The experience was just perfect. We travelled during peak summer with heat waves, so being on the water made it ideal. The kids loved the swimming pools, while we enjoyed drinks in the sun and relaxed dinners in the restaurants at night. Overall, it was a really great experience.
My booking included breakfast, but on both mornings the staff member (a young lady) at the breakfast restaurant entrance stopped me and my children because she did not believe it was part of our reservation. I had to show my receipt each time, yet she still made us wait while attending to other guests, only letting us in after more than 10 minutes on both occasions. It felt very unprofessional and created an unnecessary inconvenience.

Great idea to travel and visit Oslo from beautiful Copenhagen. Professional staff and clear everything is designed to make you pay more money.
Everything was so expensive. Silly prices on food. You feel like a captive audience. Take your own food if you can from Copenhagen. Also conflicting info on website about booking meals. The internet is too expensive. You are a CASHCOW FROM THE MOMENT UOU STEP ON BOARD.
