Brilliant!

Great space and perfect location!! Couldn’t recommend more. Staff were so friendly checking in too. Definitely coming back!

Good sized and quiet apartment in a great location

Great location. We were worried about the risk of noise based on reviews of other centrally located apartments but this was not an issue. Good sized living room and bedrooms

Bathroom is small,and there is only one. There is no lift - which isn’t perhaps as clearly Ed-aligned as it might be, so be aware

Brilliant!

The flat was light and warm, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had almost everything needed for a long stay. There was even an excellent coffee and pastry shop just outside and a lovely view of Christiansborg Slot (palace) just across the canal. It was a wonderful place to spend 5 days!

The only thing I would suggest to the property manager, is the addition of dish washing detergent to wash dishes when the dishwasher isn't necessary, a cloth/chux to wipe down benches and tables, and maybe a toaster.

Location is perfect, in the center of the city. Staff are very friendly and supportive.

Bathroom is in poor condition, there is mold. Some of the amenities (lamps, sofa, curtains) need to be fixed. Needs a little touch up.

A huge apartment, great location, needs some maintenance.

A huge apartment, very good beds, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, big TV, big table and comfortable sofas. The information for checking in were perfect. Great location at the center.

Apartment needs some maintenance and a bit more cleaning. The shower water drains very slow, there are some light bulbs not working, needs more lighting, mainly in the living room.

Great location. Comfortable and clean beds and towels. Good internet.

Very worn down. Occasional sewer smell. Only one bathroom. Many lightbulbs broken or missing. Flickering and broken lights in living room. Some windows don’t open or don’t close. No blackout curtains in bedroom which faces a bright permanent light source from a next door stairwell. Few amenities for guests such as coffee or shampoo. Fridge doesn’t close properly. Dirty passing iron.

-Die Fenster sollte man Erneuern somit hört man den Lärm nicht. (Ein Nachbar hatte Gäste bis 6 Uhr morgens was eigentlich kein Problem ist. Die haben draussen die ganze Nacht geredet und man hat leider alles gehört.) Habe dann in einem anderen Zimmer geschlafen es hatte zum Glück genügend. - Zum Reinigen ein Abwaschlappen und Allzweckpapier. Um die Oberflächen zu reinigen nach Benutzung .😜 - Für die Kaffeemaschine zwei drei Kapsel zum Start damit man weiss welche mann kaufen soll.😏

De locatie was echt ideaal! Je liep de deur uit en komt bijna meteen al uit bij de winkelstraten.

De badkamer was wat kleiner dan verwacht voor een groep van 9 man, maar zodra iedereen zijn ritme heeft ging dit prima.

Ein toller Aufenthalt trotz einiger Mängel - die Lage lässt über vieles hinwegsehen.

Die Lage ist absolut top und lässt über vieles hinwegsehen! Auch der Service des Gastgebers / der Verwaltung der Wohnung war super! Eine vergessene Sache wurde gefunden und uns nachgeschickt.

Leider ist die Wohnungseinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Reinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnungsverwaltung hat aber angeboten, hier nachzubessern und jemanden vorbeizuschicken, worauf wir aus Zeitgründen verzichtet haben. Das Bad ist leider tatsächlich viel zu klein für ein so großes Apartment. Die Fenster zur Straße lassen von der Straße leider jedes Geräusch durch. An sich nicht so schlimm, weil die Straße wenig befahren ist. In einer Nacht haben sich jedoch einige Freunde, die offensichtlich gefeiert hatten, auf den Stühlen des (geschlossenen) Cafés niedergelassen und stundenlang geredet - da war an Schlaf leider nicht zu denken. Den Hinweis mit den Ohrenstöpseln also auf jeden Fall ernst nehmen 😊

Byt städfirman omedelbart , nytt kylskåp behövs .

Bekväma sänger , bra med handdukar/sängkläder. Fin centralt beliggende lägenhet . Stort stue där hela familjen kunde samlas kring bordet .Bra central läge i KPH .Barnvänlig förutom inslängda giftiga städ artiklar i underskåpen i kök och badrum.(Rodalon och annat )

Smutsigt nästan överallt i lägenheten , paneler dammiga , under sängerna fullt med dammråttor . Badrummet nedkalkat smutsigt , städgrejer inkastada i underskåpen , giftigt om barnen skulle fått tag på det . Gick inte att använda toaletten förrän jag städat om själv :( Fick börja med att städa ur kylskåpet som var fyllt med vatten i botten , fick lägga dit kökshanddukar som skulle suga upp vattnet i kylskåpet gick knappt att stänga utan dubbel kontroll att det verkligen var stängd . Smutsiga lådor i köket .. ofräscht! … Fågelskit /smutsiga fönster. Hygge/ mysbelysning saknades .. Allt såg ganska ok ut vid första anblicken , men sen upptacktes allt det ovannämde efterhand . Så trist att behöva börja sin familje- julvistelse med att städa badrum o kylskåp / kök .Synd för en sådan fin lägenhet och / läge .
