Good location close to Train Station and Tivoli Not great that reception opens 9-5, it also closes during lunch break, which makes it hard to drop off or store luggage outside these times.

We heard someone screaming somewhere both inside the building and outside. Someone had been running somewhere inside the building for many hours. The receptionist was really kind.

Apartment was clean and roomy enough. Toilet was extremely low and not a lot of room. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Lift did break down twice in the 5 nights we stayed but was quickly fixed. Was not overly keen on exploring the area at night, some questionable people wandering around. Right around the corner from central station so extremely easy to get around on the metro.

Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. The blackout curtains and comfy beds assisted us to have a restful stay. The bathroom and kitchen areas were pretty good with the stove being well-functional. The apartments were in an excellent location. It was clean, nicely designed, two layers of blinds to raise and lower to block out light. Washer-dryer was welcome. It was, however, one of the smallest apartments I've had in various European apartment-hotels I have used, and more attention to basic equipping of the apartment would have been helpful. No instructions for using the appliances, which had just icons to figure out. Kitchen equipping left something to be desired. For example, some cloth napkins or paper napkins/paper towels weould have been helpful, but there were none. There was a filter coffee maker, but not even a few filters, which meant we had to buy a big pack and leave them behind. Salt, pepper: none. Mind you, we didn't want to cook major meals in the room, but you get an apartment-hotel room with a kitchen with the prospects of using it once or twice. No English-language news channels on the cable TV--no CNN, Skynews, Euronews (showed up in menu but didn't come on). There is a lovely garden in the courtyard, but it is padlocked when the reception closes at 5: why? It would've been nice to sit and have a glass of wine in the garden, whereas I wasn't very interested in sitting out there 9-5, when I could visit Copenhagen! In all, a mixed experience, and one that would leave me considering next time whether the cost-value tradeoff for the accommodations is worth it, despite some good features.

Loved the location close to train station. Loved having a kitchen and washer dryer. Most of all, really appreciated the staff particularly Marielle. She worked very hard to rectify a room issue for us. However, you might also want to be aware that only a few units are large enough to hold a four person table. In some units you will have to crawl from the bottom of bed to enter and will have a ledge behind you with outlets rather than bedside table. Nevertheless, I recommend this property.

Love how thoughtful Alina was. She gave us a list of recommendations that we were able to realistically check out. It was so close to the metro and Central Station that made transportation so much easier for us. If we’re going back to Copenhagen, there is no doubt that we will stay at Erik Vökel suites again. :)

This is the only place to stay on Copenhagen. The apartment was so well stocked, really cozy, everything we needed. Comfy beds, lovely facilities, great location. Absolutely no notes and I will be staying here again.

Amazing stay, extremely convenient to main station - easy to get around from airport and to shopping streets with metro. Only “complain” is weak wifi but it didn’t bother us since we were mostly out. Place is extremely walkable, and helps that it is self contained. Definitely one of the best stays we have & will be back!

We chose this apartment as it was really close to the metro. It was a cosy apartment with a kitchenette, and also came equipped with a dish washer and washing machine (with dryer function) — this was useful as a mid-trip break for us. However, as this was an apartment, there is no daily cleaning and we were expected to discard our own trash (bins provided in the apartment were small). The room is quite cold as the heating temperature is limited. Overall, a relatively homely stay, but would prefer a warmer room, a bigger sleeping area and more conveniently faced mirrors in the living area.

Cute little space for a family of four. Blackout shades are a nice bonus. Unfortunately, a bit noisy. Our unit had some windows cracked open, and since we didn’t realize that, we could hear every single sound from outside. In the morning, the upstairs tenants were hippo stomping around. Hard to know how quiet it would be if the windows were closed, but the noise coming through the ceiling was also frustrating. Overall a great location and a nice room, but we lost a lot of sleep to the noise.

We loved staying at the EV as usual (last time we were in Amsterdam). That said this property is much smaller and doesn’t have reception staff 24h. The common area was locked the entire time and it had very limited storage capacity for suitcases. Also, the area was very loud at night. Nevertheless, a great place when you travel with more than 5 people in Copenhagen.

Beautifully kept property on a boutique setting. A front desk person was available till the later afternoon and they also had a kiosk to check in. Room had beautiful views, modern amenities, a kitchen, washer/dryer with 2 bedrooms and a living room with one bathroom. You’re right in the middle of it all in Copenhagen, steps away from Central Station and walking distance to Tivoli Gardens. An absolute blast!

Stayed here for a week with our two toddlers! First time in Copenhagen and we loved the location - right next to Tivoli and the central transport station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room itself was spacious, clean and well appointed! Hope we get a chance to visit again and will certainly check out the brand in other cities if available!

Superior on site help. We were welcomed and helped immensely. Because of early morning flight arrival, we had about 6 hours before we could get into a room. However, our luggage was not only safely secured onsite but was taken to the room before we returned from Tivoli Garens in the afternoon. Highly recommend the property.

This property had everything we needed and one of the few with air conditioning. The receptionist Mariela was the best. She answered all our questions about the property and gave us useful local information. We would stay here again.
