had small windows with poor ventilation, the extra bed we requested wasn’t prepared, and the bathroom was cramped due to sloping eaves, with limited lighting unsuitable for makeup. The dining table light also kept switching off every few minutes despite being reported, and overall the room lacked the warmth, comfort, and quality expected for the price.

A proper stay

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the town center. Spotless and very comfortable modern apartments, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Mixed stay at a beautifully designed hotel

The location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen. The hotel design is truly impressive, with very aesthetic common areas that invite you to linger. The breakfast also deserves praise, served in a pleasant dining room.

Unfortunately, several aspects dampened the experience. The lack of air conditioning proved problematic, especially since the provided fan was extremely noisy. The bathroom ventilation system worked very poorly, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Unpleasant surprise: no housekeeping was provided during my 5-day stay, which had never been mentioned at booking. Finally, while the staff was friendly, I found them somewhat inattentive to guest requests. A hotel with potential but one that would benefit from improving certain basic services to fully justify its positioning.

Very limited space to hang or store clothing, somewhat surprising for an apartment It was a bit noisy at night on Friday and Saturday as our apartment was right above a bar-cum-restaurant downstairs. Thankfully the noise didn’t carry on too late I kept banging my hip into the ledge under the window, which jutted out at a strange angle as I was heading to my side of the bed, leaving a large bruise which took several days to heal

fabulous apartment with extras

clean, spacious, laundry avaiable that was free to use, friendly staff, free glass of wine in the evening. I can't fault this apartment - would highly recommned the stay - we had the superior room and it was great. Staff were fabuolous. There are lots of spaces to sit and chill with a glass or wine or tea/coffee.

Very expensive with no facility.

Location is the only positive

The reception ladies are very arrogant & not helpful at all. We reached at 5:00pm and there is free wine from 5-6pm everyday, but they never informed us of this. The coffee / tea sachets left in room are enough for only one day, even when we had booked the room for three nights. There is hardly any vessels to cook. The hot plate was not switching on & they said the technician can only come by 8:00am next day. No one at the reception was willing to come & help. I myself tried all the permutation & combinations and made it work. They told us that we can checkout by 12:00pm but even one minute late than 12:00pm they will charge us 200Dutch kroner. When in service industry they need to be lil more flexible especially if they are changing us sooo much money.. Bed is small. Lift is very small & if you are leaving / arriving at the time when cleaning is happening you need to walk down / up the stairs as the lift is just not available Please book only if it is the last option.

Great hotel and staff

The hotel and room were fantastic. The only issue was the bed which was close to one wall making getting in and out a little difficult. The staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. I will definitely use this hotel the next time I am in Copenhagen.

A great stay

I had an excellent stay in this apartment! The check-in was done at the hotel next door, which owns the apartments—a great advantage since the hotel has a 24/7 reception. The welcome was warm and professional, making my arrival very smooth. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and well-furnished. Comfort was definitely a highlight, especially the incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The place was also well-equipped, with everything I needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Having the hotel’s services available at any time was a real plus. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Strategic location with walking distance for most of the attractions. Spacious clean apartment with everything you need like curtly , micro, electric kettle, and hot stove. The mattress is very comfortable.

Great location, good to have a small kitchenette.

Shower design with essentially no enclosure causes water to go everywhere across the bathroom floor. Sink not draining properly and leaking across vanity unit. Generally quite dark room facing into a rear small courtyard, at times noisy and smelly. Very warm and stuffy inside but due to issues above couldn’t really open windows at night. No replacement of towels or cleaning over a four night stay. Table only had one chair while clearly a room for 2 people. Not enough hooks. Some lights not functioning properly.

Best place to stay in Copenhagen -don't miss it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - everything about Brochner SP34 was exceptional. We arrived just before 11pm and found ourselves in time for one of the three daily hospitality hours where guests could enjoy complimentary drinks which was naturally a great start. The staff we met were all extremely friendly and made check in/out smooth and easy. Any queries we had were dealt with and solved right away. We had asked for a quiet apartment with a bay window and were super-happy to find ourselves in one of the best, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the nearby park and urban landscape which were endlessly interesting. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building is very well located to enjoy the attractions of Copenhagen and all transport links such as the open top tourist buses and the train to Malmo which was a great day out. We very much appreciated the huge variety of local bars, some with live music, which were all within easy walking distance. If we ever find ourselves in Copenhagen again, it will only be if we can book in here - thanks for a great stay and we will be recommending SP34 to everyone.

Hassle to arrive

the wine social! Awesome... it was full of guests it was really nice. We attended the day we arrived.

The property does NOT have the right address on the Booking page it only has another property,,, the SP 34 Hotel where check in is at. We ended up walking 45 minutes under very windy cold weather when there was no need if they would have the correct address,,, we could have arrived on metro and walked 2 blocks. NO CLEAR address ... I was ready to cancel my reservation because I couldn.t find the hotel. I had to make a long distance call to property because they would not answer immediately to my messages... it was horrible.. HORRIBLE.. 40 minutes walk. I don't know if that caused my husband to get a cold... UNCALLED for. Booking.com SHOULD verify this kind of information, how do they offer a hotel that has another name and does not appear in Google maps,,,. Gladly we didn't pay a cab ... can you imagine it would have been super expensive driving around trying to figure out the puzzle.. ALSO the hotel is under another name on Google maps, SP 34.

Lovely stay

We booked a superior apartment & were very happy with it. Had everything we needed plus a corkscrew! Very important. Didn’t do much cooking but had what we needed so can’t say if everything was there for a full meal. We arrived late on a Friday night & there was coffee & milk so we could have a drink the next morning before going shopping for provisions. Staff were really friendly & loved the happy hour for nightcaps. Didn’t try the earlier happy hour as we weren’t about. Good atmosphere in the bar. Just note that for the apartments you have to check in at the bar at the main hotel round the corner. Luckily we’d seen this on other reviews but maybe booking.com should mention this

The sink was clogged (and we forgot to report it); this should be checked & fixed during cleaning though. The iron board takes too much space in the cabinet; get it to a hanger outside. Instal more hangers (e.g. for jackets at the entrance door) in general.
