An incredible property right in the centre of town.

The property was incredible - stylishly decorated, spacious and well equipped. Perfect for the 9 of us. The location was perfect! Right near the M2 line for access to the airport. All amenities including a park, Netto and restaurant/cafe on the doorstep.

The rugs were a bit of a trip hazard! But that’s about it!

Great apartment in a great location close to lots of great outlets and amenities.

Great location, nice feel to the property, very helpful online and telephone staff. We felt valued as guests.

A couple of very minor things were quickly fixed by the staff, else this would be a 10.

Great apartment with all needed facilities.

The apartment is beautiful and the location is very central.

It's on the 2nd or 3rd floor (us standards) and has lots of stairs. With aged parents it was only possible once a day. Its great for families and large groups.

Amazing and so luxurious. We would happily come back.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The place itself was very central and also easy to find and get to from the airport. The flat was gorgeous and so luxurious. It had everything we needed and more. There were numerous supermarkets nearby. It was a very central location.

It needed a broom or dustpan to sweep up with. We dropped some glass and could not find anything to sweep it up with. Also some instructions on how to use the oven and hob would have been helpful. They were very high end but also very complicated to use and we had to google how to get them to work.

Poor service

We used the door code that was provided to us to access the apartment and it was wrong . We called and took pictures and video as requested and waited for two hours to get the correct code to get into the apartment . We are not satisfied with the service.

We are not happy with the service as he didn't provide someone to come to fix the issue . Instead 9 of us waited outside of the apartment

Beautiful but missed a few details

It was very spacious and luxurious. Beautiful wooden floors en stylish.

The shower curtain had a dirty bottom. The lights in the kitchen were not working and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door and windows open, wich was a problem because there was no curtain in the window facing the bathroom.

Fantastic stylish apartment in great location

Really spacious property with wow factor and really good location - felt like a very safe neighbourhood for families.

Really dirty tableware and glasses in cupboards (possibly because no washing up liquid and only one dishwasher tab). We had to scrub everything before we could use it. It was like people had just used it and put it back in cupboard.

lots of space, gorgeous design, 10/10. you will find everything you need (washer, dryer, kitchen appliances etc). the location is perfect: you can walk everywhere from the apartment. we absolutely loved our stay and will be definitely coming back!

Dangerous: Chandelier *FELL* onto my husband, and host never paid the refund they promised.

Nothing. The stay was dangerous, and the hosts were unhelpful and deceitful.

A chandelier FELL from the ceiling onto my husband and to the floor. Though they promised a refund of one night, they never did it, and simply stopped communicating with me. Smaller but other issues include the fact that they were not prepared for the early check in I had paid for. In addition, the dryer was broken, with no attempt to fix it, so we had to fly out with wet laundry in our suitcases. The hosts were terrible, and with the unsafe conditions, I warn everyone to avoid this apartment and all the other ones they own in the building. Furthermore, it's listed as a 2 bathroom. One bathroom is just a "toilet" and sink, so if you have a large party, it's just not practical. There was no "extreme" luxury. The apartments there are from the 1800s, and have been merged to create larger spaces, but clearly there was NO attention to safety. It was just a very dangerous situation. The property is run by Nest Collection, and they must be avoided at all costs. I have included a picture of the crash and then the messaging/correspondence where they admitted fault, promised a refund, and then stopped communications altogether. There were many more from this past month that they have not replied to. This stay and incident happened July 1, 2023. Frankly, an investigation should be started to check for compliance of safety codes. This property and all their properties in this building should be de-listed.

The location was great. Easy to find if you haven’t been to the city before. Facilities were great.

There could have been another full bathroom. Didn’t quite understand that you would have to walk through a Bedroom to get to another bedroom we made it work.

Dissappointing: Wifi does not work, overlooking noisy contruction site, poor sleeping facilities.

The kitchen table provided a workspace, the flat had a nice good bathroom.

Wifi did not work and unfortunately it was not fixed during our stay. 2/4 bedrooms are walk-through and not private and 2/4 beds have no legs leaving mattresses in poor condition directly on the floors. There is a very noisy construction site outside the flat, and rubbish is collected in the middle of the night. We complained multiple times about wifi during our stay but hosts many not be local? I received this offer after our stay "Let me know when if have written this 10-star review, as we will give you a discount code next time you stay in one of our many apartments". In view of the latter, it is interesting that the flat managed by Nest Collection has a low rating.

Very large and stylish. Great location and v clean. Perfect for a family.

Lack of toilet paper and basics like tea and coffee (eg there was a filter coffee machine with no filters) Small cereal bowls would be a good addition as they only had large pasta bowls. Sofas weren't comfortable in the lounge.
