It was good and I liked the atmosphere too
It was not immediately clear how the check in was made and the people were mostly young but that’s okay

Location
The cleaning staff was rude when we were waiting in reception
The room was too small for paying 1500 dkk per night(new year eve)
Bathroom was soooo small hardly had room to move

Location. Close to train station
Bed was uncomfortable. Daniel was very rude. Rooms weren’t cleaned during stay, so tea and coffee wasn’t stocked up . Had to pay for luggage storage even though it said there is free storage. Cooked breakfast was lukewarm at best. Tiny bathroom, where shower was like a wet room and not great or convenient as made the tiny room soaking wet. No heating control. So room was far too hot, to the point of making us unwell, even with the window open.

The kettle was full of water; they never clean it, so you can't make tea or coffee. I'm sorry 🥺

Breakfast is the whole service, which is against what is called hospitality. It's very hard for me to rate this Hotel; everything is as described in the pictures and written, so that no complaints can be made about the room size or services. Unfortunately, breakfast is something that is not acceptable and should be changed immediately. As a tourist, you expect some hospitality and a sense that you are a valued guest of the Hotel, not just a customer. The breakfast tells you that you are not a guest, and you can hardly feel like a customer. The breakfast offer is poor; you get the simplest of everything. Two types of cheese, four types of cold cuts, one pâté, butter and margarine. There are three types of hot food in total: croquettes, which are at least tasty, poor-quality meatballs without sauce and jam, and dry scrambled eggs. I have never seen in my life that hard-boiled eggs are not available in a hotel's breakfast offer. In terms of bakery, which Denmark is proud of, the offer is also limited; the most disappointing aspect is that in the case of sweet products, they often provide low-quality frozen products. All this is compounded by the fact that they are slow to replace the products that have run out, although I think this should not be a problem in a buffet breakfast with about 20 different dishes. The inconvenience is also compounded by the fact that they provide extra small plates and mugs, making you feel unwelcome during breakfast, especially if you want to eat more than a small portion. Quite simply, the breakfast offering, the service, and the whole atmosphere show that for the hotel, the breakfast guest is just an expense, not someone the hotel is happy to host for breakfast. This is quite frustrating for me; it may be a national trait that they are not satisfied to host others, but I think more professional behaviour is expected.
However, it is not the poor quality of the breakfast that really shows how much guests bother this establishment. If you arrive with children, their breakfast is also the same price as that of adults. What is absolutely outrageous about this is that no typical food for children is available! This is simply outrageous and disgusting. I think that a jar of Nutella, American pancakes, or perhaps a hot meal, such as a pasta dish, should be available for children. I emphasise again that a 9-year-old child pays the same as a 40-year-old adult! There is no discount, no children's offer, but the price remains the same. Since the rooms are small, there is no alternative but to use the hotel's breakfast or go somewhere else for breakfast, which is a massive waste of time. Obviously, during a short weekend city visit, time is of the essence, so by abusing this, the hotel can provide an expensive and harmful breakfast. The entire breakfast service is not what is called hospitality; it is what is called ripping off.

Location very good, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, very clean and nice
Nothing bad, the only thing was we had to wait for the staff a little long to come to the desk when we arrived after midnight.

Rather overpriced for the week.

The size of the room. It was very basic considering it was still quite expensive. Breakfast was not included. And when we did add it on, we found it to be underwhelming.

Hotel location is excellent and staff very friendly. A good breakfast buffet and good lounge facilities which were crucial given the tiny size of the room. Easily the cheapest hotel we could find for this location.
We knew the rooms were small but the size was still the smallest we have encountered on holiday. Unfortunately both my wife and I had colds whilst staying at the hotel so the smallness of the room didn't help. The bathroom was adequate but some might struggle with the small shower area particularly if they have mobility issues.

Nothing. It was dirty, hair in the bed, problems with the toilet, bad shower, way to small room and the toilet looks like airport toliet. And bad service, they told us to fix the toliet by ourself. Did not even wanna help! So bad..
Not worth the money! Go somewhere else!

The rooms are very small but they are functional and great location. The main train station is about 7 minutes walk away and the bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel.

- the reception staff is great!
- the location is good!
- the bedsheets were not great, overused and old
- it wasn’t obvious from the photos that I will have to take shower in the middle of the bathroom

Great location, decent breakfast. Everything is clean and hygienic.
Small rooms (like on a ship) but the price was quite high. Good for one night stay only.

Hotel is 5-7min walk from central train station, which is good. Area is clean, also not far away from city center (approx. 15min walk). Bed was comfortable.
Also breakfast buffet 5*, fresh veggie, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, fresh bread.
The bathroom is really very small, with shower courtain and everything was wet. But for one-few nights OK.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Central Train Station which was very convenient for sightseeing.
We did not expect the bathroom to be too small, hardly any space to keep things or hang your towels. Would have been better to have a hand held shower head instead of the ceiling mounted shower head which you could not adjust the direction of the water flow.

The location is perfect, being close to all the attractions
The room was way too small, similar to a train coupe. Our main concern was the bathroom - it was nearly impossible to shower somewhat comfortably - the whole space of shower + sink + toilet combined was about 1 sqm.
6.0 / 10.0
The location is ideal, in the centre, near all the amazing attractions. The room does the job. And the price isn't bad - I think it's the lowest price for a hotel in the city, any lower and you have bathroom shares/hostels.
One big red flag was security - supposedly the key cards only open your own door, but on the first night another guest opened my door by accident - so I was annoyed. WiFi is pretty bad overall (drops a few times). And the mattress is not that comfortable.

The location is excellent. Part of the staff was nice.
We have been coming to this hotel for years whenever we are in Copenhagen for buisiness. We know about the size of the rooms and it is not the issue. But we feel that it has taken a turn for bad. The carpets don’t look clean any more. The toilet in the bathroom flushed poorly and the watertank took 45 minutes (yes!) to refill after flushing it. We felt neglect by several staff members. Two of them would talk loudly for about half an hour at 12 midnight outside in the courtyard and woke us up every night, laughing when we knocked on the window. That was at shift change. There also seem to live several people permanently who spend hours talking loudly in the courtyard until 10pm. The breakfast used to be good. Now the offered eggs were like microwaved and in our opinion really bad. We saw how most people left theirs on the plate as well. We did not return after the first morning and walked to a nearby coffee shop. We hope that they will correct some issues and be better again!

Excellent location. Fair price for Copenhagen standards.
Small room and bathroom. No cleaning unless you ask the reception for it.
5.0 / 10.0
Great location, discounts for local shops, area to work, the staff was very nice and helpful. There are the maps to use for free.
The shower was awful, the whole bathroom was a shower with only one water direction above your head. The whole bathroom was wet and it was hard to avoid the hair getting wet. There were no air conditioning inside so we needed to leave the doors open. Also on our last day the bathroom smell was terrible like a rotten egg. The last thing was the bed, my best friend didn't mind it but I would so it depends. She slept on upper bed, it was comfy but it didn't feel secure was really flat on the edges, imagine falling over from like 2m... but again it depends on individual.

Hotel is situated at the Great location and near to all attractions rather by walk or via public transport. Breakfast is also very good.
This is great hotel for the money you pay and very budgetary when you compare pricing in Denmark and copenhagen.

The overhead bed doesn't accomodate an adult. The hotel should warn people before accepting the reservation.

I thought the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was small, however, had everything you needed (including a very comfy bed). The location was perfect for traveling the city and seeing all the main sites. We also got to watch the Tivoli Fireworks from our balcony. 100% will stay again.
The Wi-Fi signal was very poor. We had data to use so didn’t bother us too much.

Simple rooms in a great location to explore the city. Friendly staff.
When we checked in, the room was stuffy due to lack of proper ventilation. The shower curtain had a funny smell.

Great city location
9.0 / 10.0
Everything you need in a city centre hotel. It all feels brand new. I was worried it might be a bit of a party hotel but it's not, it's very quiet.
They've squeezed everything into a very small space so you have to get the hang of showering in the bit where you stand in front of the sink. More like a caravan than a hotel.
9.0 / 10.0
The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, almost next to the railway station and not far from the center of Copenhagen. The room was nice, quiet and clean, the staff perfect and there is also the possibility to rent a bicycle or an umbrella! There is a supermarkey, a ceffe and a mini market that is open almost 24 hours nearby! The price was reasonable. I certainly suggest it!
Everything was OK!

Our experience at Cabinn City was unfortunate. I write this review to protect the personal homes of others. The staff at Cabinn City are amicable and pleasant. The breakfast is fantastic. We are a family of three who travel from the U.S. to Europe every summer for an extended period. We checked in to Cabinn City early afternoon, dropped off bags, and enjoyed Copenhagen. We returned very late and prepared for bed. I’m a bit of a late owl, so while my husband and child slept, I read. About an hour after reading my book, the light caught a glimpse of something crawling on my arm. I swatted it away, assuming a spider or something. I continued to read, and moments later, I saw something rapidly on my arm again. I aimed at my book light and saw a bug. It was dark in the room aside from my book light, so I smashed the bug, and so much blood squirted out. It was alarming, so I grabbed my phone light to investigate. What I saw next was a bed sheet of those bugs. I panicked and began smashing. My husband woke to my shrieks, and when he saw it, he grabbed his phone to look in his bed, and sure enough, there were so many bugs. I went to my sleeping son's bed and saw 4-5 crawling over his chest and arms. It was a scary movie that I would never want anyone to replay. By this time, it was 2 am. We did not realize the front desk was 24hrs, or else we would have requested a new room. Our child is only 7 and remained asleep after such a long day of fun. My husband and I remained awake and standing as if we were in the military and continued to kill the bugs that came toward our son. We have a video of this ordeal because we knew there was no way we would remain at this establishment the remaining 4 nights of our reservation in any room, as what we read about bed bugs is that they travel hundreds of feet. This room was INFESTED. We watched them crawl from the floor to our feet as we stood. It was impossible to kill them all, and some were tiny, tiny babies.
