el piso estaba súper bien y nos encantó, está súper céntrico, estaba limpio y era súper bonito y cómodo.

la calefacción calienta muy poquito y la entrada al piso era súper poco intuitiva no sabíamos cómo entrar estuvimos una hora intentandolo

Las escaleras de subida (un tercero y muy estrechas y empinadas) y el baño

location and the apartment's space are the main and only positive attributes of this apartment. If you want to use the appliances (to cook or to wash cloths), the apartment seems to offer it all (we didnt use any). Almost fair value for money but thats it. First time you open the building door, you just feel you want to run away screeming but then you get used to it in a way, unless you want to pop in and out of the apartment all the time, which is not very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet but there was some building work during our stay - pop a question to the owners before you book to avoid unpleasant morning wake ups from construction works.

The staircase is a huge thing, although you somehow get used of it after a couple of days. Although we knew about this from other reviews, we expected something narrow but not a staircase which is filthy (we stayed a week and noone ever cleaned the food and other filth we faced in our first encounter). Also, the building has serious issues and the owners should talk to a mechanic about them (breakages on the walls of the staircase, an almost falling window and a weird slope of the staircase in some levels). Furthermore, the entrance to the building is though a yard which has no light at night and there is some serious building construction whithin the same yard so noise was an issue on several occasions that the builders were working. Furthermore, due to way the buildings are connected, you will hear footsteps from the newarby flats, which is a bit creepy especially at night (it sounds like someone is walking in your flat). The owners should have a look at the matrices as well since they are nothing close to comfort due to overuse. Also, they should have a look at the balcony (the adjucent wall is drifting which gives you a somehow teriffying feeling).
