RE-Seapark

El tren que lleva a Copenhague centro está, básicamente, cruzando la calle. También hay, saliendo del edificio, un pequeño Lidl que tiene, aparte de productos básicos, máquina de depositar botellas de cristal y plástico y te devuelven el importe del envase (está dentro del supermercado). La cama de la habitación me resultó muy cómoda (no tanto el sofá cama del comedor). La ropa de cama olía muy bien. El apartamento cuenta con lavadora (que es secadora también). La persona anfitriona nos facilitó entrar un poco antes del check-in (que era a las 15:00) y la verdad es que se agradece cuando vas cargado con las maletas y no estás alojado en el centro de la ciudad.

Por poner un pequeño "pero". Al finalizar la estancia se debe dejar el apartamento "limpio" (utensilios fregados, pasar aspiradora, ...) pues los gestiona un particular y se le facilita el tiempo de limpieza. Hasta aquí bien, aunque no lo supe hasta cerca de la fecha de ingreso. Sugiero un repaso y limpieza más exhaustiva (desengrasante en el fregadero y en los cubiertos), algún producto de limpieza desinfectante a disposición del inquilino...). Pese a algún detalle, el apartamento daba la sensación de limpio.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to train station and a large shopping place with restaurants and lids super market.the host was kind to let me get in 30 minutes before at 2:30 pm. He is very responsive in communication and helpful with questions. Even though the apartment was too tight, it was clean, had a large sofa bed and a kitchen if someone wants to use. We didn't use it since we were there for one night only.

This apartment is not really a one bedroom, it's more like an studio apartment where a corner of the room is separated by wall with a tiny bed. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in bedroom. I would recommend this for 2 small children and 2 adults, not adults with teenagers. Also the extra hassle of cleaning the apartment and vacuuming before checkout puts extra stress on the morning of checkout. This is something the owner should be able to do unless someone leaves it really really messy.

Tout était parfait, propreté, gentillesse et disponibilité de l’hôte, proximité du train pour accéder à Copenhague en 13min. Le top!

Un petit détail, il manquait un séchoir à linge. Nous avons trouvé de quoi sécher le linge avec tous les cintres malgré tout.

Es war sauber, die Lage sehr gut zum Bahnhof. Für eine Nacht kann man es machen.

Die Umgebung ist wenig ansprechend, das 14 Etagenhaus entsprechend bewohnt. Es ist eine Einraumwohnung, in welcher eine Leichtbauwand eingezogen wurde. Darin ist ein Bett. Es gibt kein Fenster zum lüften. Man kann nur die Tür öffnen und dann die Balkontür, dass es drumherum lüftet. Nicht zeitgemäss das Ganze. Wird für 4 Personen vermietet, und es gibt einen Tisch für zwei.
