Clean, spacious, warm apartment in great location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and easy walk to the metro, shops, museums etc. High ceilings, comfortable beds, reasonably well-equipped with dishwasher, easy to collect keys from lock box.
The side passage way to the apartment's front door is scruffy and not well lit. No central ceiling lights despite wall switches (lighting is from floor and table lamps). Broken smoke alarm. Privacy issue with windows (but can put the blinds down). Some noise from the apartment above, but not terrible.

The location was so perfect! Everything was within 5-20 min walking distance. As someone who enjoys rambling around a city this was great. It was so warm and clean and we felt very comfortable there.
The only slight thing is it was the the very top floor, I recently had an injury so I found it a bit awkward to get to the top without breaking a sweat, but tbh it was strengthening my leg so not a bad thing really.. it also meant we had cool rooftop views and could hear the bells ringing from the City Hall.

the coziness of the room, it's large, warm and cozy
kitchenette should be renewed, the lid of the refrigirator should be fixed, the utensils are barely enough for three people.
the pillows are thin. the stairs are very narrow.

Kitchen facilities very basic - more effort is needed for basic standard
The shower clearly needs at least a shower curtain if not shower doors. The entire bathroom becomes wet after every shower
