2 Bedroom Apartment in Trendy Area

Place is good. Located in the heart of the Copenhagen. Facilities also good.

They have strict rules on check out time. I was called several times at 11 am by one of the staff member & requested to go out ASAP. When I asked additional 15 minutes I was only offered 10 minutes. I have'nt experience like this before. Many hotels & Air bnbs allow around additional 30mins to check out. But the staff person who called me was very strict about the checkout time. It should be bit flexible as we Tourists are bound to many visiting plans. In addition to that the entrance is dirty which had bad smell throughout our stay. Staff has not considered to keep the stairs & entrance clean.

Overall great all you need pretty comfortable beds easy to deal with however the bathroom was a bit unkempt in particular the shower curtain and around the toilet (see pic )

The living room and the location. Also, I had to call to get the check in details and the person on the phone was very quick to help. The location is really good as it is close to the main CPH attractions.

Cleanliness is not good, lots of hair in the carpet, dirty dishes in the diswasher when we arrived, the shower curtain support is not properly installed. The main disappointment was the unpleasant smell of the bed linen, pillows and cushions. They smelled of humidity. General cleanliness of the building could definitely be improved.

Beds were very comfortable, was a good size for a group of 5 of us. Metro access was really easy but it was also walkable to the centre.

Very dirty with visible dust bunnies and previous renters hair throughout the apartment, dirty utensils, food scraps left in oven, no hot pad, no pillow cases, clogged bathroom sink, broken bathroom door handle, non functioning clothes washer, front door and entry stairway lights not working.

Very modern place and cozy place with all you need. Close to a very nice part of town with multiple bars, coffee shops and easy access to transports. Very spacious -- we didn't even that much space.

Very hard to sleep with the amount of noise coming from the rest of the building. Especially in the small room. The walls are pretty thin and the bed is right next to the wall that meets the stairs. Good for a couple of nights, but needy sleepers will have a tough time.

Amazing location in the middle of Norrebro. Beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need.

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, and the photos shown on booking.com pages look quite like what the apartment looks like in reality. There was even more room than you would expect, when looking at the pictures.

There's no person as host, but Copenhagen Living, and it does not work. If you need help or assistance, you will not get it. We had to shorten our stay by one day and informed about this on the last refundable day. Due to delay in host response, and against their later promise, we did not get any refund but had to pay for the whole originally booked stay. Booking.com accepted the right to refund, but it has no impact. The host first said they need to take this into their "finance department" where "it could take months" to handle the topic. Finally they said refund is against their policy. Maybe because the request was late or wrong, due to their failure to respond to my original message in time. When arriving, the keylock was supposed to be marked, but it was not. Luckily, there were only 5 lock boxes to be tested, so no big issue. There are no instructions for guests in the apartment (quiet times, location of trash bins, check-out expectations). Coffee maker was broken and the maintenance team did not fix it during our whole stay, despite numerous messages & a phone call. There was no trash can in the whole apartment, nor did they bring one. There are no towel hooks - would help drying the towels to have at least one. There was someone's laundry in the washing machine. There was also lots of noise from the above apartment. Maybe a party one night, as the noise only stopped at 3 am. The host sent us check-out instructions after we should already have left the apartment. Guests are supposed to wash the dishes - but there is no washing-up liquid, so buy it. You should also take out the trash - find out where. You can for sure manage with all this, but when there are so many issues, all these small things pile up, and it does spoil the experience you expect to have on vacation - especially the feeling that you do not matter, as long as you just pay.

Bathroom needs an additional cleaning

Lounge/dining area is nice. But not great lay out, we actually moved the sofa so we weren’t straining to watch the TV.

When we moved the sofa to position it better to see the TV there was rubbish under the sofa and needed hoovering. The bathroom is very dated and shower curtain doesn’t stop the bathroom floor getting wet and slippery. The bedrooms are ok. Not particularly a toddler friendly property as it is old and has heating pipes throughout. The noise from upstairs was a lot, but I suppose can be expected from a flat. When we booked we asked for a cot, we paid for early check in and would have expected the cot to be at the property ready but at 7:30pm we were on the phone desperately asking them to bring a cot so we could put our daughter in bed. The women on the phone kept telling us she would call when she had an update but she didn’t know if it would be that night or the following day! What am I suppose to do with my 1 year old for the night? We were then told they couldn’t get the cot to us so my partner had to drive to collect it. We didn’t get the cot until 8:30pm, our daughter is usually in bed asleep by 6:30pm. They didn’t seem to see a problem with this and with my partner having to drive to collect it, take it apart and then put it back together in our flat. We have received no apology for this just been fobbed off that someone will be in touch. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Schöne Lage, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, großzügiges Wohnzimmer, einfaches check-in und check-out.

Das Treppenhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Aber es ist wirklich nur das Treppenhaus.

Die Lage ist super. Das Internet hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben frisch gerochen.

Es ist einfach ÜBERALL dreckig, klebrig und staubig. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte war klebrig, der Geschirrspüler voller Geschirr. Wir haben kein Geschirr benutzt, weil wir uns so geekelt haben. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Dusche und Fenster sind voller Schimmel. Der völlig verdreckte Duschvorhang fällt fast herunter. Und das Bad wurde einfach nicht gereinigt. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind mMn zu klein. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist sehr ungünstig gestaltet, weil man nicht am Bettende entlangkommt. Es riecht in der ganzen Wohnung extrem muffig. Wir hatten eigentlich keine Lust uns groß in der Wohnung aufzuhalten und würden sie auf keinen Fall noch einmal anmieten. Es war recht hellhörig, denn es ist eben ein unsanierter Altbau. Die Müllabfuhr hat uns leider immer sehr früh geweckt.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage in Nörrebro, zentral und gut gelegen in einer Nebenstraße. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für vier Personen, die sich zwei Schlafzimmer teilen können. Viel Platz im Wohnzimmer, die Küche hat im wesentlichen, das was man braucht.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern fand irgendwie nicht statt. Wir hatten nach einer etwas früheren Anreise gefragt und keine Antwort bekommen. Wir sollten eine Woche vor Anreise konkrete Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe bekommen, sie kam eine Stunde vor Anreise – auf Nachfrage. Das wünschten wir uns professioneller. Eine Kaffeemaschine in einer Wohnung für 6 Personen, die gerade zwei Tassen zubereitet, warum?

Appartement lumineux, propre, grand séjour, le quartier et l'immeuble étaient calmes. Jolie décoration.

Lage ist gut. Teilweise war es nachts etwas laut. Die Küche ist etwas gebraucht und der. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und nett. Preis-Leistung ist ok.

Duschvorhang im Bad sollte gewechselt werden. Am besten in eine Duschkabine.
