The location was ideal for this 3 bedroom apartment, in the heart of Copenhagen. We could walk everywhere, and even didn't mind the fun, city noise below our open windows. However, there were 3 doors that we went thru to get to the apartment. The one on the street was supposed to be locked, but never was. The next one, the fob key did not work and we had to use our finger in between to make it work--which was difficult at times. The only way in was thru a center area/courtyard, which was so over-flowing with trash, it was disgusting every time we walked by. We were there for 5 days; the trash only grew and the birds/flys were everywhere. The photo shows the trash, by the door we had to enter daily.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Copenhagen and highly recommend it. The location was absolutely perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and just steps from the metro, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and despite some minor wear on the living room furniture, it was very cozy and welcoming. While entering through the courtyard wasn’t the most appealing first impression, it was a minor detail compared to the overall comfort and charm of the apartment.Having only a single key required some coordination among our group, but we managed without too much trouble. As others have mentioned, the neighborhood can be lively at night, especially during celebrations. We stayed during the Gymnasium graduation week, and the celebrations outside were quite loud, often lasting until around 4:30 am. However, we were prepared based on previous reviews and found that the benefits of the apartment’s excellent location far outweighed this minor inconvenience.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The fantastic location, ample space, and overall comfort made this a wonderful place to stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others, particularly those who value convenience and vibrant city life.

Nice location, definitely has wear and tear and neighbors were loud above us. Cleanliness was less than desired.

First I’d like to say the place was great. However, it was very loud for our family with young kids. It was great for ease to get around but at night it was a challenge. I wish the laundry worked and one of the towel warmers but that’s not important to everyone. Overall the place was clean, spacious and super convenient for all the places you want to go.

We were 8 adult friends traveling together (3 couples and 2 single women), so we rented two units in the same building. The layout gave each of us plenty of privacy and space, while also providing ample gathering space for when all of 8 of us wanted to socialize in one of the units. The beds were very comfortable. The location was well situated, being one block from a Metro stop and with most destinations (sites and restaurants) within a 1/2 hour walk.We do have a few complaints to pass along, however. One is that there is only one key provided per unit, and no doorbell to ring. This was challenging for a group who often divided up during the day.The sectional couch in unit 7 was in bad shape (big dent in the middle, stained and torn). The furnishings in unit 3 was far shabbier than what is shown in the photos. May be time for a little sprucing up!Also, there were some very noisy guests staying in the lower level unit who were talking loudly on their outside balcony into the early hours on two evenings. We asked them to please speak more quietly, but they didn't.

The location and the condo itself were OUTSTANDING. There is a lot of external noise at night given the location. The courtyard is not very well maintained. The stairs are very cumbersome and not advised for anyone with physical difficulties and there is no elevator. It was a little difficult to find the exact entrance and we had no luck on phone or e mail communicating once we were there. Phone number did not work and e mail got no response.

Short stay and having no idea of layout of city, was very happy with location. I could see however during high season (summer) the noise level from street could be too much. The apartment was exactly as pictured and beautiful. Beds super comfy and WiFi was great. Would definitely stay here again
