We liked everything, with reservation that I would address in the next section.
The owner was very helpful.
The rooms were big.
Whole place was very clean
Ample parking spaces.
Groceries and breakfast shopping around.
Great place to stay with a big family or group.
This is a good place that could be a GREAT place with very simple work such as, painting the whole place, redoing the doors and windows with new locks and the toilets. These are not heavy investment and I would recommend it thoroughly for a better experience.

Really nice neighborhood, easy walking distance to Fredericksburg and close to public transit. Had parking also.
A little difficult to locate from the busy street. Could use sign or bigger street number.

It was a perfect location for the purpose of our stay, it’s very close to KB Hallen.
Wasn’t anything bad with the property, the only thing was that the bathroom wasn’t 10/10. But everything was clean and it was a good stay for a short duration!

Well situated
The property was cold very outdated and hearing could not be a adjusted , the windows and doors retttle and banged all night plus close to airport so planes taking off all the time was hard to sleep
