Really lovely apartment and location with some compromises.

Lovely, lovely apartment and location. Tons of room and nice rooftop balcony.

The stairs are a killer for with cases but we knew this before booking. Not a fan of how you access the building either - the shared area is full of bins and you can hear them being used by local business.

Nice place to stay for exploring central Copenhagen

Central location - very convenient place to stay, all points of interest like Christmas fair are very close. Next to the apartment very big (Magasine du nord) store for ones interested in shopping. Nice and cozy terrace with view to internal yard

Brilliant Location for exploring Copenhagen on foot. That does potentially mean you might hear some noise at night - so consider ear plugs. Warm and cosy. Good kitchen. Balcony was a nice bonus. Our first time to Copenhagen and we loved it!

One bathroom between our group (5), but manageable and that is clear when booking. Would have been nice to be offered early check in without needing to pay more.

Great if your planning on being out late on a Saturday and want to be in the centre

It was spacious for a group of 6 friends.

It was very noisy through the night on the Saturday. I had seen this in the reviews but didn’t realise how noisy it was. There is only 1 bathroom/toilet which wasn’t ideal. Some bedroom windows don’t have curtains. The bin area on the entrance was over flowing and extremely unpleasant.

Lovely cozy 3rd floor apt with terrace. Great location.

Great location. Attractive decor. Very comfortable bed ( only used one if 3) but all looked the same, great towels and shower.

Very clean throughout but rug under bed has several stains. Do not let old posts about entrance being ‘sketchy’ deter you. Yes it is a shared entrance to service area of Cafe Vivaldi. Never saw anyone. Once you enter the private door, the apartment is lovely and cozy. The stairs are just a welcome working off the wonderful food in Copenhagen. Unless you have terrible knees or very heavy suitcases, do consider this apt.

If you want a nice hotel room - great. If you actually want an apartment - disappointing for sure.

The location, beds, internet access, and cleanliness were the primary things we liked about the room (Not an apartment).Having groceries and pastry shop outside of door was very nice. Elevator for hotel is spacious and easy to use. The coffee uses coffee pods and plenty are available. There was a public hallway cabinet with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Our intent was to stay at apartments during the stays covering 9 countries. This room is not an apartment and did not come with everything expected. We rented what was listed as a Superior Apartment. The label and the photos were misleading. We arrived thinking we had rented an apartment only to find it was a very small room with everything stuffed into a small space. We ended up renting a 2d "room" on another floor to help provide the 4 of us more space. That 2d room was interesting due to the fact that the TV was located behind the couch which did not make sense. The two windows that did open were very small and did not allow enough air in to cool the hot room. The booking listed a fan in the rental. A call to the rental staff revealed that they do not have fans. The dining table was up against the wall with six chairs stuffed under it. Due to space you could not logically fully use it.

Great location, beware, no lift.

Easy entrance instructions. Location was excellent. Close to main shopping strip and walking distance to a few attractions. A lot of dining venues close by. Having had a linen shortage issue, it was sorted quickly with a phone call. Was a good place to stay but would suggest lesser people staying there.

Beware, property is on the 3rd floor and no lift. Not suitable for elderly or people with knee or hip issues. As there were 7 of us, bathroom and toilet combined was not practical. Was expecting them to be separate. Needed a torch after entering first main door as corridor to where we had to go up the stairs had no lighting. Attention needs to be made to a couple of the power points and an electric cable needs some attention due to exposed wires.

There is a courtyard you have to go through, it is dark and had to use our phones to see where we were going, also there are many steps you have to climb to reach your apartment.

Nice and Spacious Apartment in a Great Location

Location is excellent, close to the Metro, walking distance to the main attractions, shops, restaurants and the riverfront. Apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms with good beds. Also, the top floor apartments (3rd floor) have an upper balcony with a cozy external sitting area.

The building's main door also works as the service entrance for the Café Vivaldi occupying the ground floor, so you might bump into the workers doing deliveries and collecting waste.

Great location and good apartment, would recommend. Everything worked. Good comfy beds. Good heating and hot water.

The apartment needs a deep clean. First impressions were very clean but there was a thick layer of dust under/behind furniture, appliances, light bulbs etc. More than one set of keys should be available. No lighting working in entrance passageway and piles of rubbish left. Two entrances before the flat open nearly every time we entered or left. Apartment front door has been forced at some point and needs re decorated to hide the fact that the wood has been damaged. Despite this we enjoyed our say

Location amazing once we found it. Information provided could have been a lot clearer. Don’t think l remember seeing stairs only & no lift which made things difficult with suitcases. Great apartment though.

Better description of how to find the entrance to the building. Entrance dark & felt unsafe as it appeared people may have been sleeping inside the entrance & stank of urine with rubbish everywhere. Very noisy in this location & stairs made it extremely difficult.

Instructions for check- in were not direct and clear. The instructions were so focused in telling the guests not to have parties, that I think the check in instructions were not so clear and direct.

Superb

Nicely decorated and roomy apartment. Well stocked kitchen and great to have a washing machine. Comfortable beds and great location. Easy to get to from the airport via the M2 metro line. Magasin department stor across the street was handy to buy food from to self cater in the kitchen.

Better seating options would be good. There wasn't a proper couch anywhere. Front bedroom got a lot of street noise from the stroget below from about 4.30 in the mornings.

The bathroom door was broken and we could not close the door completely for the whole trip, which was quite a big problem. Nobody came to fix it although we were promised it on the day of arrival. Also the handle on the kitchen sink was broken, as well as the shower.

Appartement was nog niet schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen. Het was een echt onbeschrijflijke bende (door vorige bewoners zo achtergelaten) Serviceteam heeft alsnog alles piekfijn opgeleverd; complimenten aan hun! In de doucheruimte hing altijd een putjeslucht. Na het douchen was de lucht even goed, maar de stank kwam steeds vrij snel terug.
