it was a very cozy stay and great for three people visting

Not that pleasant

Breakfast and the area were nice. Nicely equipped gym.

Shower situation - water pressure was awful but somehow it was enough to have a bathroom permanently flooded, because of the drain construction. We asked for a quiet room but for the first day of the stay we got loud music and crowds of conference people (our dog was super stressed to go through for the walk and refused to go back) till midnight, so we struggled to sleep. When we were leaving we saw preparations for another conference (so it is not rare).

Lovely apartment, has some issues that need to be sorted.

The apartment was very bright and comfortable, good location for accessing the metro. Hosts were very helpful with information and communication was great. Very well equipped.

There was a really strong, over powering drain smell in the bathroom and the shower curtain really needs replacing as heavily stained. We were also unable to use the sofa bed as the legs weren’t stable which meant one of our party had to sleep on the sofa.

Nice, comfy and roomy

Roomy, clean, immaculate. Very quiet neighbourhood and very quiet building. Everything was perfect. Kitchen didn't lack anything. I felt like at the home of a dear friend. Location is also good. Very close to the airport and not far from downtown Copenhagen.

The small shower space was in stark contrast with the apartment.

Quiet apartment in a very good location.

Very nice and very quiet apartment in a very peaceful area with parking – plenty of parking spaces available. Public transport is nearby, with a bus stop right outside and the metro about a 10-15 minute walk away. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable.

The shower drain in the bathroom smelled bad. Nothing else.

The room temperature was 26 in September, with cooler outside. So the advice was to keep the windows open, which we did.

A nice stay in a quiet place just outside of the city.

The washing machine was very quiet. The house was well insulated. There were fans to help move the air. The hand towels were soft. The featherbed/cover was comfortable. The host was responsive. There were some good second hand shops on the walk to Central and some restaurants and grocers only ~10-15 minutes away.

Great location, just a little too warm.

The location was perfect. It was next to a bus stop which made it super easy to get into central Copenhagen within 20 mins. And a 15 min walk to Øresundsparken for the concert I’d booked tickets for.

It’s a fairly new build but there’s no ventilation. Ours was a ground floor apartment meaning limited windows could be left open but without opening the doors for fresh air, it was unbearable to be in the flat. There were fans placed around which we made use of to move the air a little. Luckily the weather was nice and not too windy meaning we’d prop the doors open whilst having breakfast. In the height of summer I could imagine it’d be unbearable!

Very nice place but also very warm

Lovely location, modern apartment, easy parking on site, clean.

No air conditioner and only one little fan in one of the bedrooms. With windows open on a crack on both sides, reached 27C in bedrooms and 29C in living room even while it was only 21C outside. Ground floor apartments you don’t want to leave windows or doors wide open.

Very pleasant stay in Copenhagen for a big group

The staff is super friendly and ready to help, responds very fast and helps instantly. The beds are good. The area is amazing and the city center easy accessible by bus. Great place for a big group

It was a bit too hot inside at some point but I guess you just have to open the windows more often. And we didn't have a key or a lock in our bathroom unfortunately

I liked the location and the look of the property.

Forced to Leave Due to Overwhelming Cigarette Smoke The apartment presented as average in terms of appearance and amenities. The layout and general condition were decent, meeting basic expectations for a short-term rental. Unfortunately, what completely ruined my stay was the overwhelming cigarette smoke odor permeating the entire apartment. Despite the property being advertised as non-smoking, the smell was so intense and unpleasant that it was impossible to remain there. After attempting to air out the space unsuccessfully, I had no choice but to leave and book a hotel room for the night. This resulted in having to pay twice for accommodation on the same night, creating unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Management should either enforce their non-smoking policy more strictly or, at minimum, thoroughly clean and deodorize between guests to ensure the space is habitable. While the apartment itself was adequate, the smoke issue was a deal-breaker that completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the property.

Horrible service!

It is a newly renovated apartment with nice furniture in a quiet residential area. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment (around 30min to the city) and there are several free parking.

You can’t expect any help from them. All they do is just apologize, lies and blackmail you to put 10 stars on review. A curtain was missing in the living room so it was too bright to sleep on the sofa bed. We have complained but they didn’t fix it. We were 8 of us and yet there were only 6 towels… and again we didn’t get them even after telling them every day. It seems that you can’t expect service and you have to throw away rubbish and tidy up before check out even they charge you over 450dkr for cleaning!

Really good but not perfect.

It was new and modern.

It was really hot in the appartment 24/7. Difficult to cool down. A door had a broken henge, so the door wouldnt close. The kitchen was missing a lot of stuff. The bathroom didnt have a mirror. Outside there was trash all over the place. Parking spaces needs to be marked since people park their car in stupid ways, so 4 parking spaces results in 3.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet area of Copenhagen

The apartment looks brand new. It's clean, very well equipped and comfortable. It's a pleasure to spend time there. Free parking on premises is a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet, with good access to grocery stores. The metro is with a walking distance and gets you downtown in no time.

I knew where the apartment was located (what kind of neighborhood), but for people looking to be close to shopping areas and many restaurants that may not work. I liked it a lot.

A Work In Progress

We were among the first customers, I’m sure things will get better. The potential is there. The location is nice, but expect a 20-30 minute bus ride from the city. Nearest bus stop is right in front of the house, which is very convenient. The beds were nice too, and the kitchen could be great if some more cooking amenities were added. Washing & drying works well, and now that we left a whole bottle of washing detergent behind, there might be some waiting for you too.

I think all except one of the negatives have to do with the fact that it’s a new place and it still needs some thinking. First of all, the codes didn’t work. The main door code did, but not the apartment door. Nor it didn’t for any of the neighbours, so we all had to use the same master code and could’ve just walked in each others apartments whenever. Then the massive heat. There’s really no way to get the downstairs apartment ventilated unless you keep all doors to the street open all night. I guess the AC is supposed to work some day. It was really, really difficult to sleep in that much heat. Please, leave some operating instructions at least. The surroundings are still a construction site. They will get better too, I’m sure. I bet nobody slept there and actually tried living there for a couple of days before putting the place out for rent, since so many little things were missing you’d notice if you just stayed there yourself. Like that the shower spills water all over the bathroom and there’s nothing to wipe it off with but your towel. Or that there’s no garbage bin in the toilet. Like I said, little things. But they add up and make a difference. Stay for a night, you’ll know what I’m nagging about! A thing that has nothing to do with Luxurious Bright Apartments but still had a lot to do with how we experienced our stay was that in the other part of the building people were partying like it’s the end of the world. Unfortunate, but apparently possible. We thought we rented a place where partying was forbidden and it turns out there’s nothing we can do about it - except close all the windows and let the heat sink in. So, a work in progress. And one more thing: The ”please give a 10 point review” message is a total turnoff, please don’t send people sh*t like that.

Perfect appartement voor een goede prijs!

De kamers waren allemaal erg ruim en de woonkamer was prettig en rustig ingedeeld. Een fijne keuken ter beschikking in een rustig gelegen omgeving. Gemakkelijk te vinden en binnen komen via een code ging vlekkenloos.

De locatie van het appartement was niet dichtbij leuke winkels en/of restaurants. Dus wanneer je graag iets wil eten of wil shoppen moet je met openbaar vervoer of met auto. Hierdoor moet je altijd kosten maken om naar het centrum te komen.

Rummelig lejlighed med højt til loftet. To gode soveværelser med behagelige og store dobbeltsenge. Pænt indrettet med alt nødvendigt. Et udmærket badeværelse.

Хорошие апартаменты в симпатичном двухэтажном доме. Две небольшие спальни и просторная гостинная-студия с кухонным уголком. Ванная комната со стиральной и сушильной машинами. Рядом с домом небольшая собственная парковка.

Поскольку на улице была сырая погода, то в не совсем чистой обуви приходилось входить в квартиру. Не было специального поддона или коврика чтобы поставить обувь или швабры/тряпки чтобы как то убрать воду и грязь в коридоре. В ванной комнате также не было полотенца для ног, чтобы стать на него после душа.

Все хорошего качества. Кухонные полотенца. Постельное белье и банные полотенца хорошего качества. Большой телевизор. Уютная квартира.

в спальне было ночью душно и жарко, уменьшить температуру не получалось. Чайник при закипании сильно нагревался, требует замены, вытяжка на кухне не работала ,только свет. Не хватало крышек для сковородок и пары кастрюлек.

Schönes Appartement, Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Es ist ein schönes Appartement mit drei getrennten Schlafräumen mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und zusätzlich zwei Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer-Bereich. Das war für uns ideal.

Die Haupt-Zufahrtsstraße war in der Richtung gesperrt, die unser Navi als Weg zum Appartement gewählt hat. Nach einem kleinen Umweg haben wir es aber doch gefunden.

Großzügige Räumlichkeit und alles war sauber. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

Nogenlunde men med mangler

Beliggenhed var fremragende - Busstoppested lige nedenfor og også tæt på metroen. Lejligheden var flot og fremstod rimelig ny - god plads og fin indretning. Der var dejlig fredeligt. Koden til døren virkede ikke, men vi ringede til overnatningsstedet, og de løste det heldigvis hurtigt.

Afløbet fra bruseren lugtede. Vi prøvede at skylle det igennem, men det hjalp ikke. Vi kunne ikke åbne ovenlysvinduet på badeværelset, da fjernbetjening ikke virkede. Vi skrev det til udlejeren, men fik kun at vide, at vi skulle åbne de andre vinduer i lejligheden. En del af møblerne er ret slidt og enten skæve og er ved at gå fra hinanden. Vi fandt også gamle blåbær i sofaen, som altså ikke var blevet rengjort.

Ok place

Neu, gut an Bushaltestelle gelegen um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

Wir hatten eine Dachgeschosswohnung. Die Stehhöhe ist sehr niedrig und für Personen über 170 deutlich zu niedrig. Der „including private parking“ ist nur verfügbar wenn man als erstes kommt „first come“. Sonst auf können hohe Parkplatzkosten entstehen…
