What a great location - the appartement is situated close to Nyhavn and easily accessible from the airport (direct Metro 2). Very specious with comfortable beds and lots of space. Kitchen is well equipped and it has a big fridge. Check in was easy (key box) and the instructions were supper clear. Very good value for the price - so can highly recommend it.
While specious, the apartment could do with a little bit of love - carpets are stained, the entrance to the building and the stairways urgently need some cleaning. The entrance was particularly bad with all the rubbish bins standing around. Also, two rolls of toilet paper and 8 coffee pods for the machine seem slightly ambitious for a week for six people . Finally, while the overall communication was fast and helpful we would have appreciated a heads up that they switched off the hot water for a day (replacement of boiler) - particularly as this was the wedding day of my son ... ended up with a VERY cold shower.

Facile da raggiungere e molto centrale e vicina alla metropolitana. Molto comoda per muoversi e visitare i luoghi di interesse.
Il bagno un pò piccolo e poco attrezzato.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and the information provided made getting in easy (just note the 3 flights of stairs)! It is well appointed with all we needed for a family stay, and 3 comfortable double rooms. The couches are a little dated/stained but provided enough seating for 5 of us (any more would be cramped).
The (shared) entry way is untidy and would smell in summer (not an issue for us in January). It was a noisy block but this was because is so centrally located - we were happy to bear this consequence. Should provide washing detergent for washer/dryer.

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt vor allem durch ihre perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum von Kopenhagen. Die Metro ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass man schnell am Bahnhof und am Flughafen ist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war durchweg freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, hell und auf den ersten Blick sehr einladend. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die Handtücher sauber – ideal für sechs Erwachsene.
Die Sauberkeit lässt in vielen Bereichen zu wünschen übrig: Die Teppiche sind sichtbar dreckig, das Schlafsofa weist große Flecken auf, sodass man es weder zum Sitzen noch zum Schlafen nutzen möchte. Die Fenster sind seit längerem nicht mehr gereinigt worden und mehrere Schließmechanismen sind defekt. In der Küche musste der Backofen von uns erst gründlich gereinigt werden, bevor wir ihn benutzen konnten, und ein Teil des Geschirrs war beschädigt. Im Bad waren Stöpsel und Siphon des Waschbeckens stark verschmutzt, auch hier mussten wir selbst Hand anlegen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist verstopft, das Wasser fließt nur langsam ab, und der Duschkopf sollte dringend entkalkt werden. Zudem war der Innenhof, durch den man die Wohnung betritt, während unseres Aufenthalts sehr dreckig.
