Functional hotel without bells or whistles. You get what you pay for.

The car park was convenient.

Tiny toilet and shower cubicle. The shower head kept falling down and the curtain stuck to me while I was showering. Mind your head if you bend over the bottom bunk. I’m not very tall and still I bumped my head on the sharp corner of the top bunk a couple of times.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to the metro, small rooms but effective planning, bring ear plugs

Close to the metro and train station, very organised rooms, small but very efficient. I stayed for 5 days and it rained most of them keeping me inside, but space is used very well. Self check-in very nice after a long travel when all you want is sleep

Small rooms but great customer service.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, very small. Bathroom tiny. Not the most accessible place I have stayed, but managed. 5 minutes from airport, next to shopping, near the Metro into Copenhagen. Was perfect as a place to spend the night. Buffet breakfast available. Wifi. Paid parking.

Any helpful tips for future travellers? Paid parking; pay immediately. Machines are quite tall, not easy to use for everyone.

Perfect stay for a concert trip

Comfy bed. Practical little room. Quite good usage of the space with some comments on the bathroom. Good location (close to the orestad train station and to the royal arena). Good breakfast, good choices. Good spread of the food and beverage stations so people dont que to much

The lobby was ok. The brief interaction with the staff at check out was perfectly pleasant.

To give context. I understand that there was a festival and Ed Sheeran were playing this weekend so the prices sky rocketed but this is also part of the problem. I also worked best part of 15 years in the Berlin hotel industry and experienced my self peoples dissatisfaction when conferences (IFA, grüne Woche) lead to insane prices and they aren’t there for that reason. The difference is the price to service. This hotel is clearly never worth more than 60€, this should be price capper at 100€ for events as the services are under no condition worth more. The rooms are boxes which is expected but they have no ventilation, two people showering once a day means the rooms are endlessly damp. The interior is cheap and designed to be easily cleaned which would be ok if it was. The bunk bead had mucus rubbed on the side, the walls were filthy. The bathroom was clean but the design means the shower sprays on the toilet paper. The top bunk bed wasn’t made and just laid on it, I understand the costs of housekeeping and getting up to the top bunk to make the bed costs a lot of time but it meant until I made it myself, I rolled over and touched the mattress under which was in healthy looking. The building had 2 elevators working meaning the long waits but the poor housekeeping had to endlessly wait making a time pressured job much worse. The location was not awful for us as we have friends living nearby but if we didn’t it would be abysmal as well. Most of these things could be overlooked if the price represented the service but clearly not respect is given to the workers or the guests.

Expensive, small room, no cleanup during the whole stay, some of the checking staff was rude, I asked for a fridge for my medication but it wasn't provided, breakfast was barebone for its price.

This is a great, no fuss but more adequate hotel for for Copenhagen. Easily best value in the city.

Straightforward and comfortable and clean, great value for money. The staff are friendly and solve any issues without fuss, the bar is open all night so you can always get a drink or snack.

The location, while a nice, residential and commercial neighbourhood is a little far from the city center, but for the price, this makes sense.

We took the Captain’s Room. The bathroom shower switch is not conveniently located inside the shower area but with the sink. It’s strange as you need to open the shower curtain to turn on and off the shower. Prefer to have bottle of shampoo/body soap instead of small daily pack. Overall, it’s small.

Disaster

Clean room and well-soundproofed bathroom

We were traveling in 3 people and tempted by the price we booked accommodation in Cabinn Metro, but sleeping in 3 people in such a small space is inhumane, such an offer should not exist. There was no possibility of opening/unsealing the window, which made it very hot at night, because there is no air conditioning.

Good basic standard hotel close to the airport of Copenhagen

Location is easy to reach with public transport from the airport of Copenhagen. Good for a stopover. Friendly and polite staff which helps me with checking in, as the self service checking in don't work by me. When checking out you can put the card in a box, which is a great idea. When in the morning rush hour, you don't have to wait the reception.

It's not in the city centre area and in at the location there is not much sightseeings. You have to go everyday with public transport to the capital city. It's good for a stopover for one day, but recommend when more days to stay in the capital city area. The room is basic, for me no problem for one day. For more day I would prefer an other hotel.

Nice accommodation

If you are traveling alone, pay a few euros extra to sleep on a double bed. It's more comfortable than being cramped in a bunk bed. The bathroom is small, but it was clean, everything was ok. In my opinion, the rooms are not made for a full-day stay, the rooms are small, only for sleeping.

The mattresses are quite soft for me, but I got some sleep :-)

Fair price, but far away

The room is small ( consider it really) and the bathroom even smaller, but it has everything you could want. Very close to the airport (S-Bahn) and to the city by metro. For Copenhagen's prices, it's perfectly fine. Especially as I stayed in an even smaller room in the city for much more money.

The topper on the bed slips and that is uncomfortable. Too little shower gel
