Bit rundown. Needs renovation, especially the windows. Smelly when entering, mostly the bathroom. No elevator and fifth floor (with suitcases a stroller and a toddler)

Perfect location close to metro station

Lovely spacious, light and airy apartment in a perfect location very close to the metro station with supermarket/cafes literally a minutes walk. Excellent communication from the knowledgeable host amd always very responsive. Bedrooms were large and the beds were super comfy. Kitchen was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and planning to return in the future.

Excellent location, comfortable accommodation

- location - walking distance to the centre of Copenhagen but also with excellent transport links when with luggage or tired legs at the end of the day. Also proximity of lovely bakery and supermarkets - well equipped and comfortable - owner has clearly responded to past criticism, e.g. really clear instructions for checking in, WiFi etc - washing machine worked well. - loved the light in the flat and the views too

Very bad and did not live up to the advertised standarts and or description.

The location and that is it.

The place was dirty. There was mold. The check in directions were unclear and one place it said 4th floor and another 5th floor. It said that were was a name plate on the door with a "personal name" but the name was not provided - it was clearly a template that was not change correctly. The kitchen utensils was dirty and we had to wash them before using them. The beds, provided bedsheets and towels were dirty and had visible stains. The beds were also very used and in poor condition, which greatly affected our sleep. The washing machine was faulty - when using it, it started to vibrate and jump aggressively to the point where i had to turn it off because i was afraid of damaging the machine and or the property. Under the sink in the bathroom there was a bucket full of clearly dirty and used rag which smelled very bad. One of the radiators started leaking, so when i came home, there was a big puddle of water on the bedroom floor and my suitcase and clothes had gotten wet, and i had no option to dry them because of the washing/drying(combo) machine. When i called the host with the problems he was not helpful at all, and did not offer to fix the many things that were wrong and or if he could do anything.

Ruim appartement op mooie lokatie om Kopenhagen te ontdekken.

De locatie van de accommodatie. Op loop afstand van centrum maar ook Metro, dus daar ook snel mee in het centrum. Veel mooie winkels en parken in de buurt. Parkeerplek achter appartement gereserveerd tegen betaling was top. Erg aangenaam verblijf.

Schuifgordijnen slaapkamer waren niet makkelijk te bedienen, moeten nagekeken worden. De 5 trappen was een klim maar niet onoverkomelijk, we waren er op voorbereid. Alleen wel vervelend dat er in het trappenhuis gerookt werd door mede bewoners waardoor er af en toe een rooklucht het appartement binnen kwam.

Incubo in pieno centro

La posizione era sicuramente vantaggiosa per la sua centralità rispetto alle attrazioni principali.

Innanzitutto l'appartamento si trova al 5° piano ma non è segnalata l'assenza dell'ascensore. L'appartamento, apparentemente ordinato, era molto sporco. Stoviglie sporche, elettrodomestici sporchi, doccia sporca e fatiscente, al mobile del lavabo in bagno mancava un piede. Prima del mio arrivo, ho ricevuto un messaggio molto dettagliato da parte dell'host in cui mi spiegava come effettuare le procedure di check-in, il tutto accompagnato da un video molto esaustivo. Oltre a questo spiegava che avrei dovuto preparare i letti utilizzando le lenzuola che avrei trovato piegate su ogni letto e che, al termine del soggiorno, avrei dovuto toglierle e lasciarle piegate sul letto, pronte per il prossimo ospite. Ho pensato che fosse un errore di traduzione del messaggio perché non potevano essere riutilizzate senza un lavaggio. Al mio arrivo ho trovato i letti fatti ed ho pensato che fossero stati gentili a farmi trovare le camere pronte. Poi ho avuto la sensazione che le lenzuola non fossero fresche di bucato e, quando ho tolto le lenzuola prima di andare via, ho ritrovato degli auricolari sotto il topper. Quella è stata la conferma dei miei sospetti. Inoltre, la struttura è segnalata tra quelle non fumatori, sia l'appartamento che lo stabile, invece, specie il piano basso, puzzava come una vecchia portineria. In cucina c'era la porta della scala di emergenza da cui arrivavano gli odori delle cucine di tutto il palazzo e sembrava che stessero cucinando nel ns appartamento. Insomma, posizione a parte, non è un appartamento da consigliare, soprattutto ad una famiglia. E per finire, molte prese della corrente erano disabilitate e bisognava utilizzare delle prolunghe e delle prese multiple di cui era molto fornito l'appartamento.

Jó helyen van, de sajnos kissé igénytelen, illetve 5. emelet meredek lépcsőkön.

Városon belüli elhelyezkedés, tömegközlekedés közelsége. Tágas terek.

Az 5. emelten van, nagyon meredek lépcsőn kell felcipelni a bőröndöt, lift nincsen. Egy padlástérből kialakított "szükséglakás", a tisztaságon és felszereléseken lehetne javítani. A szobákban tetősík ablak van, amin a rolós árnyékolók kiugranak, használhatatlanok, cserére szorulnak, pedig fontos az alváshoz mert késő estig világos van. A zuhanyzóban alig ment le a víz, nem túl gusztusos látvány, a szerelvények, szaniterek elhasználódtak. Az ágybetét az az "olcsó" besüllyedős fajta, a nappali kanapé teljesen ki van ülve, szinte koszos volt, kissé kiábrándító ráülni.

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, aber Bad und Küche sind sehr dreckig.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Bis ins Zentrum sind es nur ca. 4 km, das kann man gut zu Fuß machen, oder die nahe gelegene U-Bahn nehmen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem und sauber.

Bad und Küche waren insgesamt sehr schmutzig. Der Herd war stark verdreckt, der Wasserkocher sehr verkalkt. Die Dusche ist kalkig und schmutzig. Wir mochten sie nicht wirklich gerne benutzen. Der Dreck war nicht vom letzten Gast, das war definitiv von länger. Hier müsste mal jemand richtig gründlich sauber machen, damit man sich wohl fühlen kann. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, das war schon eine kleine Herausforderung.

Ruim appartement met parkeergelegenheid op een heerlijke locatie nabij alle denkbare voorzieningen .

Heerlijk ruim appartement met parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. De 2 slaapkamers waren perfect voor ons als gezin met 2 kinderen. Hele mooie buurt en alle voorzieningen om de hoek. De Metro was een paar honderd meter bij ons vandaan.

Als je niet helemaal fit bent dan kunnen de trappen naar de bovenste (5e) verdieping best even pittig zijn. Er is geen lift. Voor ons niet zo'n thema, maar wellicht voor anderen wel. Als de zon schijnt kan het wat warm worden binnen, maar de ramen kunnen tegen elkaar open. In de ouder slaapkamer konden we niet goed verduisteren. Dus op tijd wakker en meer tijd om van de stad te genieten :)

nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement

l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il a une situation géographique parfaite pour visiter Copenhague très chouette quartier. Appartement ancien avec du charme. Il serait juste judicieux de prévenir qu'il se trouve au 5eme étage sans ascenseur, je penses surtout aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement ou pour porter de grosses valises.

Alojamiento céntrico y familiar

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación, en un barrio familiar rodeado de parques, con acceso muy cercano a panaderías, supermercados, parada de autobús y metro. Muy tranquilo por la noche. Además el apartamento es tal como se refleja en las imágenes, antes de tu llegada te informan por email de todo lo necesario para acceder al lugar. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos las camas hechas, con un juego de toallas para cada uno de nosotros, papel higiénico en el baño, una cocina totalmente equipada (incluidos trapos, bayetas, estropajos, bolsas de basura), y muy calentito. Tiene poca decoración pero es muy confortable y acogedor.

Quizá el aspecto a destacar es que se encuentra en un quinto piso y no tiene ascensor, aunque tampoco fue algo que verdaderamente nos disgustara, la escalera es muy bonita y te traslada a otra época. Otro aspecto, que nos gustó algo menos fue el baño, aunque es amplio y dispone de todo, tiene una instalación algo rústica.
