Good apartment to stay in Copenhagen

Full apartment with convenient access to metro.

We loved the easy access to the metro. The space itself was nothing fancy but it was a good base camp. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the kitchen was convenient. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer.

There appeared to be black mold in the shower. The stairs to the upper sleeping area were awkward.

Decent and spacious accommodations but with a terrible smell

It was easy to find and parking was available nearby. The key box worked well and we got access without any issues. The apartment is spacious and the living room windows offer plenty of natural light.

There was a terrible stench throughout the apartment, impossible to get rid of despite open doors and windows. It smelled as if someone had cooked Middle Eastern food and the spices left an awful, lingering odor. The upstairs rooms are very small with very narrow doors and the staircase itself is very steep and uncomfortable to walk on - also quite wobbly so it doesn't feel safe.

A terrible stay!

Nice apartment, dangerous internal stairs. The worst experience in getting into a property we have ever had. We arrived late in the evening and it was only by chance that we were able to get into the lockbox. The wifi didn't work for days, and we had to sort it out ourselves because the host wouldn't. The host does not answer phone calls and we were calling for days. Never met the host and they never returned one call, appalling! Only replied by text days later, avoiding responsibility.

Parking was an essential issue to us so booked this apartment, and it was described as having 'on site parking'. But because the host lied about the parking (there is NO onsite parking), we received a huge parking fine on day one that the host should be paying, not us. We are experienced travellers who have stayed in lots of different accomodation across the world. This is the worst experience of a host, and I would dissuade anyone from staying here. Also be aware that there are a lot of stairs as it is on the top floor of a 4 storey building, and there no lift. Rooms are small. Hard to find a positive unfortunately. It is a long way from the centre of Copenhagen. Quick to take your money but very hard to talk to someone. I can get an opposing platform on the phone in minutes if I have a problem. It makes me question using booking.com again, as communication is so opaque.

Good option

It was pretty close to bus stop . The kitchen had basic set of utensils that we needed . Overall the place was in good condition and all the possible things we would need were available . There was good ventilation in each room .

Since I was travelling with a small kid , I felt that the staircase within the apartment was a bit risky . I am not sure if I saw the pics of the staircase while booking but if it's not there please place one pic of that. All the kitchen appliances and cleaning appliances were available and in good condition except for the vaccum .. I had a tough time using it to clean the apartment before leaving

Beliggenhed tæt på Metro. Mulighed for opladning af bil i nabolaget.

Der var ikke rent. En konstant madlugt fra lejlighederne i opgangen. Lidt udfordrende med parkering. Der manglede basalt køkkenudstyr/service til 6 Pers.

Pæn lejlighed på 3. sal med lidt mangelfuld indretning.

Pæn ny/nyistandsat lejlighed. Beliggenheden er fin ret centralt i Københavnsområdet. Roligt kvarter. Dejligt med to gode altaner.

Lejligheden ligger på 3. sal og der er ikke elevator. Køkkenudstyret er ret sparsomt og passer ikke til det antal beboere, der kan være i lejligheden. Belysningen er ikke særlig hyggelig, kun loftslamper (der dog kunne tændes i to niveauer). Der manglede en manual til fjernsynet (vi fandt aldrig de danske kanaler). Det er ikke muligt at sortere køkkenaffaldet i lejligheden. Det var lidt svært at finde en parkeringsplads tæt på lejligheden.

Appartement spacieux et conforme aux photos. Emplacement parfait (à 10 min à pied du métro, puis vous êtes en centre ville en 15 min), avec ce qu’il faut comme commerces et restos. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Ce sont des suggestions plus que des reproches : il faudrait un étendoir à linge. L’escalier me paraît assez dangereux.
