Felt like vacation!

I enjoyed my stay a lot! I received an upgrade to one of the large apartments in the 10th floor. It was extremely comfortable and all furniture was very high quality and from famous designer brands The staff was super nice I felt sad to leave since I enjoyed spending time in the apartment a lot

The heater could not get fixed. The first night was a little bit sleepless with 23 degree in the bedroom. Also this one was facing the street and even though it was the 10th floor you could hear the street. The other bedroom facing the river was good. I could hear the elevator what was a little strange since the building seemed very new

Modern, nice view, and polite staff

Modern, nice view, and in a new and quiet neighborhood! Our most favorite stay throughout a 5-city tour! The location is a bit outside the center, but the aparthotel is a 4-minute walk to a bus stop that can take you to the center. The check-in was simple. The staff were super polite. The apartment gives you a beautiful view of the city! They have all necessary amenities, and being close to Netto is a plus if you want to get groceries and cook at the apartment. You only need to drop your key cards in a box to check out, and they’ll take care of the rest, which was perfect because we had to check out at 6 AM.

I wished they had enforced the house rules better, though. There was a party late at night in the apartment above us, and it took 1-2 hours after we called management for the noise to stop (around 12-1 AM), even though they told us they would take care of it in 15 minutes.

Quiet place to stay just outside the centre of Copenhagen

The apartment was in a nice residential area which meant it was quiet and away from the busy city centre. The facilities were great and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also got an upgrade to a 3 bed apartment which was lovely and we had amazing views. We used the gym and explored the rooftop terrace but it was slightly too chilly to stay up there too long.

There were just a few fixtures which needed repairing but it didn’t impact our stay at all.

Great comfortable stay in a great location.

Everything was great - a fantastic base from which to explore marvellous Copenhagfen with the family. We would most definitely book again.

There is nothing we did not like. The only thing really missing from the property were basic cleaning products such as cloths, broom or dustpan and brush to clear up after ourselves.

Nice location, poor cleaning, polyester bed sheets, sewers like smell in the whole apartment.

The location was nice, well connected with busses to the city and restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very nice modern neighborhood.

The apartment smelled weird like a rancid sewer smell. We complained about it but it never really left. It came from two of the bedrooms and the smell will fill the apartment even when the doors were closed and the windows were left open to let the air in. We were told someone came to do something, but some days it will just smell like feces and burn. Additionally, the level of cleanliness was very poor, for example the windows were so dirty that we could not enjoy the view so we kept the curtains closed. The beds were soft and uncomfortable, and the sheets were polyester made which made it very hot and itchy to sleep. We asked for cotton sheets, but they did not had. One of the bathroom curtains did not worked so they sent someone to fix it, but then the whole curtain piece was left in the bathroom sitting next to the toilet making it uncomfortable to use the toilet. We proceeded by putting ourselves the curtain piece outside the apartment. The dishwasher did not worked (the tablet door will stay closed during cleaning) so we washed always by hand. All in all this is not the level of comfort we were expecting for the price we payed. They did not offer any refund or discount. Honestly pretty bad experience.

Nice apartment with views all around

Quiet suburban location but served by 77/68 buses nearby. Small supermarket 5 mins away. We had the 3 bedroom apartment just for 2 of us (got a deal, and that’s what was available)so we had a bathroom each and loads of room. But the kitchen was equipped with everything for 6+ including fridge/freezer/dishwasher/washer&dryer combo/oven etc. Nice big dining table, couch maybe tad small if house full. Lovely views from level 8

Would be very hot in summer, so close blinds/curtains before going out exploring. Minor maintenance issues, reported upon leaving. You take out your own recycling, rubbish shute in hall for general waste Pillows a bit smelly, need washing or replacing All in all we thought it was nice, some may feel it’s too far out of the city centre

No air con. Very hot: the windows do not open at all in bedroom only on that opens a tiny bit so very stuffy. Also the curtains are so thin and do not cover the windows properly so the light comes in very early. Beds were not great - mattress toppers with sheets that come off.

Super stay at Stay Bryggen

Super stay at Stay Bryggen. Picked up keys from Reception, which is regularly manned. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We received an upgrade on arrival to a larger living area apartment, which was very nice. Had all the cooking equipment we needed, crockery glasses etc. The gym is super smart and was used by my sons. Really good location, easy to access all of Copenhagen from the apartment. Seems a very family orientated area. Not noisy. 5 minutes to the 'beach' where I was able to swim every morning. 3 supermarkets close by so we were able to cook and eat in. A couple of restaurants nearby too, a pizzeria, sushi and two cafes. Couldn't fault this place. Recommend the 1-hour boat tour with Stramma boats to see all of Copenhagen's sights. Tivoli Gardens is underwhelming for £60/a head.

This is not on Stay Bryggen but booking.com About 2 weeks before our stay, we needed to reduce our stay down by one night. Not as easy as booking.com lead you to believe. I was not able to do this online so messaged Stay Bryggen. They said I had to do it via booking.com as we booked via a third party not direct with them. So had a hunt around and did find a telephone number to call. Agent was able to sort BUT when I got the new confirmation through we were now in a 1 Bedroom Apartment! This was not what I wanted, we needed a 3 bedroom apartment and only to reduce our stay down by one night not completely change. While on hold to booking.com I got in contact with the hotel direct again via e-mail to say please please help and keep that 3 bedroom apartment that has just become available for us! This they did and booking.com were able to rebook us into the 3 bedroom apartment. All a little stressful! So maybe it's worth booking this apartment direct rather than through booking.com

Nice, comfortable accommodation for families to have a holiday together.

The apartment was clean, light and airy and in a quiet residential area with a bus stop and also a harbour bus (boat) stop within a short walking distance. It was convenient and enjoyable to be able travel into the city centre by harbour bus and continue our sightseeing trips from there. Also there were shops near by for provisions.

The screens/curtains around the shower in both shower rooms were not very effective in preventing water splashing across the floor!

Great option for independent Travellers

Huge well designed modern apartment with plenty of space. Ability to prepare meals, work, and do laundry is an excellent feature. Huge gym on the lower level. Loved being a bit out of the hustle of center city. Small restaurants and food markets nearby. Very quiet and super comfortable.

The new Metro is about a 15 min walk. There is a bus nearby but check the schedule. The harbor bus is also close by but doesn't stop that often. Easy 10-12 minute bike ride to the center of town. Note: if you happen to visit during a hot day, Stay does not have AC but we were able to open all the windows and get a cross breeze. Beds very comfortable.

Amazing stay

The building has an amazing view on the surrounding area. Big living room was also perfect for evenings with friends. A nice selection of shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Both nearest metro stations are atleast a 20 min walk away. Nothing too bad, but it gets slightly tiring after having to walk it atleast twice a day every day.

Everyone at reception was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was stunning with a beautiful city view. So much space in the apartment, lovely dining table, sofa area and great rooms. Location great. The 68 bus & water taxi were both a short walk away. Only 10-15 mins from main area of Copenhagen. Apartment was spacious and included everything required. The Netto supermarket was a couple of mins walk & a few restaurants. Staff all were friendly.

Great view! Huge apt! Comfortable!

Huge speces, all apliances, nice interior, great view! There are washing machine with dryer, fridge, dishwasher, hair drier. It was comfirtable. Its the tipical scandy interior. No coffe machine. But there is a cattle. Its like 30 min walking to the center. 2 grocery stores very close to the apt. There is a lovely italian restautant nearby. We received a free transfer from the airport!

Cleaning is once every 4 days. Since everything was white, it looked dirty after 2 days. Also there are 2 bathrooms, but one is more private inside the master bedroom.

Good Location to explore the city

Once at the hotel, a great location for visiting the sites as the Waterbus is just a few hundred meters away and a really good way to get about. Apartment was really well furnished and lovely to stay in.

The hotel was harder to get to from the airport than envisaged on public transport with buggy and suitcases (but once there excellently access to the city) We had an issue with the dishwasher, which staff dismissed and closed the complaint and took 2 days for them to admit it was faulty. Pretty annoying as a group of six we wanted self catering and not to do the dishes. We get things break but the way it was handled was poor.

Good and comfy stay in a very modern apartment

- The apartment is very modern. It's just 3 years old, so it's very new. Very stylish. - The staff was really nice and helpful. We arrived a bit early, but we could store our luggage at the reception with no problem. He also recommended a good brunch café nearby (Café Noah). - Awesome view over the city from the apartment and/or balcony - The rainshower was nice. - The beds were good.

- We think some more racks to put towels on to dry could've been useful, there was plenty of space for this in the bathroom or bedrooms, there was a rack available for when you used the washing machine in one of the bedrooms however. - When there are 6 persons in the apartment, the available couch space is not enough. You have to add chairs from the dining table. The dining table however, has place for 8 persons. - There is no airconditioning available in the apartment. - Notice that the distance to the center is 20-30 minutes by bus.

Beautiful modern apartment, wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The apartment was lovely, spacious and modern with views over Copenhagen from three sides of the apartment. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were responded to quickly by management. Located close to a bus stop and a public transport ferry stop. Netto supermarket was within walking distance for self catering.

The kitchen was lacking some basic cooking utensils (ie wooden spoons, serving spoons, tongs etc), which made it slightly more challenging to cook a meal.

the rooms are big plenty of space. Host was amazing they gave us recommendations and even a travel adapter because some people forgot one. loads of towels. showers are nice. great views and nice black out blinds to ensure you sleep well
