Clean and Spacious Apartment

Extremely happy with this apartment, would stay again. It was clean and spacious. It is located in a good area and not difficult to get to on public transport from the airport. All of the photos matched the real apartment. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

The apartment has very thin walls so if you have noisy upstairs neighbours it bleeds through, additionally there appears to be a club/bar on the street so that can get noisy at night. Overall these are not faults of the hosts but things I would want to know if booking and do not detract from the niceness of the apartment. I would stay again at this apartment.

great location, quirky layout perfect trip for a small family, a couple or a few close friends i would highly recommend

Good apartment. Shame about the surroundings

The apartment was in a central location for all of the Christmas markets.

The 3rd bedroom is separate from the apartment. It isn't clear on the floorplan that you have to go into a stairwell used by other Tennants. The apartment is currently next to a building site which started drilling way before 7am and is on a noisy road full of nightclubs.

Lovely city to visit very much enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location for all main attractions, shops and the metro, so very easy arrival from airport. Comfortable beds good sized light rooms.

We had a couple of teething problems on arrival ie no key for the back door and the shower got stuck on extremely hot water so was unusable. However these were rectified very quickly by the maintenance team. The shower room could benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on.

WAY to noisy, very difficult to get to the space with Luggage

The place was spacious, clean and well equipped ( although could use a microwave)

Saying it was Noisy was an Understatement, Literally screaming outside all night , was unable to sleep. Also , not mentioned in the description , it is a VERY steep 2 story walk up. Absolutely NOT suitable for seniors, or mobile challenged

Spacious appartment with an «airy” feeling. Very good beds. Nice kitchen, would have been nice with a small table. Bathroom ok, a bit worn down, and lacking shelves and knobs, but shower waterfall was perfect. Somewhat noisy in evening/nights from the next door pubs and night clubs. But also wonderful to be so close to all the day and night life. Good value for money.

Pleasant

The apartment is renovated, clean and provides sufficient place and some comfort. The apartment is located in the centre (pedestrian zone) of Copenhagen. Almost everything can be reached by foot and Copenhagen's City Centre makes up for quite a lot of deficits.

The apartment / host did not provide basic touristic information about Copenhagen. The host (Hotel Apartments Copenhagen) seems to be a brass plate company. Contact by the provided contact possibilities is very difficult to achieve. No reaction on e-mails. Phone is only attended occasionally. It took us three days, e-mails and multiple phone calls to gain the access code for the department. Complaints about the apartment were not handled. The host is either not reacting on complaints or just asking for photos. No action was undertaken to remedy findings during the stay. The bathroom is not comfortable at all. It is quite narrow. The light in half of the bath was out of order. The bathroom didn't provide sufficient shelves for 5 persons. The tap was scaled and splashed water outside of the basin. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Copenhagen and very difficult to reach by car for dropping off the luggage. I would expect some hint / map and information in the apartment description how to lawfully reach the apartment to drop-off luggage. The apartment seems to be located in the epicentre of Copenhagen's night life and not all windows shut properly due to unprofessional restoration. Sleep is thus difficult to find at some days. Yet no hint to this is given in the apartment description. One sleeping room is a walk-through room. The dishes are only for four persons (four cups, four glasses, four breakfast plates, four bowls, four knifes), while the apartment is for five persons. The sun-blind of one eastward sleeping room was missing. The sofa had a broken leg, Multiple lights were out of order in Kitchen and Bathroom. Despite car parking is very expensive in Copenhagen's Red Zone the apartment didn't provide any support or a facility to include a car-parking. The apartment didn't provide the option to safely store bicycles. Despite a lot of drawbacks and an unresponsive host the costs are quite high.

Non c era in appartamento nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua per il benvenuto , bagno piccolo e non c era un tappetino in bagno post doccia , cosa importante forti rumori provenienti dalla strada da operai della nettezza urbana e esercenti di attività nel cuore della notte tanto da non dormire , altro che brusio dovuto dalla vivacità della città come descritto preventivamente dall host e da suggerire di mettere tappi al gli orecchi , L host conosce molto bene il problema RUMORI DALLA STRADA NEL CUORE DELLA NOTTE .

Perfekt avstånd till allt i Köpenhamn. Ströget runt hörnet. 15 min till Nyhavn. Café Guldhornet precis bredvid 10 min till Torvehallerne och Christiansborgs slott.

Att vi precis bredvid partygatan har sitt pris menar och maken sover tungt och hörde inte ett ljud övriga u sällskapet hade efter rekommendationer från hyresvärden med öronproppar.

De centrale ligging van het appartement, alles op wandelafstand bereikbaar en dichtbij het openbaar vervoer om highlights die verderaf liggen te bezoeken.

De ligging van het appartement in de uitgaansbuurt. De vele werken in de straat die voor lawaaihinder zorgden. In het appartement is er één badkamer en één toilet, dit is te weinig voor zes personen. Bovendien bevindt het toilet zich in de badkamer wat niet evident is als er zes personen gebruik maken van dat ene toilet en die ene douche.
