Shield 3 - 3 bedroom apartment with balcony in central Copenhagen

Świetna lokalizacja, duże mieszkanie i spokojna okolica.

Great location, easy to get to from the airport by taxi, very peaceful but still in the centre.

The apartment wasn’t maintained very well. When we arrived the dishwasher had a foul smell so I tried to run it to clear the smell away but the program stopped after a few minutes so that didn’t work. I informed the management company but they weren’t able to arrange for someone to come and fix it. Then we used the washing machine and the pipe connecting it to the wall literally burst off. Luckily for everyone we were in the apartment at the time so rushed to switch off the machine and clear up the water from the floor. We reported this also but again they weren’t able unable to arrange someone to fix it. The bedrooms were very small although the beds were comfortable. There was no toaster in the apartment although it was advertised as having one. The cutlery and glasses needed washing before use as they were grubby. Probably because the dishwasher didn’t work. There was black mould around the shower. I made all these points to the management company and they’ve offered me €100 as compensation for our 3 night stay.
