Loved Copenhagen, but would stay elsewhere next time,

The location was good, but impossible to flag or arrange taxi pick up because the property is in a “no drive” street and has no identification. Taxis couldn’t find it. We had to leave a night early and stay at an airport hotel because we could not rely on a taxi or uber finding the address and we would have missed our flight.

Lounge curtains would not close as many off their hooks. The bedroom overlooking the shared balcony did not have net curtains, so curtain had to be kept closed so those persons sharing the balcony could not see in.

Wonderful launch pad for family adventures in the city!

Spacious and in a great location. Warm definitely- even with all windows open - could use one more fan so each bedroom has one. Had everything we needed - washer and dryer as well!

Seating was limited. Couch was too low and soft (extra bed) for it to be comfortable to sit and visit. Family spent most time sitting at dining room table and laying in bed. Front door lock and unlock is tricky and that was a bit stressful each time.

The lock of the apartment door was very tricky to open and required many attempts each time. It should be replaced. The bedroom windows should be fitted with proper blinds. The current curtains do not allow to darken the room resulting us to wake up around 4:00 am each day.

really enjoyed it

No breakfast but lots of historical sites nearby, open air restaurants, shopping, etc. I should have followed the link for the lock bock before our very late arrival. Then I would have found the info. right away. I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone but with a little perseverance and a hot spot I was able to get the code for the key. The key is a little tricky in the door to the apartment. You have to lift the handle really high or low. Probably very normal in Europe, we were just learning on the job :)

I really liked it. I didn't see any laundry soap, but could have missed it.

Apartment is very central and very well appointed - the shared patio was a low point of our stay.

Location was very central and with the arrival instructions was very easy to find. The elevator was an absolute blessing as carrying our bags up the stairs to the top floor would have reduced the experience.

The patio out the front of the property was a shared space, which meant visitors using it all hours of the day and night to smoke and talk. This was very disruptive for our children when it was time to sleep, and we are a non-smoking family who had no choice except to pass through this space.

Brilliat stay 💫

We had such a great time here; a really comfortable appartment which had everything we needed, excellent location for walking to various sights and felt really central. We made dinner for 6 the first evening to save funds and it was easy to find a supermarket nearby and all the kitchen equipment was available. Thank you

The single complaint we have were the directions, once you're upstairs, to the flat... I will suggest others. I thought we had been double booked with another family so sent an email to ask for help as it was only 20 minutes before reception shut. However, they haven't responded 2 days later!

Great stay

The location and apartment were wonderful! Everything was very comfortable. There are great restaurants nearby, and my family definitely appreciated the elevator, washer and dryer since we were on vacation for a few weeks.

The instructions to access the apartment weren't as clear as I would've liked. Labels on keys would help a lot. But we obviously figured it out!

All in all, an average stay, however, a good host which was very responsive.

Apartment is very spacious and light The hosts are at distance however very responsive. I had some complaints and those were addressed immediately.

No airconditioning, gets very warm. The common area is not clean. The terrace next to the apartment (apparently also a common area although not used by others) has no umbrella, a (cushion) box which is completely broken and used as garbage bin (but not cleaned) and a plant pot that is used as ashtray. Upon complaint, unfortunately the host told us they could not attend to it, due to it being a common area.

Perfect location, not enough value for the prize.

Location of the property was just perfect! The appartment was pretty and a lot space and cozy.

However not very clean. The dishes were not clean (we decided not to use them), no product nor sponge to do dishes and the dishwasher did not work. Ants all over the place and the terrace was nothing like on the pics. Quality price not ok. Would have expected luxury and extrem cleaniss for this prize

Superb

It is spacious. The rooms are big and very comfortable!!!! The apartment is clean and very nice to stay in. I would def recommend this one and look forward staying there again one day. Hopefully the below negative matters can be fixed by then.

The windows have no blinders (even the light ones), so it is a bit weird that neighbors can all look into the apartment. But the unfortunate thing is that there is only one key. So if you are two friends, you are forced to share one key :(.

Great location to explore Copenhagen on foot

Great location and comfortable beds. Nice and bright. Pleasant terrace looking towards the Round Tower but it is not private which is not made clear

No curtains in the living room yet there is a sofa bed in it - any room intended as a bedroom needs curtains. This has been pointed out by reviewers before but not fixed although there is a curtain track there. Also wobbly dinning table - again mentioned by other guests and not fixed. For the price a bit more care would be desirable. A manual for a coffee machine yet no machine - attention to these details would have made a difference.

The apartment is stunning with a bright large kitchen living room in a very central location. Facilities are good but could be better for the money...table needs replacing as its wobbly and an expresso machine would be nice. Bathroom is excellent as our the beds (inc sofa bed)...but note it’s in the bright living room. location is noisy being in the centre right on main shopping street but it’s to be expected and did not disturb us much..except the Disco next to the property on our first (Saturday) night which is quite loud from 11pm-5am but we still managed to sleep. We enjoyed the terrace which is partially shared with neighbour but you have your own area and table. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Clean apartment, amazing place and location. 100% would book again.

The location was amazing, right at the center. The rooms were very clean the whole apartment was spacious. It was perfect for 3 people to be in and we were able to host a couple of guests in the living room. Also the view was really nice.

The instructions to get the key wasn’t clear - we were told to get the key from a key box but there were 9 boxes and we didn’t know which it was and we didn’t know the code. The email with the specific instructions was never received. But they were accommodating when we called them up. Also, another slight down side was that there weren’t any curtains in the living room and in one of the rooms the curtain stand was broken. This made it hard to have some privacy since the neighbors can clearly see into the apartment (thankfully our neighbors were all minding their own business so we didn’t have much trouble there).

An expensive apartment with good marketing but without basic stuff

The balcony is shared with the neighbor and that is not mentioned in the apartment description. So The information provided is not accurate. The street is really loud and there is a building construction just in front of the windows. The living room has no curtains and the couch is not comfortable. Some towels and sheets were dirty. The apartment is partially equipped so it makes not easy to use the kitchen for 3 days. We needed to buy a lot of basic things which often are included in other apartments with kitchen and washing machine. The information received was short and it focused mostly on extra price we needed to pay for everything instead of providing detailed info.

Tesisin konumu harikaydı, temizlik olağanüstüydü. Ev sahibesine kolaylıkla ulaştık ve danıştığımız her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Müsait olduğundan tesis ev sahibi erken giriş için de yardımcı oldu, bu ayrıca bizim için çok kıymetli. Çocuklarla rahat bir seyahat geçirdik. Tüm görmek istediğimiz turistik noktalara yürüme mesafesinde olup havaalanında metro kullanarak tesise kolaylıkla ulaştık. Çıkış işlemi de girişte olduğu gibi çok misafir dostu idi. tekrar gelmeyi ve yine burada kalmayı çok isteriz. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Mooi compleet appartement op een top locatie.

Fijn appartement om te blijven als je een paar dagen in Kopenhagen bent. Appartement is ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Alles aanwezig, beddengoed, servies, handdoeken en nog wat extra zaken zoals extra dekbedden, kussens en fleecedeken. Wasmachine (met wasmiddel!) en droger in de badkamer. Comfortabele bedden, ruime douche / badkamer. Verwarming met thermostaatknoppen. Geen airco, lijkt me erg warm in de zomer maar nu in Oktober was het prima. Vanuit het appartement snel in het centrum en alles op loopafstand, ook bakkers en supermarkten. Contact met de host uitstekend. Goede service (extra koffiepads).

Paar kleine dingen die mogelijk voor andere mensen storend zijn, maar niet direct voor ons. Toch goed om te vermelden. Alhoewel de locatie perfect is zijn er ook een paar nadelen. - Appartement is op 4 hoog. Lift werkte niet. Ongeveer 95 trap treden lopen. - Slaapbank/woonkamer bank zit nergens naar, zakt helemaal door. Tijd voor een nieuwe ! - Veel lawaai in de avond/nacht in het centrum. - Veel berichten/mails vanuit Sanders Leaves, mag wel wat minder.
