The bathroom was smelly, from the drain. They ran out of freshly baked bread for breakfast. The hotel is a budget hotel with basic standard. Small room, but everything you need. Comfortable bed and clean room (except from the smell in the bathroom). Good location.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful. The lifts were temperamental, but lifts always are! I could hear the lift go from my room, as the walls were quite thin, luckily I'm not a light sleeper! There were limited hot vegetarian options for breakfast however

Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Room was very small for 2 people and the shower was unusual! Very good breakfast. Easily accessed from the airport via the 5C bus which stops right beside the hotel. All in all, a great centrally situated hotel from which to explore beautiful Copenhagen

You get what you pay for, absolutely fine for 1-2 nights if you're not planning of being in the room for more than sleeping. Good central location, everything is walkable.

The hotel is ideally placed being less than a 10 minute walk from the railway station (which is only 3 stops from the airport). It's also right by Tivoli Gardens with the closest entrance being opposite the railway station. The room we had was small but had everything we needed - twin beds, a tv, tea & coffee & a small ensuite shower room. We both found the beds comfortable but we got very hot overnight despite having the window open. The reception staff were very helpful & can provide a hair drier if you need one. Our room was right by the lit up hotel sign which did illuminate the room overnight, good for us as my daughter likes a night light generally. The hotel also offers luggage storage (at your own risk) which we used on our final day. The downsides were the fact that we got very hot overnight despite having the window open 24/7 and then were disturbed early morning (5am'ish) by dustcarts or deliveries to the building site that was just up the road. Having said that we would happily stay here again as it served our purpose and was ok for a budget hotel and we imagine that once the building works are complete it will be a lovely quiet place to stay.

CABINN City is one is several basic new hotels in Denmark which focus on simple furnishings, environmental foci, and lower costs. In general, the idea works very well, BUT we found two specific issues during our stay: when the weather is very warm, it is hard to get the room comfortable for sleeping, and being very close to Tivoli is fantastic but very noisy until after 11pm (and VERY noisy until after midnight Saturday due to prolific fireworks!

Fantastic budget hotel in central Copenhagen close to the main train station, main square, metro stations. Clean rooms with everything you need for a few days stay in Copenhagen. Staff superb friendly and helpful.

Some good things, some bad things. The bed was comfortable and the duvets were lovely. The bathroom stank of urine. There was an odd smell in a corner of the bedroom. Great location, but despite being a budget hotel the price wasn't exactly budget.

Our room with bath was smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship! Our family - mom, dad, & 12 yr old son with 4 suitcases and 3 backpacks played “traffic jam” when maneuvering in the space. Wee little balcony one could climb out on like a hobbit was cute. The staff were super and the common areas inviting. Other hotel options were double the $.

- Excellent breakfast buffet - Good service at the reception - Down sides are: no safety box nor fridge in the room. Travelling in summer in Europe is hot (a fridge will definitely help) - Bathroom is way too small. - Size of the room is a bit small - No air conditioning - Room is cleaned every 3 days, however we can ask for new towels, refill coffee & cream as much as we want (there’s a small kettle in the room)

I was in a Standard Plus 140 cm queen-size bed + suspended bed without security bar. Too pricey for a budget hotel. Difficult to shower without spreading water everywhere. No hairdryer in the room - you have to borrow from the reception. Stained curtains. Blinding flashlights on bedside. Breakfast ok with all essentials. Good location.

The staff is very kind, and the hotel is clean and close to the central station. Even though I mistakenly booked twice for the same day, the staff kindly helped me cancel one of the bookings. Great hotel—highly recommended!

As a whole, the stay was good, it was in the epicentre of CopenHagen where the tourist attractions were literally at the doorstep of where I was staying. As a whole the breakfast buffet was quite good where there was a variety of food, but could have done more with further varieties and cuisines as we don’t believe the investment lived up to our expectations but the food was tasty as a whole. Going to the room, it was average, there was a bed and a very small bathroom which was adjacent to our bedroom where there was no sort of ventilations inside and wasn’t soundproof and was hard to operate the taps on the sink as well for the showers. The room was clean, but was only reclined every three days rather than every two. As a whole it was a good hotel which was reasonable priced and met up to the standards for most people who would be there.

The reception staff were efficient and friendly and the problem I had with the shower was fixed immediately. The Cabinn City Copenhagen is conveniently located. You get what you pay for: the rooms are very small and basic but they are functional.
