The location
Upon booking a deluxe room at a different hotel, I was informed at the last minute that the room was still under construction. Consequently, I was relocated to SP34 at the same price. However, this hotel exhibits signs of neglect and lacks the amenities expected for a deluxe room.
The carpet throughout the room emanated an unpleasant odour due to its advanced age. The shower tiles and toilet were visibly soiled, and the bathroom door required repainting. Overall, the hotel’s facilities are in a state of disrepair, warranting a significant renovation. Given the disparity between the room’s amenities and its price, I question the hotel’s pricing strategy.
The most disappointing aspect of this room was the absence of a refrigerator. The room’s dimensions were sufficient to accommodate a refrigerator.
In summary, my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I had anticipated a more modern and comfortable accommodation, and the room’s amenities fell short of my expectations.
