Regent 9 - Great Apt with Terrace in City Centre

The accommodation was great – clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

The only small downside was a slight smell from the bins in the courtyard, and the passage through the yard was not very inviting. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Muy buena ubicación, a 1 minuto andando del metro Kongens Nytorv y con vistas a una de las calles peatonales más largas de Europa. Apartamento amplio, bonito y muy luminoso.

La luz es precisamente el mayor inconveniente. Al ser un ático con numerosas claraboyas (9 en total, además de ventanas y puerta de terraza), entra mucha luz desde primeras horas (sobre las 6:00), lo que dificulta bastante el descanso, especialmente viajando con niños. Es algo que ya han comentado otros huéspedes anteriormente. Creemos que sería una mejora sencilla pero muy importante instalar estores opacos o sistemas de oscurecimiento más eficaces, ya que las cortinas actuales no son suficientes. Por otro lado, el baño presenta cierta falta de privacidad, ya que desde edificios cercanos se puede ver el interior. El apartamento está en un 4º piso sin ascensor (entendible al ser un edificio histórico en el centro), pero el acceso hasta la vivienda es mejorable y no está a la altura del resto.

Es gibt kaum Möglichkeit, Kofferinhalte auf die Stange/Kleiderbügel zu bringen (zu viert in der Wohnung). Der Vermieter stellt nur einmalig wenige Pads/Kapseln für die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine gratis. Die Zugangswege zur Wohnung sind unzureichend gereinigt bzw. beleuchtet. Kopenhagen hat sehr rigide Parkregelungen für Autoreisende, in fussläufiger Umgebung sind die Gebühren horrend.
