Very pleasant staff. Super helpful with everything. The rooms lack any charm whatsoever, and tre bathroom is small. in think the concept is that you feel like you're on a boat cabinn. But, if you don't mind, its decent and good value.

Nothing remarkable about this little hotel. Is cost effective and practical if you're staying a couple of nights. The rooms can feel stuffed and the bathroom a bit cramped. That was expected given it follows the Scandinavian style of older buildings in the city center. Nice touch with the train coupe style of decoration.

This time the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. I felt welcome and they gave clear and precise replies to all questions with a smile. The room was fairly clean. It is a low cost room that we book for short overlays, and the beds were quite comfy. The breakfast is a little sparse in selection and bland in taste, but on the other hand it is cheap and convenient. You get what you pay for. Only small issue was that the drain in the bathroom was very slow, so our showers in the morning turned into foot baths. But this is what happens and the front desk people made a note of it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. All in all exactly what we wanted - and with a smile.

The room had a strong sour smell, and when I opened the bathroom door the stench from the drains was overwhelming - it made me want to throw up. I contacted reception, and while the receptionist was friendly, he couldn’t offer a solution since the hotel was fully booked. He tried to fix the problem himself but without success and I don't know if he tried.. Later, I asked another receptionist if anything could be done and was told housekeeping would check the next day. However, nothing was done. When I followed up again, I was given the same response - that housekeeping would look at it - but no one ever came and the issue remained unresolved. The overall condition of the room and the hotel seemed worn down and cheap. The one positive was the bed - it was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the unbearable stench ruined my stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

The property was clean, small, and compact. The hallways smelled like a locker room. The staff was nice professional and helpful. It was accessible for transportation, convenience stores, and cafés as well as scenic views.

The hotel was good cannot find any major faults. The gym could be offered for free though especially when considering the price of the room. Luggage room was offered for free (unlike other hotels in Copenhagen). The room was rather spacious considering (i guess i was upgraded) but the bathroom room small but clean. The shower room had a curtains only. It was sound insulated. The most annoying thing was the power sockets work only with the room light switched on. I could not charge the mobile on the desk or in the bed during night. Only option to unplug the TV and charge it there. The location is good too, perfect in my case as meeting was at Forum but if visiting center the buses and metro just a 4 minute walk away and very frequent. I walked it too a couple of times. Breakfast i did not try. All in all a good short stay.

Not again, expensive and not nice room,even very smelly, the check in could only be exactly at 3.00 pm not a minut earlier. After I checked in i tried to put on TV to work - it did not work - no signal. Its not worth the money, hostels that are around the corner of the Lakes at CPH has much better service and are much more fresher. Obviously it is a black women manager who is in charge of this.. But the receptionist were very nice. Anyway for me it was a waiste of money just put your 100.usd to trash.

The hotel was as advertised, very basic. I would really not recommend the breakfast, it was awful. Nothing was freshly made it was all ready made food and nothing for Vegetarians or Vegans, not even oat milk.

Very "Scandic" design of the room. Don't feel it was big enough for family of four. Maybe there are big rooms but were not available for our dates. Location is very convenient and useful for business travellers. Helpful staff. They would change the sheets and toiletries every day on request. Free storage room.

There wasn’t really any good food are the beds are comfy, but a little disappointed that the upper bunks didn’t have a fitted sheet on them and that they were very short widthwise overall, it was a lovely experience just wished that there had better plug spots for people that have to have medical devices And that they don’t have extension cords to help with people’s medical devices that need to be plugged in.. I was absolutely disappointed when I found out that there was no laundry facilities cause I did pick that hotel and it said laundry on the app saying that there was laundry and then to find out there was none and it was blocks away for the closest laundromat..

I stayed with my 3 kids in a room and it was cramped! I knew it would be small from the photos, but it is TINY. The bathroom is about the size of an airplane bathroom and that includes the shower which is not separate from the toilet. So once you shower, the bathroom floor is wet. The bathroom smelled like urine even though it appeared to be clean. Everywhere else was fine and decently clean. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The parking seemed overpriced and the spots were very small. Overall I didn't feel it was a good value for the price, but it wasn't horrible. The people working there were happy and kind.

Bunk beds were comfortable and clean but room was warm; needed to keep door and window open to circulate air. Location is great: 5 minute walk to metro and 15 minutes to Tivoli. Soap, towels, cups, coffee, etc. are renewed by request at front desk. Breakfast is great but 110DKK (CAN$22) if ordered night before, 125DKK after.
