I was taking my wife for her birthday, I asked if the host could provide a bottle of local wine and local birthday cake on arrival, which of course I'd pay for. He wrote back to say he'd discuss it after I paid for the room, and I'd have to pay for the wine and cake in advance. . I paid one month before arriving as was the procedure, I asked him again about the wine and cake, and he never replied. I would not go back there.

This apartment was larger than most, good location, but could be better equipped and should be cleaned properly. We left

Check in/out was easy. The size of the apartment was great. Location was convenient to transit, grocery stores and take out. The outdoor area was a plus, but we didn’t use because of the weather. The location felt very safe. Several parks within walking distance. The owner responded fairly quickly when contacted.

Looked like apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived. Very dusty and a pile of unwashed towels in the bedroom closet. The shower looked dirty and had a stained shower curtain. We had to clean to feel ok to stay. The owner apologized but did not offer a solution or discount. The kitchen was sparsely equipped so we mostly ate out. There was internet upgrading being done, so no internet or power at times. Apartment is on a busy intersection, so bring earplugs and eye covers.

The location is good if you don’t mind city noise. The apartment is spacious and bright.

The property is located at a very busy city junction. If you are not used to city noise, it is very constant and loud. We would not have considered sitting in the garden for this reason. Disappointed that there was no hairdryer as listed. Did not appreciate finding wet laundry in the washing machine.

Verkehrslärm (um diese Jahreszeit ok, weil man die Fenster ohnehin geschlossen hat), Duschvorhang (zu lange und daher unten schmutzig und wirklich nicht schön)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen fahrradfreundlichen Stadt.

Sehr schöne große helle Wohnung. Zentrum mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Min erreichbar.

Die Waschmaschine in der Küche war mit gebrauchter Wäsche befüllt! Im Schlafzimmerschrank ebenso gebrauchtes Bettzeug und Handtücher! Leergut (Flaschen und Dosen) in einem Küchenschrank! Das Gartentor war mit einem Vorhängeschloß verschlossen zu dem es keinen Schlüssel gab, somit konnten wir unsere E-Bike`s nicht im Garten abstellen sondern mussten sie vor dem Haus über Nacht abstellen! Nur 3 Stundenparkzone vor dem Haus. Öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe (200 Meter) aber mit 120 € für 4 Tage auch sehr teuer.

Localização fora da rota turística, mas à 5 minutos da linha 4 (azul) do metrô. As fotos são fiéis à realidade. Recebemos todas as informações de forma clara antes da nossa estadia. O apartamento estava limpo e cheiroso na nossa chegada. Banheiro pequeno (comum na Europa), mas suficiente para nós, com um chuveiro maravilhoso e boas amenidades para banho. Em frente ao prédio tem uma pizzaria que nos salvou no dia da nossa chegada, pois estávamos cansados e já era tarde. Tem um mercado há dois quarteirões do local. Tivemos tudo que precisávamos para uma estadia agradável, não temos nada do que reclamar.

Sehr schöne, helle, moderne und komfortable Wohnung! Alles vorhanden. Topp Lage und Metro in der Nähe. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und preis Leistung ist sehr gut 👍🏼 . Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Alles war super in den 3 Tagen, als wir dort waren. Ich kann nichts schlechtes erwähnen.

Agradable estancia

Buena ubicación ,a 10 minutos en tren del centro, Zona tranquila y bonita, piso calido y luminoso.La decoración,dentro de la sencillez y practicidad,de muy buen gusto. La cama era muy cómoda y el ambiente que se respira en la vivienda es agradable.Apetece quedarse un rato más.

Sugerencia de mejora,pensando en la clientela femenina,dejar un secador de pelo…se ve que el propietario tiene el pelo corto…😁😁
