Cheap but not that cheerful and not the Danish experience.

It was not too expensive, located in the suburb. Fridge was clean. Table tops were mostly clean. Bathroom was clean. Communication went through WhatsApp and was efficient and helpful. Hair dryer. Danish TV.

It wasn’t super clean. It looked like a university boy’s den. The towels/tea towel/ hand towel hadn’t been changed/ were dirty/ smelled. The remote were super dirty. Pots and some cutleries had food left on them. It was dusty around tv, side table. The carpets were really dirty. The floor hasn’t been washed for a while. The stove wasn’t working properly so it would burn food. It would switch off under a certain heat level. The bathroom would flood every time you would take a shower. Sewage smells. There was only one heater so you couldn’t hear the kitchen and the bedroom/living room. The advertised cleaning products are not disinfecting products. We didn’t know which flat we were as we only got sent a video but at no time a number. Very basic cooking items. We only had 1.5 loo roll for 5 days. Danish pride themselves for their bins but no facilities to sort things in the flat.

Comfortable in a decent location, but flat needs an upgrade it was like student flat from the 80s.

The distance to the Metro was good. There was plenty of hot water. It was self contained.

The pillows were not comfortable. The apartment was very outdated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The oven was very old and the knobs were broken. There was no bottle opener. We could hear upstairs talking at 5am.

Worst stay of my life

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. On my first day I had to clean 5 or 6 spiders (some alive, some dead), and about 2 per day on the following days of the stay. The bathroom gets floaded 2 mins after your shower begins. The apartment itself smells, from the kitchen and the bathroom, as there is something on the pipe. There were several stains on the walls and bedsheets, and spider net everywhere. The bathroom door is full of fungus. Additionally, the location is awful, there was an empty, broken and full of spidernet oven just outside of our door. Lastly, contacting the personnel is extremely hard, and they give no indications at all for check in or check out. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We couldn't sleep all night because of the commotion and the loud noise from the upper floor. I tried to contact the apartment provider but I didn't get any answer. I left the accommodation and asked for a cancellation for the next two days and they didn't accept it. Unprofessional. They answer your phone after 10 hours. The house was in a state of disrepair. Dirty bed linen and towels. Bad smell all over the house.Stay away from this apartment.

The house propose 5 flats. The flat n°5 includes a large bedroom (3 individual confortable beds), a large kitchen/dining room. NB for next users : the prices here are low for Copenhague, but its because you have to walk at least 10min and take transports during 20min.

Nearly no contact with the owner (only via WhatsApp). Dear owner, the cleaning has to be done ! Don't wait after the residents to do it... The bathroom has to be renovated and kept clean ! We are in 2025 not in 1970.. Train noises.

Okay ,tha black mould in the shower,the filthy shower curtain,the fact that there were no towels, (we had to retrieve them from the dryer],the toilet was stained,the room was not ready ,the garden is very unkept,the front of the entry was so high with grass,the photos where very misleading

Great place at a great price.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a private bathroom and free parking. The eat-in kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom/sitting room had two big beds, a nice sofa, coffee table, tv and wardrobe. Best of all was the location. It was quick, easy and inexpensive to get to the heart of Copenhagen by train. We had a great time there!

There was an outside area with a picnic table available to us during our stay. We did not use it however because the grounds were a little unkept.

Good for family stay on a budget with Parking

There was enough space for 5 adults or a big family. Private parking space inside the private property and not on the street, if it is a sunny day then nice place to sit outside and have food.

For such a big house the kitchen was extremely minimal, it had almost all things to survive for 2-3 days trip and do cooking. But for big house and bigger families it can definitely be better. Bathroom can be a bit better as well.

The location is good in a quiet neighborhood, the apartments are very big and well equipped.

Neighbors can be heard at any time, sleep is a luxury. The apartment looks worn down and damage is common. We found holes and broken things, some of the towels still had stains.

Bedrooms, livingroom and kitchen corner are OK, all listed facilities are available. Beds are comfortable. Nice, green, quiet neighbourhood.

Good for a short trip

Good location, train station is near to the apartman. There is a supermarket in 15 minutes away by walking (Lidl). Quite and safe area. Big garden. Easy check-in (it doesn't require face-to-face conversation).

Okay-ish for low expectations and the bare minimum.

The appartment was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the public transport and supermarkets are within 10 minutes walking. Communication with the host was easy and quick, it was easy to report a broken fixture and it was quickly solved.

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. We had to do the dishes before we could use them, previous tenants did not clean them properly. There was very little cutlery, only 5 knives, 5 forks, and 3 spoons. We were constantly doing the dishes, but there was no plug for the sink or a tub to do the dishes in. The house is very noisy, which is to be expected from an old wooden house, but we could also hear our neighbors very clearly. The bathroom is in dire need of a deepclean, the grouts were filthy. The couch is the most uncomfortable couch in the history of couches. The dining table and chairs are the cheapest ones available at Ikea and lack sturdiness. There was a TV, but the day before we arrived, the setup box expired, so we couldn't watch any tv (luckily we brought a Nintendo switch and a laptop). The appartment has a lot of potential, but doesn't live up to it.

It was very spacious and well equipped. Unlike other guests we didnt find the bathroom unclean.

We stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately the blankets smelled like old unwashed cheesy feet. Moreover the blankets in the living room where not freshly changed. It was very dusty, one of us has an house dust allergy and was sneezing all the time. When we first used the water in the kitchen it started to smell like rotten eggs from the bathroom. This smell went away after rinsing the drain. The staircase is really loud.

Camere mari spațioase, călduroase, luminoase. Dotări bune, paturi destul de confortabile.

Curățenia lasă foarte mult de dorit. Baia foarte strâmtă. La etaj/mansarda se auzeau toți pașii și mișcările celor care erau acolo. Duminică dimineață la a ora 5:30 am fost treziți de zgomotele și plânsetele de copil a celor de sus. Zgomotul a fost infernal. Puteai sa crezi că pica tavanul peste tine. Izolarea fonică foarte proastă. Daca as fi știut ce găsesc nu as fi ales această locație. Nu recomand.
