Bright Apartment in the Old Town of Copenhagen

The apartment is bright and spacious , making it really a comfortable place to live in.The kitchen is clean , spacious and fully equipped perfect for everyday use.. the living area is cozy with huge tv. It is located in a convenient and pleasant area . Accessible area. Most importantly agent LAURA has been excellent thought out,very responsive and easy to communicate with, any queries are answered straight away day and night ,which is incredibly reassuring and helpful.it really makes a difference knowing that support is always available when needed.

One small issue worth noting is that the hor water supply can sometimes run low / unavailable during the night, it doesn’t take away from overall positive experience, it would be great if this could be looked into or improved. As consistent access to hot water would make the apartment even more convenient and enjoyable.

Location is very nice, even though it is a bit noisy in the evening (ear-plugs solves the issue, so would recommend as they are not provided) Cozy warm apartment, equipped with all needed. Though washing powder/liquid one needs to buy if you want to use washing machine.

The main problem is hot water supply: In the evenings there was no hot water around 20 -22:00. Reported in the first night, was promised to solve the problem. But then it appeared that water tank is shared with other apartments in the building and the advice was to wait 30 min after someone takes shower (I don’t understand how it is possible to know who else is taking shower in other apartments))) I don’t know how the water is during the day, as we left early (the water was luckily not used by others at 6:00 🙂)
