Fantastic apartment in a wonderfully unique part of town. Apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Neighborhood is easy to walk around to various shops, restaurants and bars. Many restaurants, so you have lots of variety to choose from.

Lovely apartment, needs more kitchen atuff

Although the Booking confirmation said checkin was at 3pm, a message was sent to say 4pm. Luckily the cleaner let us in at 3pm so we could go shopping after a long day of travelling

The property manual indicated a washing machine. Im still waiting for a reply of a message I sent at 5pm of checkin. We were also left with less that a quarter of roll of toilet paper, so thanks to us the next couple of guests will have some after we had to buy a packet of 10 rolls. The kitchen needs more utensils eg salad bowls, baking tray, oven dish - it was really hard to cook a meal for my family.

Copenhagen is a great city, but never again in this apartment!

Location

Bathroom much too small!! Not a proper door, bad smell in bathroom. Rental agency not supportive at all . We had problems with entrance door and were locked out, took hours till someone reacted. Very difficult to get in contact with Agency. Mails and calls were ignored!!

Hosts didn't respond for a about a week after booking Bathroom is tiny No towels hangers No lock on the bathroom door Bathroom sink is not working properly, water is slowly draining out No mop to clean bathroom after shower Cheap toilet paper: doesn't cost too much but makes an bad impression of useless stinginess No soap No kitchen knives in the kitchen? How am I supposed to cook without a knife? Or should I bring one for a vacation?! No tea or coffee: not too expensive but always looks like a nice gesture of hospitality A bottle of oil would be also amazing - as pans and pots are provided Very noisy place: you can hear every move and step of neighbors above your head. I can tell you - they start early! A window of a second bedroom looks at the inner yard, straight onto litter bins: not nice, loud as people use them constantly, it smells. And there is no option to open a window just to let some air in - it's a top-to-floor French-style window (literally doors). And the flat is located on the ground floor. No hangers for clothes.
