We recently inspected the apartment and decided not to stay due to it not meeting our expectations.

We had a disappointing experience with the apartment. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. Difficult access: Despite clear instructions, it took us 30 minutes to enter the apartment from street level. 2. Narrow stairs: Navigating with luggage was challenging. 3. No peace: The neighbors were loud and fighting, causing our daughter significant distress. 4. Unpleasant smell: Marijuana smoke was prevalent in the building and permeated our flat. 5. Temperature issues: The apartment was very cold. The initial impression was overwhelmingly negative. We requested a partial refund from the host but were ignored. Due to these issues, we chose to leave and will not be returning.

We were very happy with the space and assistance from the owners when we needed some batteries for the tv and lock.

The apartment could benefit from a bigger coffee maker machine 😅 we were 5 people in the apartment and there wasn’t enough capacity for everyone’s coffee in the morning

Awful We booked for three nightand left after the first night and booked into a better apartment

No heating, very small, badly appointed bathroom, smelly oven, bad view onto rubbish bins, uncomfortable bed, faulty lamps. Getting in through multiple key pads was difficult in the dark. Terrible apartment

Excellent stay in central Copenhagen

It felt a bit like an escape game to enter the flat, with all the key codes and PIN numbers, but we got in no problem. We didn't meet any host at any stage, but they were very quick to react, and contacted me on the phone when we had a problem getting connected to the internet. Excellent location, right in the heart of Copenhagen, and very well-connected

It's not for light sleepers, as we could hear the ringing of a nearby bell before going to bed at night and again in the morning

Vi skulle færdige gøre en indtjeningen inde ankomst for at gør det hurtigere, med det kunne vi ikke, da vi så kontakter stedet, for vi fat i en dame som vi ikke kan tale med?? Nogen sender noget på mail efter noget tid, men det står på engelsk......så vi måtte finde et andet sted at overnatte, virkelig dårlig service. Vil aldrig anbefale det til nogen, kan slet ikke forstå de kan være under booking.com, så troede man at man var sikker, men desværre, håber bestemt at mine penge retur.

Hyggelig lejl. i privat boligejendom få skridt fra Strøget. Pænt og rent. Godt køkken. Ingen støj.

God beliggenhed og en hyggelig lejlighed. Der var stille og roligt og pænt rent. Veludstyret køkken med alt hvad man har brug for.

Det lugtede lidt af kloak på badeværelset. Jeg vidste ikke, at det var en alm. lejlighed i en beboelsesejendom.

Attention 40 marches pour accéder à l'appartement Toilettes ds la SDB organisation nécessaire pour la toilette nous étions 7 pour 1 SDB et 1 toilette ds la même pièce Cafetière petite pour 1 groupe et manque peut être un micro onde

Bon séjour dans ce studio très bien situé en centre ville.

Studio spacieux, très bien placé, cuisine et coin repas.

Le lit qui n’avait pas de protection de matelas. Cela pose des questions d’hygiène. Rez de chaussée non précisé dans l’annonce avec vue sur cour intérieure, et pas de rideau voile pour laisser passer la lumière mais que personne nous voit.

Ottima posizione e appartamento molto bello!

Bellissimo appartamento, ottima posizione! Sala con divano letto dove ha dormito il nostro bimbo, tavola e TV. Bagno, cucina angolare alla fine del corridoio e camera da letto. Arredamento molto carino e piacevole.

Dal rubinetto del lavandino in bagno usciva pochissima acqua: lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno risposto che sarebbero venuti a sistemarlo ma non è mai accaduto… Non sono presenti armadi: solo uno nel corridoio ma è già pieno: metà con la biancheria e metà con l’aspirapolvere.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad, im Waschbecken nur dünner Wasserstrahl, in der Dusche kaum Wasserdruck und diese war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig!

Było trochę brudno. W łazience zatyka się odpływ. Kanapa w dużej sali nie była wygodna ale na 2 noce da się przerzuć. To dużo lepsza opcja niż hostel wieloosobowy.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in Kopenhagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig gleich neben der Fußgängerzone und ist vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zugang zu Haus und Wohnung funktioniert per Code, der im Vorfeld per E-Mail zugeschickt wird - hat alles prima funktioniert.

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde teils bis spät in die Nacht in den anderen Wohnungen gefeiert. Das Kommen und Gehen im Treppenhaus war sehr laut, weil das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann das störend sein. Wir konnten uns damit aber arrangieren.
