Holsteins Palace Luxury Apartment

Apartment was perfect, better than the photos. Excellent location, near to almost everything including the main shopping street and Tivoli gardens which are within walking distance. Extremely clean accommodation, everything you need is in the apartment. Highly recommend.

There are a lot of steep steps to get up to the apartment, not many people have mentioned this in the reviews which surprises me, it’s definitely a trek to get up the stairs especially with large suitcases or if you are elderly / have mobility issues. The smaller windows which there are many of and are a beautiful feature, do not have any curtains, and the large windows only have a very thin sort of paper curtain which hardly block out much light.

De locatie was heel goed, dicht in centrum en dichtbij restaurants, cafes en het centraal station.

Als je via booking. com een taxi neemt die je gratis aangeboden wordt, wordt je niet op de juiste locatie afgezet. Dit komt omdat dit op booking.com verkeerd staat genoteerd. Als je hierover de eigenaars aanspreekt, schuift men het probleem zeggende dat het aan ons het adress doorgegeven hebben.

Great location with decent layout. Nice amenities. Good amount of space for in the city. Nice for a family; small shared playground in the interior courtyard.

Check in process was bad. The instructions were unclear, included getting past an unmentioned locked gate. Furthermore, the host required keeping to a strict 15-minute time window with multiple hour advance notice if needed to change, causing stress that should not be necessary.

La localización y que es bastante amplio

Está un poco destartalado. Había ropa y cosas varias del dueño en los armarios. La tapicería de las sillas y sofá bastante sucias. La almohada muy fina y pedí una segunda y ni siquiera contestaron.
