Great stay, highly recommended

This property exceeded my expectations, let me start with the staff, my husband is Danish, and his family is scattered all over Denmark, so we stay in hotels quite often, especially in Copenhagen, we stayed in 1-5 stars hotels but never like this one, staff are so friendly and they actually smile to you and speak with you, which was quite surprising for hotels in Copenhagen, the breakfast is fantastic and provides many options, the rooms are spotless, I haven't seen this hygene level except at the Ritz. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and a short ride to the airport. I love everything about this hotel, and I really hope it maintains the standards it has now. We like to stay at Frederiksberg to be close to family and this hotel will be our new home in Copenhagen. Special Tak to Amelia, Lukas, Sofia, Flory, Filippos and Rossio, great team

Fine, but I would prefer othr hotels in CPH for my next stay.

All employees seem to like being at work, they smiled and seemed to be having fun. Even though we had a room facing the road, we could hear very little traffic noise. We know the location, there's nothing to do about it, so there's no need to write anything about it. The breakfast was good, there was what was supposed to be there and even though the area is small, it actually seemed ok.

When you turn off the lights in the room, there is both the fire alarm that flashes twice right above the bed every 4 seconds, not good. It could be placed somewhere else. The air conditioning also lights up a lot right next to the bed - so it's a light show when the lights are off and you want to sleep. Only one side table by the bed, that's not good enough, there should be one on both sides of the bed. The electrician who is going to move the fire alarm can also fix the wires on the lamps hanging from the ceiling, as the work he has done does not look good. It seemed like no one knew what to do for breakfast, there was no agreement on who was in which zones and everyone was walking around with the best intentions, but without a plan - very confusing.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly however the hotel is in desperate need of a refresh.

The location

Upon booking a deluxe room at a different hotel, I was informed at the last minute that the room was still under construction. Consequently, I was relocated to SP34 at the same price. However, this hotel exhibits signs of neglect and lacks the amenities expected for a deluxe room. The carpet throughout the room emanated an unpleasant odour due to its advanced age. The shower tiles and toilet were visibly soiled, and the bathroom door required repainting. Overall, the hotel’s facilities are in a state of disrepair, warranting a significant renovation. Given the disparity between the room’s amenities and its price, I question the hotel’s pricing strategy. The most disappointing aspect of this room was the absence of a refrigerator. The room’s dimensions were sufficient to accommodate a refrigerator. In summary, my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I had anticipated a more modern and comfortable accommodation, and the room’s amenities fell short of my expectations.

Lovely stay, would return!

Good vibe, some nice extras such as the roof bar, happy hour and night cap.

No air con, small rooms and only one lift so during busy periods you can be waiting a while as it is also used for the rooftop bar.

The breakfast was awesome. Winehour is good idea and they encourage you to go jogging with routes of different lengths. The location is great as many busses stops are near and metro M1/M2 stop on the Forum station, which locate about 5min walking from hotel

Brilliant for a social and bar oriented stay!

The reception and bar areas are lovely and check in was easy. The wine and nightcap hours were fabulous!! Loved the arrangements with partner hotels too!! Breakfast too was sensational—fresh coffee made individually for you.

The bathroom was old and really needed renovating. Smelled upon arrival. Toilet and exhaust fan barely working. Also, some new power points would make a huge difference to the comfort of the bedroom.

good staff, they had a room ready for us to check in early. we had an issue with the housekeeping of the room on our last day and the receptionist changed our room because the housekeeper left.

superior room but there was no tea, coffee or water in the room. wifi wasn’t working. housekeepers did not do a good job during our stay.

We had requested a double bed and bath to accommodate our 11 month old who has evening baths; neither were accommodated or alternative offered. We didn't avail of the breakfast (so can't comment on the quality) as we were disappointed with the selection, given the price, particularly for a young child. No evening meal offering (or limited pizza from next door) made staying in (with little one sleeping) not so pleasurable. We requested access to the password protected Wifi for baby monitor and work laptops (which will only work on a secure network) and weren't provided with this until the final evening, meaning we had to remain inside our rooms whilst baby was sleeping, again, not so pleasurable for 2 nights out of 3.

ok hotel - nothing outstanding

- the hotel is easily accessible and very well located - the rooms are clean and luminous - the sole elevator can only fit 3 people but has its charm in the hotel

- having a kettle in the room seem the basic requirement in a hotel room and there was none - the gas for the fire on the terrasse ran out and that there was no way to turn on the fire so we couldn't enjoy the terrasse at all - no toaster, no oven... makes the breakfast a lil complicated - selection at breakfast is not really diverse and when staying for a couple of night you would appreciate to have choices

very good location, few minutes from a metro station, within walking distance to Norrebro. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was relatively large

The hotel's rooms feel a bit dated. The shower is somewhat old, for example. With that aside, the hotel was noisy at nights. There's a garden underneath the hotel, and on two nights at least people sat in the garden till at least 2:30am. Eventually i chose to sleep with earplugs provided by the hotels staff (they also offered to move to another room but told me we had one of the best rooms they had,)

The welcoming, the bar area and the Breakfast was really good. And coming by car it was a very good thing that they had their own parking in the backyard. In the room the bed linen was nice and the bed ok.

The rooms are a bit worn down and needs some refurbihing. Especially the bathroom.
