Great place to explore Copenhagen from !

Located in a quiet , very green and peaceful residential area with nearby supermarkets.Very good public transport links to the city centre . Very clean and all necessities for self catering available. Monica the host is always happy to help . Would highly recommend for two or a family of four .

Wifi was not always strong enough probably due to basement location and and second bedroom , nearest to entrance was too warm at times especially at nighttime, seemingly due to hot pipes going through it from main house , so temperature could not be adjusted .

Quiet place for quite a city

Fantastic location, a bus and a train to the city 5 mins away. The place itself is amazingly quiet and respectful, which is great; lovely sun coming through the window while having breakfast, that was a plus.

Good location in a family building with easy parking. Garden available. Close to 3 supermarkets, a lake and a nice park. The property is already older, the equipment and the overall atmosphere of the accommodation correspond to this (Does not mean it is bad). Clean. Everything you need for a few days is available.

The owner is pleasant, according to the agreement exactly available when handing over to you and handing back the accommodation. What is non-standard is the amount of cash deposit required. During accommodation, the owner will personally show you around and strongly point out the rules for using the apartment. Nevertheless, the apartment is full of orders, prohibitions and recommendations of what you can, cannot do... it even texts you not to forget to close the windows because a storm is coming. It somewhat unnecessarily spoils the overall good impression of the accommodation.

The apartment is in a really convenient district of Copenhagen with excellent public transport links and local shops. It is presented well, has comfortable beds and a good kitchen. The resident owner is very helpful and kind. She sorted everything we needed to stay with a 5 month old baby - travel cot, high chair and bath mat.

There were 4 adults in our party but just 2 comfy (very comfy!) chairs in the sitting room.

A perfect peaceful stay

Really quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Lovely host and so easy to commute into Copenhagen or the coast. Don't be put off by distance from the city, its very well connected and is a great opportunity to have the quiet of the suburbs while exploring the city life.

A lovely hideaway in the heart of Copenhagen

The place was in a very easy location just outside the city centre and it was very quiet at night. The hosts were lovely people and actually very helpful when it came to which buses to take in order to reach the house once trains had stopped running.

The floorboards were a little squeaky, which made us constantly worry about the hosts staying below us. It was hard not to feel like we were making a ton of noise past bed time. The price was also maybe a touch too expensive.

The apartment was beautifully clean, lovely beds and shower facilities. I stayed with my mother, brother and his wife and it was perfect for a family staying. The host was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Would 100% recommend if you don't want to stay in central Copenhagen

Nice "home base" to visit Copenhagen

A very pleasant souterrain apartment, good, clean, complete and convenient. And Monica is a caring landlady. Location is 15 minutes busride from city center, but bus stops every 5-10 minutes right around the corner, 150 metres from the apartment. There are also 3 supermarkets around that same corner.

Amazing apartment!!

This apartment is great. It’s very spacious and has so many amenities. Even a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer! It’s very close to grocery stores and public transportation.

Everything was fine, the hostess is nice. I have only two comments: weak internet signal in a two-bedroom apartment and this apartment has low ceiling because it is located in the basement. Unfortunately, this information is not included in the offer.

Great stay. The apartment is comfi, warm, well equipped and well finished. It is located in a quiet location. Free car park in the street in front of the house. Many grocery shops within a very short walking distance. 10 minutes Taxi from Tivoli. Monica the host can speak many languages.

No potato peeler and I forgot that I could use a knife instead . Blame my mother :)

Good location

The location is good. Since we've to travel a lot outside the city, it is a great location for us and there is free parking around the neighborhood because we travelled with 2 cars. Even when you have to drive into the city center, it is only within 15-20 minutes drive excluding the waiting time for traffic lights. The host is nice. Everything is quite complete in the premise. Good light inside the bedroom.

We didn't expect that the apartment is at the basement. My husband and friend who travelled with us both are quite tall in height (~1.9m or more) and they always have to watch out for the pipes on the ceiling. As usual, basement is always cold when there is no sun and with the drop of temperature, a heater or extra jacket is needed. Luckily after some discussion with the host and she finally agreed to switch on the heater for us. Bathroom & toilet is a bit small for big & tall dutchman. Pillows can be better. The wifi connection was very unstable and keeps disconnected.

Un apartamento confortable, amplio y bien equipado.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, amplio y confortable. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Ocupa la primera planta de una casa en una zona residencial, muy, muy tranquila. Hay supermercados y transporte público muy cerca. Se aparca bien. Y la anfitriona, Mónica, está atenta a las necesidades que puedan surgir.

En junio se hace de día muy pronto y las cortinas son traslúcidas, si molesta la luz mejor llevar antifaz. Por lo demás, todo bien!

Monica ist sehr leicht über booking messages oder über Whatsapp erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell. Sie hat am Haus gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit allen unseren Fragen weitergeholfen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und hyggelig eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber, und es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man brauchen könnte für einen Aufenthalt. Wir waren tagsüber unterwegs und haben nur wenig gebraucht, es wäre aber alles da, um sich auch selbst vor Ort zu versorgen/zu kochen.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen. Eine sehr liebenswerte und lebensfreudige Stadt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist typisch dänisch also hyggelig eingerichtet und in der Ausstattung der Küche fehlte uns nichts. Die Lage war hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen fußläufig hervorragend.
