Mancanza di strutture letto, solo materassi per terra, in soggiorno doveva esserci secondo la descrizione un divano letto, c’era solo il materasso Casa con un unica porta interna, tenda al posto della porta nella camera della letto e assenza di porta nella doccia Mancanza di privacy, grande vetrine sulla strada con tende a coprire, alternativa stare tutto il giorno con le tende chiuse o lasciare che tutti guardino dentro Unico termosifone in soggiorno, che non è sufficiente a scaldare tutta la casa Bagno microscopico Pavimenti rovinati e vecchi, coperti da tappeti Vecchio negozio/ufficio riadattato a appartamento, da’ la sensazione di ristrutturazione “fai da te” non terminata
