Lovely apartment in good location.

Close to Tivoli. Location perfect for a short stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Clean and warm. Beds were comfortable.

No Nespresso capsules despite being in a photo, so we assumed a few would be provided. The only place to watch tv is in bed. In that case the tv should be up on a table or cupboard perhaps? Apple TV didn’t work anyway so we couldn’t watch any TV in English at the end of a long day walking. Second bedroom is off the main bedroom with access to bathroom thru main bedroom. Ok for us this time but something to be aware of. Not big things but given the price it’s worth noting.

Stunning apartment. Brilliant location.

Stunning apartment furnished with high quality fittings and appliances located in a complex with lovely outdoor courtyard area. Fantastic location - walking distance to everything central.

The layout of the apartment was a little awkward - as the second bedroom access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom. No real sitting area. Absolutely perfect for a family however and it also wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location and clean but a few basics like tv, couch and window coverings lacking

Great location and very clean

Tv was broken on arrival and wasn’t fixed for our stay No couch Window was broken before our arrival and not fixed while we were there Window coverings weren’t sufficient- one blockout shade doesn’t provide enough darkness and curtains are sheer so we didn’t get much sleep City hall bell rings every 15 mins so loud.

Location is great but don’t expect service from the staff

Location and cleanliness

There’s no iron provided, and towels are given based on the number of guests per stay—not per day. I booked this place for 5 days but only received one set of towels. When I asked for more, I was told each additional set would cost €10, or I could wash and dry them myself.

Great location and clean apartment.

The apartment is very nice and in a great location to both the conference I was attending and all the major sights.

Although there was a dining table, there was no area to sit and relax and the TV was on the floor in the main bedroom making it difficult to use. The second bedroom does not have its own access to the bathroom and uses the main bedroom as a thoroughfare. It may be OK for young children but not for older ones. The shower makes the floor very wet and slippery.

Superb

Apartment: spacious, charming, beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. The apartment consists of 3 rooms :The dining room with the kitchen, main bedroom, additional bedroom with bunk bed. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet ( the windows of the apartment overlook a pretty courtyard).. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. We liked the heated floor in the shower. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too thin for us, we used the additional pillows that we found in the closet. Location: very nice neighborhood, just inside the old city, everything is within the walking distance. The supermarket with reasonable prices for Denmark ( Netto) and the excellent bakery (Lagkagehuset) are within 5 minute walking.

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful old building set around a quiet courtyard. Perfect for staying with kids - there are two rooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen and good location - close to metro stop and a good coffee shop and bakery and short walking distance to restaurants, museums and Tivoli Gardens.

The bathroom is scruffy and needs to have some things updated - old stained curtains, peeling paint from water damage on the cupboards and old shower curtain. The shower also floods the bathroom when used. It also needs to be cleaned to a better standard - huge amount of dust behind the bunk beds and the shower and sink didn’t seem very clean.

Non all'altezza delle aspettative e del prezzo.

La posizione dell'appartamento era buona e dentro era arredato con molto buon gusto. Bello il palazzo ed il cortile. Buona posizione per scoprire la città a piedi.

Ritiro delle chiavi con self check in difficile: anziché scrivere che si trovano dentro una cassetta legata ad una rastrelliera per bici dall'altro lato della strada, ti dicono che sta in una cassetta (non ti dicono dove sta) e mettono delle foto poco comprensibili. Esce acqua maleodorante dai rubinetti, appena siamo entrati c'era un forte odore di feci e abbiamo dovuto lasciar correre molto l'acqua del rubinetto per farlo passare. L'acqua inoltre appena aperta odora di pesce e va fatta scorrere. Avevamo chiesto una culla per nostro figlio di 10 mesi e ci hanno fatto trovare un lettino da campeggio senza materasso, quindi era inutilizzabile. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di un cortile interno e di notte entra molta luce per via dei lampioni, le tendine non sono per niente oscuranti. Inoltre ti chiedono al check out di mandare la lavapiatti, togliere tutte le lenzuola dai letti e fare altre cose che dovrebbero essere a carico della ditta che si occupa delle pulizie e se non lo fai, ti addebitano una penale. Bagno senza bidet e doccia con tenda, poco igienica.
