Disappointed

Very disappointing stay. We booked for 8 people, but only 3 bedrooms were available. There was no information about the extra beds — we had to figure out ourselves that one of the sofas turned into a bed and search for sheets, pillows and blankets. The sofa was torn, wardrobes and washing machine smelled bad, and the bathroom products had handwritten labels — very unprofessional. There were no signs to identify the apartment entrance, which made check-in confusing. After 6 PM, there is no support at all — we even had to help other guests do their check-in. The pictures on the listing clearly do not reflect the current condition of the apartment. Finally, we forgot a charger and returned shortly after, but the cleaning staff refused to open the door, and we never received any feedback. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our visit to Copenhagen -but found the apartment challenging

The location of this property is excellent -the living room very spacious , and the apartment overall clean

The 4 floor steep steps up to the apartment ( dangerous with luggage) ,noise in the street during the night ,would have been nice with some information on supermarkets, phone number to the office (there was fire alarm which turned out to be a test no information on that and you dont run out form 4th floor). Challenge with one key when 8 persons as you had to run out to open if not everyone arrived at the same time (again the 4 floor steep staircase). Challenge with one bathroom for 8 persons but we knew that in advance. No place to store luggage which is a challenge when you cannot enter until 4pm and have to leave at 11am

Worth choosing this place

The location of the apartment is the best possible one, super close to metro station (like 3/4 min walk) and also super well positioned in relation to the city center. Perfect for tourists who want to visit Copenhagen.

I would say that the rooms are a bit small and the inconvenience of having just 1 bathroom for the entire 3 bedrooms apartment. Never the less, these details are presented from the early beginning (so we knew what we will find). It's more like a suggestion for next visitors to keep this in mind - not really a complaint :)

Comfortable nice apartment in perfect location

Very nice apartment overall, would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location, close to Metro and in walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Very comfortable beds. Spacious apartment with dishwasher.

No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. The wifi did not work. Not enough coffee and difficult to find the right kind in shops. It was possible to order coffee from the hosts which we did not try, so maybe that would have solved the issue. Only one key and not possible to open the door downstairs from the apartment which is on the top floor.

1. As active friends all over 70 we were appalled when we saw the narrow winding stairs to the apartment. We should have been warned before booking. 2. The stairs to the bedrooms were dangerous without bannisters. They would have been illegal in Australia 3. There should have been at least 2 sets of keys

Lovely, smart, cosy apartment right in the centre of the city with little noise pollution. Incredibly easy to get to, just a short walk from the metro station which brings you straight from the airport. Super easy check-in and check-out. Staff were very accomodating to add an extra day for us at short notice :)

Everything! The house was fabulous and in a perfect location. Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely host, easy to communicate with, clean house, quiet, just perfect. Loooooved the location. And soooo many towels. OMG...thank you!! Highly highly recommend. Perfection!!

Décevant…

Uniquement l’emplacement de l’établissement.

Dés notre arrivée, notre appartement n’était pas propre, nous avons pu avoir contact avec la société qui nous a proposé un autre appartement pour une nuit, car le service de nettoyage n’était pas disponible. À l’arrivée dans le deuxième appartement nous constatons qu’il y’a seulement 2 lits double et un très petit canapé lit dur comme du béton, éventuellement utilisable pour un enfant. Malheureusement nous étions 6 adultes, donc compliqué. À ce moment là l’agence n’était plus joignable, donc pas le choix de dormir par terre pour deux d’entre-nous. Le lendemain nous avons pu enfin accéder à notre appartement, qui était nettoyé mais sans plus, les poubelles n’était pas vidée…

公寓只有樓梯沒有升降梯，樓梯很狹窄，爬樓梯扛行李會比較辛苦。然後沒有提供沐浴用品跟廚房的簡易著料，這樣可惜了廚房的功用。

Top Lage - erreichbar über eine steile Treppe

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist quasi mitten im Zentrum und viele Highlights sind problemlos fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene - und der Platz war ausreichend. Vor allem in der Küche und am Esstisch. Das Auto kann man gleich gegenüber in der Tiefgarage des Kaufhauses parken. Hat jedoch Kopenhagen-Niveau (ca. 50 EUR/Tag).

Das Appartement befindet sich im 3. Stock des Gebäudes. Lift gibt es keinen - und man erreicht das Appartement über eine sehr enge und teilweise steile Treppe (mit gezählten 50 Stufen). Also nichts für ältere oder beim Gehen beeinträchtigte Personen bzw. auch nicht mit Kleinkindern. War für uns jetzt nicht so schlimm - sollet aber erwähnt werden, um dann nicht erst vor Ort darauf zu stoßen. Am besten geeignet für jüngere Leute. Nur ein kleines Bad (mit WC) vorhanden.

Feueralarm Sirene 3 Tage am Stück - Larmbelaestung!!

Direkt seit Ankunft hat die Feuer-Alarm-Sirene ununterbrochen den gesamten Aufenthalt durch das gesamte Haus beschallt- unerträglich! Niemand war da- keiner hat es ausgeschaltet- trotz Nachricht a die Unterkunft und via Booking a den Vermieter und zwei Anrufversuche bei den angegebenen Telefonnummern…. Niemand rangegangen, keine Antwort, keine Hilfe… vom 12.- 14.6.25 lieg der Feueralarm Tag und Nacht durchgängig!!! Keine Ruhe im Appartement Tag und Nacht mit der Sirene. Erstaunlich auch, das wenn es wirklich ein Feuerausbruch gegeben hätte, das 3 Tage niemand gekommen ist!!!! Eingang sieht auch aus wie eine Baustelle, kein Aufzug und mit den Koffern in ein sehr steiles Treppenhaus mit 20 kg Koffer in den 3. Stock.. nie wieder!! Apartment war schön- ohne Gepaeck kein Problem. Der Feueralarm hat den Urlaub kaputt gemacht!!

Es ist sehr abgewohnt und ein bisschen mehr Gastfreundschaft "hygge" hätten wir uns gewünscht.

Die Lage des Appartments war für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Das Appartment war auch von seiner Größe ansprechende für 6 Personen. Es gab genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Die Möbel (Sofa's) waren z. T. deckig und defekt. Leider mit einer muffig riechenden Decke retouchiert. Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. Für die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine konnte man keine handelsüblichen Tabs kaufen, da es eine Profimaschine ist und man nur über den Vermieter Tabs bekommt, die dann dem entsprechend teuer sind. Wenn ein Appartment für 6 - 8 Personen ausgelegt ist, dann sollte für alle auch Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck vorhanden sein was bei uns leider nicht der Fall war. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mehr zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Feueralarm im Hausflur piepste die ganze Nacht, was leider auch in dem Appartment zu hören war - auf Nachricht an die Agentur sollte es behoben werden - wurde allerdings nicht innerhalb des Vormittag bis wir abgereist sind erledigt. Der Eingangsbereich könne ordentlicher und sauberer sein. (Es ist der Anlieferungsbereich für umliegende Geschäfte) Es liegt viel Sperrmüll herum.

La amplitud de la unidad, la decoración y la ubicación.

La entrada al edificio (desprolija con basura y una rata) podría estar en mejores condiciones. Y la incomodidad de ma escalera. Además, que solo hubiera una llave para entrar al departamento. Por último, el sistema de check in previo a la llegada debería ser más sencillo.

Placeringen af lejligheden var perfekt Det overordnede indtryk var at det var en nogenlunde hyggelig lejlighed.

Lejligheden levede ikke op til billederne. Der var bl.a mange store pletter på sofaerne og på den ene sofa var der et stort hul grundet slitage. Noget der burde have været udbedret for lang tid siden. Rengøring var under middel. der var krummer i skuffen med gryder, glas havde tydelige spor af glaspest/kalk, der var støvet i hjørner op på lamper og der manglede også en pærer i en af lamperne. Varmen på badeværelset virkede ikke, så der var iskoldt i både rum og på gulv Sofa bordet var skrammet og fyldt med gamle ringe fra glas. Billeder var hængt skævt op Der var ingen skabe eller aflægger plads på værelserne, hvilket gav et meget skrabet indtryk Ingen lys der virkede i den lange mørke gang ved indgangspartiet Sammenfattet var det en skuffende oplevelse. Vi er ikke krakilere men de mange mangler lagt sammen gør at det vi forventede fra billeder og marketing materiale vi modtog, ikke stemte overens med den egentlige oplevelse

İki yetişkin için anca yeterli ama konforlu Alt katta bir yatak odası var ve salonda açılabilen iki kişilik bir çekyat ve artı olarak bir tane açılmayan kanepe var . Daire temizlik konfor ve konum anlamında gayet yeterlidir Daireye giriş saat 16:00 da veriyorlar erken giriş için ekstra ücret talep ediliyor . Bu biraz daha geri çekilebilir . Ancak bizler için saat 14:00 de daire yi teslim ettiler . Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz . Peçete , wc kağıdı, havlu gibi bir çok ürün fazlasıyla mevcut

Daireye giriş şifreli anahtar ile olmaktadır . Aslında bu iyi bir durum ancak öncesinde online giriş yapmanız ve kayıt işlemlerini online yapmanız gerekiyor . İnternet ve telefon kullanmayı bilmiyorsanız biraz sorun olabilir . Daire üst katları çok iyi ısınmıyor . Donmadık ama çok iyi ısınamadık . Daire de tek eksik diyeceğimiz tek wc olmasıdır . Biz iki aile iyi anlaşabilen aileyiz , bize çok sorun olmadı ama iki wc olması daha konforlu . Daire sahibi online iletişim kuruyor , cep telefon numaraları vermiyorlar ve sadece mesai saati içinde haberleşebiliyorsunuz akşam bir sorun olsa muhatap yok . Ama profesyonel çalışıyorlar kibarlar ve bir çok konu da yardımcı oluyorlar .
