Perfectly located & spacious could do with some spruicing up

The location was amazing. The apartment was very spacious with very big living area and kitchen for our party of five. The decor (at a glance) was like the pictures with a modern Scandinavian luxury look.

Once you looked past the surface the apartment was clearly not being maintained as well as it should for the price point. Although generally clean, I would expect immaculate cleaning and maintenance for the asking price. Central Copenhagen location for 5 people was generally expensive so we were prepared to pay the asking price for the location, facilities and pictures displayed a fresh and sleek decor. However it didn’t take much to discover things were weary with one of the couches broken and sagging, most of the curtains were not attached to the tracks properly, all but one wheel were dangerously left off the dresser chair (wheels sitting in the dresser drawer). Worth noting that the apartment is also not very soundproof. With a cafe/bar/restaurant underneath which sounded like a nightclub on the Saturday night until very early hours of the night, along with street noise, made for a restless night. Perhaps windows could do with double glazing to help. The walkway from street through to the stairwell to get to the apartment was pretty messy, appears no one maintains it at all. Was a tad gross. Also worth noting there is no lift so getting bags up several flights of stairs to the room was a challenge although this can be common in Europe.

Good location but property needs tidying up.

The location in the centre of Copenhagen is great. All the main attractions are easily walkable.

The property was very tired looking. Some of the curtains were falling down and the settees and cushions needed a good clean., and the dishwasher smelt awful inside. Also , I would not recommend staying on a Saturday night. The room is directly over a venue where music was being loudly played until nearly 4am.

Would have been useful to have more instructions for the appliances and sofa bed in poor condition. Plus there was a problem with the dishwasher being very smelly. Curtains need to be re-hung properly.

Loved the location and spaciousness of the apartment

Loved the location, and the apartment felt bright and airy. Everyone said the beds were comfortable, and communication was excellent!

The couches and rugs felt worn, and the entry way was were garbage was kept for weekly pick up.

One of the best places to stay if you need downtown access, spacious living, and competitive pricing

The communication and directions from the host were clear and easy to follow. We had no issues finding the property and gaining access during check-in. The apartment itself was extremely spacious with more than enough room for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). The apartment is wonderfully located right across from Strøget, or the Walking Street, and we used this to accomplish all of our needs for shopping, seeing the sites, plenty of restaurants, and in the heart of the city. Additionally, it was only a 15-minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. The apartment itself was wonderful and gave our kids plenty of room to relax and spread out, and the host provided essentially every basic item needed for living and more. If they don't have something you need, there's a supermarket called Fotex just around the corner from the apartment.

The only thing my wife and I did not like about this place is the noise level from the streets. I definitely understand the location in the heart of the downtown area means there are going to be loud noises, but I could lay in the master bedroom and hear people talking at a volume which I could understand everything they were saying. And the noise level was only amplified as we were woken up by the late-night party-goers rambling through the streets yelling. Again, this is not a reflection of the host nor the apartment. Both were wonderful. This is just something to consider when thinking about staying in this particular location.

Disappointed

The property’s ad showed that 8 people could sleep in it comfortably, however the two sofas (which were not sofa bed as the ad said) were broken and in terrible shape. Two guests had to sleep on the floor for the whole 3 nights of our stay, even though they paid the full price expecting a comfortable experience. Additionally, there were not enough pillows and covers for the 8 guests. The solution they provided after our complain the first night was even more disappointing.

The internet connection was very poor dropping out frequently. The entry into the complex once you access through the door has no lighting which is difficult particularly at night.

Blocked sink in one of the bathrooms and a really bad smell. Reported immediately and nothing was done to rectify the problem. Offered 27 euros compensation for the problem !!!

A great stay with friends exploring the city.

A lovely apartment right in the centre of everything. We took the metro from the airport and then it was just a 3 minute walk to the apartment. We had been sent all details, including pictures, to make getting the keys and finding the apartment super easy. Apartment has everything you need, including washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and dishwasher. comfy beds and good showers. We were right in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants and bars and Christmas markets close by.

Was quite noisy in the night, the windows are very thin and there are a few clubs and pubs close by so sleeping was a bit disturbed, earplugs would stop that though, so wouldn't put me off, just bring some with you. Could also hear upstairs walking (stomping) around in the morning, I think some people in the building don't understand where the bins are located and in our basement, there were lots of rubbish bags just thrown on the floor, which did make the stairs up to our apartment smell and there was lots of little flies.

Fabulous centrally located apartment.

Apartment was spacious and as advertised. Absolutely centrally located for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Metro was less than a block away.

The advert should indicate that the apartment is up two flights of steep spiral stairs. We also used a noise machine for sleeping due to street noise, especially Thurs-Sat evenings.

Comfortable family stay in the city centre

The location was amazing. Right in the middle of the city and an easy walk from most places of interest. Also very close to a metro stop, so it was very easy to travel further out when we needed to. There were also plenty of good restaurants/bakeries/shops nearby, and we really liked the spacious rooms (great for a small child to run around in) and the easy check-in process.

Being so central, it did get noisy at night. We managed with ear plugs, but some people may find it difficult to sleep with. There were also no blackout blinds (just curtains), and the smaller bathroom was lacking privacy from the apartment above. We had to 'block' the window with our suitcase as there were no blinds. There are also a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment, which may be difficult for some, and the kitchen could be better equipped. Overall though we had a really great stay and enjoyed the apartment :).

Very clean, comfortable and indeed bright apartment. However, the glas in the windows is ultrathin, like paper. And since the location is indeed super central the noise level is high. I you want to sleep longer in the morning (ie. longer than 6am) this is not your place.

Some people may find it noisy but it is a central location so worth the sacrifice. There were 'master' switches to control the plug sockets in different rooms which would have been helpful to have more information on.

Great location, but very noisy and poorly managed for the price

Great location, and overall nice apartment

While the apartment is nice, it has a very big issue with noise coming from the street. Windows have almost 0 soundproof, so you are literally live "on the street" in terms of noise. There was construction going on at the building across the street and they were starting construction works at 4 AM (!!) EVERY DAY, so you can't sleep after that, this was VERY disturbing. So if you have trouble sleeping in a noisy environment - you really need to consider if this is a good place to stay. They also didn't invest in proper blackouts for the windows. Also - it would be good for them to update their "check in" and "check out" instructions - since they were a bit misleading and we had a hard time finding the flat (there are no signs on the doors etc), so after passing the main grain door we had to spend quite some time trying to open all the doors we were able to find (and there is no way to reach them after business hours to clarify things). Some things in the flat, like dishwasher supplies, were also missing and some light switches didn't work. So overall - we think this place is poorly managed. Also "balcony" advertised in the description is quite useless - it's for the inner side of the building and a bit pointless.

A lots of focus on the soundlevel from the Sandersstay. Recieved more then one message regarding it, so it's been a little annoying. When we were at the resturant they asked us to turn down the soundlevel in the appartment. So that was realy strange and it was like we were guilty from the beginning. Otherwise realy good!

Appartamento in ottima posizione , a 50 metri dalla Metro e nel centro della zona dello shopping . Meraviglioso il soggiorno e la zona living.

Il Palazzo ha un ingresso che pare di servizio , e non è provvisto di ascensore , il che con le scale abbastanza anguste rende difficile trasportare le valige fino all appartamento. Il riscaldamento è stato un po' inferiore alle aspettative

Świetna lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum miasta, kilka kroków od Nyhavn, praktycznie przy ulicach z luksusowymi sklepami, klimatycznymi kafejkami i restauracjami. Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne. 3 osobne sypialnie, dwie łazienki, przestronny salon z jadalnią i kuchnią. W mieszkaniu pełne wyposażenie, wliczając żelazko, suszarkę do włosów. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, włączając kawę i herbatę. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta, pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Uwaga - do mieszkania prowadzą strome schody.

Wieczorami głośno, ale to konsekwencja lokalizacji w ścisłym centrum miasta, która rekompensuje tą niedogodność :)

Veldig grei beliggenhet. Stor romslig leilighet. Leiligheten var ren og sengetøy, håndklær av bra standard.

Innsjekking var komplisert og medførte utrolig mye ubehag. Bør forenkles med direkte lenker i beskrivelsen. En del støy fra utsiden og folk som snakket høyt og røkte i bakgården. Gryter med teflonbelegg som var ødelagt og uappetittlig. Ødelagte og utslitte møbler. Veldig skittent golvteppe under spisebord. Gardiner var i veldig dårlig forfatning. Løs/hengende stikk kontakt på bad. Lamper som ikke virket, mest sannsynlig pga. ødelagt lyspære.

Wir waren zu 6. und hatten nur einen Schlüssel, in dieser Wohnung könnten auch 8 Personen schlafen, 1 Schlüssel ist sehr ungeschickt. Hatten große Probleme die Türen bis zur Wohnung zu öffnen, der Wasserkocher war schmutzig und verkalkt. Im Innenhof waren Berge von Müll, das war ärgerlich und graussig.

O apartamento é excelente e muito bem localizado. Perto do metrô, supermercados, restaurantes. Também é possível acessar as principais atrações a pé.

As escadas dificultam o acesso com malas. Tivemos um pequeno atraso no check-in, pois o apartamento ainda estava sendo limpo. Sugerimos apenas que na cozinha do apartamento sejam mantidos alguns itens de uso comum, como detergente, bucha e pano de prato. Apesar da máquina de lavar louças esses itens fazem falta.

Super dejlig lejlighed, med god plads til en voksen familie. Super beliggenhed til en weekend i København. Lejligheden stod ren og pæn lige til at rykke ind i.

Der kunne gøres lidt med indgangen gennem gården, lyset virkede ikke. Nogle forsatsruder mangler så lidt støj fra gaden.
