Great location but furniture needs some attention and can be loud.

The location was great and the space was excellent for a family.

The living room furniture has some serious wear and the couches are stained and sagging. The courtyard to enter also had overflowing trash for our entire visit which was pretty gross and smelly. The street noise is pretty loud which was fine as we opened the courtyard windows but this became loud when a large group of young people arrived home drunk and sat talking very loudly on their patio.

Mostly great place with a few negatives - read the full review

This had a well stocked kitchen. Other aspects of the property ranged from great to horrible so it is a bit of a strange place to rate. It is located in a handy place but just outside the window is a stoplight with a crosswalk signal that beeps NON-STOP. It beeps at a different rate for when it is safe to cross -but it is enough to make you nuts. Obviously the property can't do anything about this but it is good to know. Fortunately, I was with a bunch of marching band people and it is just like the sound of the electronic metronome used in drill [if you know, you know]. So while horrible - I had a group w/ me who were used to hearing that sound for hours on end. The table and kitchen were great and the ability to open windows on two corners for cross ventilation was also terrific. The great room w/ kitchen/LR combined was very nice. The location was also really nice. So many things were a walkable distance! Beds were not always supportive though - I guess it depended which side of the bed you had.

The couch needs to be thrown out! I have never seen anything that bad in any rental - or anywhere. The seats were giant divots and all stained. There were bugs on it. I slept on it and got way more bites there than in any other rental or country from this trip [Scotland/England/Italy/Switzerland/Austria/Netherlands/France/Ireland - so lots of places for comparison]. The apartment seemed nice but had things like this couch in it...it was very out of place. Also the photos to get the keys did not match up to any box that opened. Just tried other boxes till one worked. So communication seemed like those doing it were disconnected from the property. It is also up a lot of stairs so just be warned about that. It is tough w/ luggage but fine otherwise.

We stayed there 4 nights and we did not like; 1. The Entrance door of the building is right next to the trash bins. Full of flies and rats. 2. The Cleanliness of the property is very poor. The minute we checked in, we found few flies inside the property and since that everyday. And more to say. 3. The poor condition of the furniture. Sofas are very stinky and have a lot of stains. Also the stained shower curtain is very horrifying. 4. The loud neighbourhood will not let you have a quiet night until 11pm. (from pubs and restaurants ). And the loudness will also wake you up in 3am (from trash man collecting trash).

Horrible

I recently booked a stay with Sanders (Copenhagen) through Booking.com, and the experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. Upon arrival, the apartment was nothing like what was advertised. The entrance was dirty and unwelcoming, the apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the general condition was unhygienic and unacceptable. It did not resemble the clean, modern photos shown online. We were so uncomfortable that we had to leave immediately and find another place to stay that night, losing both time and money. Despite contacting the property and Booking.com, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. The property manager even suggested we might have entered the wrong unit which was impossible, as we followed their check-in instructions exactly. Only after persistent follow-up did they offer a partial refund , which does not begin to cover the cost or the inconvenience we experienced. We received no apology, no accountability, and no willingness to take guest complaints seriously. I strongly urge other travelers to be cautious when booking with this property or brand. The listing is misleading, the customer service is unprofessional, and the apartment we were given was in no condition to host guests. This was not just a bad experience, it was a complete failure of trust in the Booking.com platform and the Sanders brand.

Best Location

The location is perfect and in the middle of the most lively, beautiful, old part of Copenhagen where you would want to spend most time. Walking distance from almost all essential tourist attractions of the city as well as bars, cafes and shopping. The apartment is large, spacious and well appointed for large group. We were 8 of us and very comfortable.

The check in time is too late at 4 PM and check out is too early at 11 am. The property is very inflexible about it. So if you are a big group be prepared for inconvenience. The sofa bed in the living room is broken and not usable. Be prepared to sleep on the floor

Great location , not ideal access and could do with an update

The apartment was in a fantastic location and the beds were comfortable.

The dirty and garbage filled courtyard you cross to get to the door . Then up three levels of stairs. The 4pm check in was the latest we have ever experienced only to enter an apartment that had not been cleaned after the previous guests . Staff had to be contacted via WhatsApp and did their best to accommodate us in another smaller apartment next door which we then had to pack and move from the following day. Minimal compensation was offered . The lounge was dirty and ripped shower curtain in one bathroom . Only one key and swipes for all guests to use which was difficult as the keys were needed for two security doors .

Very central, very quiet

This accommodation is very central. It's only a couple of hundred metres from Kongens Nytorv station (a straight run from the airport), so it's a pretty easy stroll from the station even with heavy suitcases bumping over cobbles. It's three flights up a winding staircase, so don't pack too heavy. The place itself is clean, and very quiet for somewhere so central. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry. Self-catering. There's a very good coffee shop less than 5 minutes away (Coffee Collective) that's open early in the morning. If you're into normal shopping, it's pretty much right on Ströget - but Copenhagen struck us as pretty much a 15 minute city, so everything is pretty close. The daily changing of the guards procession comes right under the window of the accommodation.

Centeral and next to all amanities

Central location with few yards from metro.

First of all after opening big door from street there is small ally to walk. There is no light bulb there. There were always bags of laundry and in dark anyone can trip. Sofa in living room is passed its age and needs replacing. Second toilet commode were not brushed and one can see yellow brown layer at the bottom. Third most of the curtains in property needs repair. Not sure if i can add pictures of this last two issues.

Excellent location near Metro and very central; warm and cosy; comfy beds; great kitchen; good bathrooms; washer/dryer; easy access

Minor thing but no kitchen basics like bin bags, dishcloths etc. Didn't use it as winter but balcony is small and overlooking inner courtyard not somewhere to sit and enjoy the view.

Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location

The location is unbeatable. The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated, properly stocked, and comfortably sleeps 6 people, which was perfect for our group of 6.

My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning causing us to keep the windows open over the loud city streets at night, but that’s not much of an issue because air conditioning is rare in Copenhagen and the location was worth it.

Perfect apartment with unhelpful call center

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It is located in the center of the city and everything is close. The apartment is very big and spacious and the 7 of us had no problem staying there. Everything was very clean and neatly designed. When it comes to location and the looks of the apartment, this is the best place we ever stayed in.

We had a problem with entering the apartment. The check-in was at 4pm, but when booking the accomodation we set our arrival at 11am. The morning of our arrival we called the number that was given to us and checked if we can come to the apartment and leave our bags so we can start touring the city and not leave our bags at he central station luggage lockers. The person we spoke with told us our apartment was marked as clean so we can enter freely and leave our luggage. When we arrived, the key was taken from the box by the cleaners infront of us. We called the number again and talked to the cleaners who told us it will take them about an hour to finish. That was fine with us, we could wait an hour. We got coffee at the bar around the corner. A little over an hour passed and the cleaning crew walked past us and told us we can go to our accomodation. When we got to the key box, the key was not there. We went up to the apartment tinking maybe they left the keys in the apartment unlocked, but it was not. We called the number again and this time they told us the apartment was not clean and the check in will be at 4pm. We told them we saw and talked to the cleanees and they should just contact them to see where the keys are. We were told someone will contact us in half an hour but no one did. I stayed with our luggage in front of the apartment door while the rest of my family went exploring the city. The whole situation was very stressful and we were very worried if we were going to be able to get in. When my family came back they tried to put the PIN in other key locker and tried other combinations. In the end they managed to unlock a different key locker with different PIN and our key was there. We lost a day in the city and all of this could have been avoided if they just called the cleaner crew and asked them where they put the key as we asked them to do many times.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κεντρική και ο χώρος έχει πολλά παράθυρα που σου επιτρέπουν να απολαμβάνεις τη θέα από τον εμπορικό δρόμο. Ο χώρος είναι επίσης αρκετά ευρύχωρος και ιδανικός για μεγάλες παρέες.

Το κατάλυμμα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. Ο καναπές-κρεβάτι ήταν σκισμένος, με λακούβες και μεγάλα βρώμικα στίγματα. Το πλυντήριο πιάτων μύριζε έντονα και άσχημα. Επίσης, για όποιον φτάνει νωρίτερα από τις 16:00 (που είναι η στάνταρντ ώρα για το check-in - υπερβολικά αργά δηλαδή) δεν υπάρχει χώρος ή τρόπος να αφήσει τις βαλίτσες του στο χώρο. Θα πρέπει να νοικιάσει χώρο σε κοντινά καταστήματα με ντουλάπια/αποθήκες. Το ότι δεν είχε ασανσέρ το ξέραμε αλλά τα σκαλοπάτια είναι κάπως απότομα. Σημαντικό είναι και το δυσάρεστο γεγονός ότι για 7 άτομα είχαμε μόνο ένα κλειδί. Για μια παρέα φίλων αυτό σημαίνει ότι έπρεπε συνεχώς να κινούμαστε ομαδικά/ σαν γκρουπ. Τέλος, το βράδυ και έως τα ξημερώματα ο θόρυβος από το καφέ/bar/club που είναι στο ισόγειο (Vivaldi) ήταν αρκετά έντονος κάθε βράδυ. Πρέπει να έρθει η αστυνομια για να χαμηλώσει η μουσική.

De hygiëne. We hebben niet op de banken gezeten omdat ze zo smerig zijn. Ook het vloerkleed is grijs in plaats van wit. De douchegordijnen zijn helemaal verkleurd Ik had een wat schoner appartement verwacht.

Gute Unterkunft

Die Lage ist Top direkt in der Innenstadt, sehr geräumige Wohnung wir waren mit 7 Leuten dort. Einfacher Checkin mit Schlüsselbox. Es ist sauber. Und was Mega ist das es 2 Badezimmer gibt.

Das eine Zimmer ist recht klein im Gegensatz zu den anderen Zimmern. Das Schlafsofa fällt fast auseinander. Könnte man in ein neues Investieren.

La entrada al edificio es la entrada de emergencias entras y es la salida de un restaurante, no encontré la puerta de la basura que había delante, contenedores llenos de basura hasta arriba, por el suelo todo lleno de bolsas..asqueroso. No tiene ascensor por si vais con personas con movilidad reducida. El sofá estaba inutilizable, roto/hundido con unas manchas asquerosas, todos los sofás manchados las cortinas sucias y mal puestas. Enchufes que se salían, la limpieza muy pobre, pelos y suciedad. Es una pena porque el apartamento si estuviera limpie e invirtieran un poco de dinero, sofá nuevo y limpiasen más a fondo, estaría genial. Una pena, yo no repetiría la verdad.

Bra beliggenhet, dårlig renhold og inventar

Veldig sentralt.

Leiligheten bar preg av mye bruk, sofaen var nedslitt/delvis ødelagt og svært skitten, dusjvegger og forheng var skittent. Hadde avtalt tidspunkt for innsjekking men kom ikke inn før 45 min etter mye ringing og mailing uten å få kontakt med vertskapet, ble sluppet inn av renholdere. Mye bråk fra personalet fra restauranten i under etasjen på kvelds og natte tid.

Apartamento grande y céntrico, ideal para dos familias.

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento. Muy bien equipado con 2 cuartos de baño, lavadora y secadora. Gran cocina y gran mesa de comedor. Las camas muy cómodas, y en general, muy amplio.

Alquilamos el apartamento para 8 personas (4 adultos y 4 niños), pero en realidad hay 2 camas de matrimonio de 200cms (donde dormimos 2 adultos y 1 niño en cada cama) y una habitación con otra cama doble de 135 cms donde durmieron 2 niños. El sofá del salón estaba en mal estado. La tela del sofá estaba rota, y tiene dos grandes manchas de líquido que no se sabe muy bien qué es, si es marcha de un refresco, de una cerveza o de orina. Tampoco nos gustó que se entrase al apartamento a través de un patio de servicio interior del edificio, donde los locales dejaban la mercancía y la basura. Una de las noches vimos una rata en ese patio.

Apartman girişindeki hol çok pis, çöp içinde ve aşağıdaki cafenin düzensiz şekilde atılmış eşya ve meşrubatlarıyla doluydu,giriş günü bizi saat 16 ya kadar bekletip,chek aut zamanını ısrarla 11 de yapmaları büyük bir haksızlıktı kendilerini kınıyorum,ev daha temiz olabilirdi,özellikle banyo ve tuvaletletin temizliği özensizdi.
