Good location but need to improve on cleanliness

The location was ideal very peaceful

It was not well cleaned, the floors weee really dirty in little bath.....the dishes we found were also not clean.....the cleaning material for the kitchen were used and not good

Strong smell of mold

Area.

Pictures are easily misleading. Be careful with them. However, the biggest problem was smell. We couldn't stay in the apartment because of the strong smell of mold. In less than an hour we got symptoms like headache, burning eyes and sore throat. NOTE if you are allergic: Just. don't. go.

Peaceful place, convenient location.

Clean and comfortable, easy to check in, convenient location close to metro, short trip both to the airport and city center, shops and cafe close by. Peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well equiped with enough plates and cutlery and the dishwasher was easy to operate. Nice and big bathroom. Good wifi, good TV. Good communication with host.

The kitchen area is really small, even though there were several pots and pans available, it was impossible to cook with more than one pan at the time, so if you plan to cook meals for a family keep in mind that it takes longer than usual. The ventilation above the stove did not seem to work (or it was exeptionally weak/discrete). We did not really have time to explore the neighborhood, but at first sight it seemed rather dull, suburbia. But it may have been because we did not really take our time to explore.

Lovely and clean, in a great location

Everything clean and in excellent condition.

Slightly too expensive; corkscrew was broken in the kitchen (this is very minor but we had a bottle of wine and couldn’t open it!).

Ideal spot of quiet city stay.

Excellent location in quiet family suburb by the beach. Just 3 metro stops from city and 3 stops from airport. Lots of restaurants and 2 good supermarkets nearby. Apartment was thoughtfully furnished with excellent bathroom and small kitchen. Staff at Daniel &Jacobs very helpful.

Mattress in second bedroom was not very comfortable. The lighting in the sitting area was very severe with no control over spotlights and hanging lights. Either fully on or sit in the dark!

Great apartment, fantastic location, shame it wasn’t cleaner!

Fantastic location, good size flat. Both bedrooms were a good size. It was well stocked with plates and bowls and cutlery etc. There were basics like toilet paper, paper towel, soap and washing up liquid present. The staff replaced a broken kettle straight away

It was not cleaned to a high standard which was very disappointing. The floors and surfaces were very dusty and the bathroom was not very clean especially the shower and toilet. The dish sponge and brush were very dirty, we replaced the brush. The location of the plugs made it very tricky to work the kitchen appliances without everything being in the same place! There was 1 dishwasher tablet, 3 mugs for a 6 person flat… It would have been good if just a little better stocked and with basic cleaning materials would have been helpful as we had a 5 night stay.

Great location with and for kids, but the apartment could use a fresh up, dirty.

If you are traveling with kids, i highly recommend this place. Just a few meters away from the beach and a massive open green field, perfect for kids. If you want to do something downtown the metro takes you there in just a few stops.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned that well we thought, or it hadn’t been used in a while. There was dust here and there and lots of dust under the beds. Not that nice. We also saw several silver fish in the bath room and bedrooms, the overall feeling was, this place is a little nasty.

It was very pleasant and easy, great for solo travel

The pillows appeared to be a bit dirty. They smelled clean and I slept good. Just some discoloration. The light in the room that hangs from the wall was on the floor when I got there, not an issue but odd.

They are very misleading by showing photographs of a sofa and a big bed Don’t be fooled it was a studio With none of these My elderly mum had to sleep on the floor as they told us it would be two beds

Perfect alternative to a hotel stay

Excellent location for Metro and shops as well as the family friendly beach. Free and available parking, even in mid-July. Excellent communication from the owners at all stages for parking & shopping info and access to the property. Small kitchen but had full cooker, hob and microwave etc and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Very good LIDL within 2 minutes walk. Very comfortable bed and Netflix was a welcome bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a base in Copenhagen.

Only thing missing in the kitchen was a serrated bread cutting knife but we managed with the carving knife provided so it wasn’t an issue. Also, microwave was a little high for shorty me 😀

Excellent location. Near beach and metro. Supermarket very close by. Reasonable size, good shower. Kitchen fine for what we needed. Easy access with keypad. Decent bedding and towels.

Lots of marks and stains on soft furnishings. Hairs on sofa. Ice box in freezer full of discoloured ice like something had spilt in there. Otherwise clean. Beds very soft.

The cleanliness, the bed comfort, the amenities, the location, Wifi, well everything I guess! It was also very quiet...

Maybe a curtain in the entrance like in the bedroom to have privacy... And extra towels... And for a longer stay, not sure there is enough space to put clothes away. Please improve the access map as we had trouble understanding how to get to the apartment...

Nice apartment for a holiday in Copenhagen.

Excellent location. Close to the subway and both a grocery store and the beach within a short walk. By the beach there is also a quite large recreation area suited for both walking and jogging, or just enjoying the sea view. Modern and comfortable apartment.

Great location and stylish apartment

The location was excellent, the apartment itself was clean and stylish and the communication with the office was great.

The description, photos and booking process might have been clearer. I booked the place for 4 adults and two kids (based on my search options on the site) and I was told last minute that this was a place for max. 5 people. Further based on the photos it is not obvious that apartment E has no living room (just a small kitchen and table) which I assumed a given hence I did not specifically check.

Very spacious apartment, modern design, easy check in, good kitchen and huge bathroom, in a very nice area with a metro nearby.
