Convenient but in need of renovation

Location is perfect for my visit

Cold room with draft coming through the windows and no possibility of increasing the heating. Staff said they would look for a heater for me, but nothing arrived.

Good location and great value.

This accommodation is a no frills place to stay but is clean, friendly and the breakfast was great value. The staff are really pleasant, particularly the women who work in the dining area. It’s great for anyone wanting an affordable short break in a lovely city.

Well priced stay in a small room

Affordable accommodation, close enough for the main attractions. Staff was helpful. The room wasn't very big, but good enough for one person. The bathroom was tiny, but well designed to make it work. Peaceful room and location, too.

The room could've been cleaner, but it wasn't too bad. I would've liked a fridge or minibar, but it was no surprise, that there wasn't any.

Nice and easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff, amazing price-value rate, had a pretty compact but private bathroom, the place was perfect for one night!

Some sockets didn't work in the room, and when we shut off the main lights, we literally had only 1 working socket. Pleaaaase have a talk with the guy who did the electrical wiring ;DD

Cabinn, what a journey

The position was very good, it was not far away from the Forum station. The room was clean and the personnel was very gentle.

Maybe the price is too high for a room so small, 3 people there cannot manage the space in the best manner! However, since it is a cabin, it was fine.

A modern, well run hotel in a useful location.

The location is in a very quiet suburban street, but only a bit over a km from the Central train station. Once you get used to the train system there is a nearer station called Vesterport which I found very useful. The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Everything in the room worked well and was clean. The buffet breakfast selection was amazing and very good value.

A few tea bags in the room would be appreciated, rather than just coffee.

Very worn rooms, especially the bathroom cabin and windows. I had to change rooms because the window couldn’t fully close and it was loud. Annoying power plug layout (only one of them works if the main light switch is off). The first room also had stains on the carpet

24 hour reception, and friendly staff. Room a good size, clean, comfortable bed, desk in the room. Good selection in the buffet breakfast. Selection of snacks at reception. Can walk to the central station / Tivoli in about 20 minutes.

Slightly tired in rooms. New ensuites and carpets would be good. Quite expensive, but similar to most of the city.

The room was functional. I liked the breakfast. It was varied and everything tasted fresh. The hotel is near a metro station, so you can reach it well.

One of the worst hotels I've visited. The "queen" bed was not a double bed (and they don't have any double room. with a double bed). The room was absurdly small: if you have a luggage, forget about moving around. No real blinds. The room was not clean (blood on a pillow, plastics on the floor). No AC, no heating. Breakfast quality very poor. Staff not exactly professional.

Needed a reasonable, last minute room booking upon arrival, and this did the job.

Last minute booking when I arrived in Copenhagen. All very straightforward, and the cheapest/best value I could find on arrival.

It was still expensive for what it was, possibly because there were festivals in the city that weekend. Perhaps other times, this would be cheaper and better value for money.

Tiny rooms, bag won’t fit and you won’t be able to walk in the room if two people are standing. Bathroom without ventilation will be stinking by your second night. The same bathroom will be full of water if your shower is clogged which was our case.

Should be maintained better

The breakfast buffet was great. The price is pretty unbeatable for being so close to the center of the city.

The hand lock for the door doesn't work. The paint is peeling and there were signs that the room wasn't properly cleaned. Wifi is pretty bad inside of the rooms. You can't charge your electronics overnight because the main light needs to be turned on. There's no place to hang your towel when you shower other than reaching over the toilet.

Location was suitable for trip and the local area was pleasant and close to the metro. Bedroom linin was clean

The staff on our arrival were rude and had no hospitality skills what's so ever. The wifi was poor and hadly any connection the bathroom had a broken shower the basin was blocked and the toilet took multiple flush the plugs didn't work in charging our phones without the lights on, Not great if it's late and u want to sleep. Rooms are pokey bathroom super tiny and extremely basic

Well designed and located hotel that worked out good value (for Danish prices!)

We stayed in a cabin for four and we’re delighted with the well thought out design to fit 4 single beds. The location was good, a short and very nice walk into the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No aircon which meant the room was hot from the moment the sun came up in the morning until late at night. A fan would be a nice compromise!

the location was right next to the venue that had an event I was going to and was a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre but had a metro and bus stop extremely close if you didnt feel like walking.

I had to pay a little extra than booking said, it wasn't a huge amount (only £50 more) but for some people that might be an issue

you can not lock room doors, if you want to leave your luggage there is not any security you leave your luggage at your own risk small rooms personnel didnot allow to enter room 1 hour early although room was ready they asked extra money
