Friendly and helpfull staff, great no nonsense room, perfect for a one night stay, just for sleeping. Considering the central location it was surprisingly quiet, I slept well. If you are travelling on from the Central train station, the location is very convenient, and there is easy access to everything from here.
The elevator does not go all the way to the street floor, there is a soecial lift for wheelchair access and escalators up to the reception, but if you carry heavy luggage it is a bit inconventient having to carry it down one floor on your way out. A fridge in the room would have been great.

The location is good and the room is clean and well organized with everything you need.
Bathroom and room size is small (understandable from the nake but I didn't think it would be that small ).
There was construction work outside that started at 7:00 (loud as h"**)
The luggage storage service isn't free

It was very good if we consider in the price and the location:
There is no wall or anything that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom. So after every shower the whole floor is wet.

The size of the room. It was very basic considering it was still quite expensive. Breakfast was not included. And when we did add it on, we found it to be underwhelming.
