    Room was basic but would've been acceptable, if the bunk bed wasn't so absurdly and unnecessarily high. Our 7 year old child, who ordinarily loves bunk beds, didn't dare go up there. Somewhat of a relief, since there was no side rail to prevent accidents. I tried sleeping up there myself, but it got uncomfortably warm and stuffy so close to the ceiling. So I slept at my family's feet instead on the double bed.... The hotel's location is as convenient as it gets though! And very friendly and welcoming staff.

    Small rooms but as long as you are just there to sleep, shower and hang out a bit it is great. The location can’t be better, close to Tivoli and the central train station.

    The room and toilet are really mini but what you pay is what you get. Okay for a place to shower and sleep if you don’t need luxury. No hair dryer but there’s a kettle in the room which helped. A note for those checking in early , gotta pay for luggage storage calculated by the hour. The best part is its central location, just a stone’s throw away from Central Station, supermarkets and tourists attractions. Wide food choices at Tivoli Food Hall.

    Toilet reeked of urine. I had to splash Easter all around the toilet two times. Still stunk. Then again and wiped down. Don’t think they even cleaned toilet after the last guest. Totally disgusting. No room cleanup or fresh towels for three nights I was there. Was I supposed to request? I don’t know cos I was never told at check in. I would assume these would be done. Bed was not comfortable. It’s budget hotel but the size of the bath is ridiculous. The toilet is pushed right up against the sink and small vanity. When sitting on the toilet, your legs are under the vanity/sink area. The shower is ridiculous. There’s no space for you to go when you turn the shower head on for water to heat up and cold water would come pouring right down at you. It’s a ridiculous design. At least install a shower head witb hose so your guests can let water hit up first. Will NEVER be back. Nor try any Cabinn hotels for that matter. Such a nightmare. Pay more for a room elsewhere. Your holiday will thank you.
