Ok for the short stay.

Great location. Room was clean. They give me ice for free many times. Parking avalable. Very very close to Bussterminal.

Room and bathroom was VERY small. There was a kitchen available, but they did not let me to use it because my room was basic order, very far from grocery stor and restaurant and everything. And you had to pay for luggage storage and was kind of expensive. Staff sometimes not very friendly!!!

Pleasant accomodations with a good location

This affordable hotel felt more "hotel" than "affordable". The room was clean, every necessity was covered and we enjoyed the stay very much. The bed was comfortable and the entry card system worked well. The location is also quite central.

- the room lacked a fridge, microwave oven and utensils - the bathroom was a single unseparated unit, so taking a shower got the toilet and sink wet - the walls were a bit thin, so our loud neighbours were somewhat unpleasant - the smoking area is just outside the lobby, so it smelled

Blood on the bed sheets, got moved room. Room was cleaned once out of a four night stay. Constant smell of urine in the toilet. Staff silenced fire alarm at 5 o’clock in the morning before fire brigade arrived.

Mediocre experience

Staff was helpful enough

Was put in a room with a window to a very busy and noisy road as the only way to regulate temperature (room temperature was very high!). Barely slept the first night. Bedding was clean, but nightstand had clearly not been cleaned (spots), and there was someone else's hair on the floor in the bathroom. Staff did kindly give me another room next morning, which was better in terms of temperature and noise, but there were also issues with the cleaning (crumbs on the table). They also lent me a fan. Guest were sitting outside the entrance drinking and smoking, and there was quite a bit of noise from other guests in the evening. That's not the hotel's fault, but I was not too keen on the vibe.

Okaish experience in a big hotel with small room

The bed was comfortable. Although there isn’t much to see or do in the neighborhood, it’s easily accessible via the train station. The room was small but sufficient.

The room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and the check-in process took too long. Although there are four elevators, they are quite slow. I chose to take the stairs, but finding the room was a bit challenging due to the large number of rooms, they should add more signs. The bathroom was okay but small; the floor gets wet easily after a shower.

Perfect base to go off and explore

iI've stayed here before because of the location - it is perfectly situated for my needs. Only 10 minutes from the central; station and there's a shopping mall only 5 minutes away.

It really is only for sleeping. Rooms are functional. Hallways are incredibly long.

Very often at the entrance outside, there were people drinking alcohol and leaving their cans and cigarettes there. It was not tidy or nice to be there.

Never again

Check in took hours and the reservation system during the check in was broken during the whole stay. My friend had to change his room 3 times.. The staff are reluctant to help and showed no interest but the self check in and out system did not work the whole time. Too many people in the queue waited for the check in which took 2 hours after check in time started at 15.00 with wrong rooms. We both had to wait for hours wasting our limited time. We had already asked for an early check in days before our arrival. Let alone early check in we could get in our room after 17.00pm

Booker beware. Budget hotel with not budget pricing.

Proximity to the center of copenhagen, 1 stop from central station, and near the shopping center. Bus stop directly outside making it easy to get to from the station.

No mention that it is a budget hotel. 1 pillow only, about the size of a cushion. If you want more, then as advised by staff, then you need to pre book them without knowing that you only get one pillow. Dont get there before 3pm, we got there around 14:15 and because we asked if could leave our bags before checking in, we were luckly with our room being ready but the people in front of us, were told that there room was still being cleaned

The hotel room was so hot at night, no Fan provided . even though we open the window and try to sleep but did not work. horrible experience. i booked for 48hours but left within 24 hours, the only good think wad they refunded my one day booking. Paid for the parking in the basement parking and still got the parking fine almost 800DKK , so do not take your car. in short it was a worst experience.

All you need to sleep

As there was written on the painting in our room- “all you need to sleep”, and that’s exactly it :) The room was small but well equipped (towels, cleaning products, bags of tea and a kettle) and clean- that’s all I expected for a 3-day stay.

Poor

We arrived to the hotel on a Thursday evening. We paid for a breakfast, assuming based on the information given by the receptionist, that the breakfast would begin at 6.30. This was important, as our train was due to leave at 8 o'clock so we wouldn't have had time for a later breakfast. However, when I asked about the matter in the morning, I was informed that the breakfast (that had already been paid for) wasn't going to be served until 7.30 so we would't have time for it. I tried to ask if there was any chance to get a sandwich or some kind of snack as we had already paid for a breakfast. In the end the breakfast consisted of a warm clear soup thoroughly mixed with roasted, fine grinded beans. It was served with a side of fresh white cow wine. Although I did need this (complementary) cup of coffee to wake up properly, the absence of a breakfast resulted in my colleague having to deal with a lot of my stupid dad jokes and otherwise annoying behaviour.
