Right next to shops and restaurants and the Business School plus many more quiet streets close by for parking the car. O

Very clean floors and practical set up of cleaning products, soaps and schampos, all you could need for bathroom and kitchen.

A little bit stressful having to strip the beds ourselves but it was really more of a friendly request than a must so we were happy to do it.

Very dirty apartment, not recommend

There was vine, peanuts and fruits for guests

Apartment was so dirty. Bed sheets was not clean. There was some white hardened splashes on them and also many black hairs. Floor was dusty and you can not walk there without shoes. Also shower was dirty. Many hairs on the floor and red mold on the wall. There was some bugs also on the floor. And kettle was very dirty. Host was nice for the beginnig but after we were not happy for the apartment he was not so nice. Also tried to offer us 15% discount if we are not writing a honestly review on booking.com

Best experience from a host; great apartment with tons of space and many thoughtful touches

Great location in classy area, close to train station; exceptional communication from Tom (host). Huge apartment with funky decor, comfortable beds, couches, excellent kitchen facilities with everything needed for extended stay, including oil and vinegar!

Slightly musty odor due to being in sub-basement location and possibly closed up for a while. Needed to have windows/doors opened and a fan turned on in advance of arrival.

Superb

The apartment was close to shopping center, bars, and of course the metro. So easy to get to all the attractions in Copenhagen. The apartment wS big enough for 4 adults. Value for money.

Only items missing was little cereal bowls for the morning breakfast.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Copenhagen. It is just round the corner from the Metro station so it is super easy to get everywhere. The host, Tom, was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, he responded to queries promptly, and provided clear and easy check-in instructions. Thank you!

appartement bien situé, assez grand mais sans charme

vaste,bien situé, équipement de la salle de bain à refaire , surtout la douche assez propre mais pas soigné (fuites réparées n’importe comment :raccords de peinture mal faits ) cuisine correcte et bien équipée , chambre avec 2 lits trop étroits (0,70 cm) mais pas de bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur un grand jardin et seulement une pauvre petite armoire en plastique avec quelques cintres , salon vaste avec 3 canapés confortables , une table et chaises correctes

voir plus haut et en général cet appartement pourrait être formidable si les propriétaires soignaient les finitions ,installaient une vraie douche et pas seulement un robinet qui coule sur le carrelage jusqu’au lavabo…, je loue moi même des appartements meublés à Paris et à peu de frais je vous transforme cet appartement en un appartement avec plein de charme que vous pouvez louer plus cher’ c’est vraiment dommage!!

Echt gute Lage: Metro-Station um die Ecke, Restaurants, ShoppingCenter...

Es war recht unsauber (z.B. lange schwarze Haare in der dusche und alte Zahnbürsten; klebrige Teller im Küchenschrank), die Ausklapp-Sofas brachen teilweise am Kopfende ein, Es ist sehr hellhörig. Vormieter haben in der Unterkunft geraucht: Es hat krass nach kaltem Rauch gestunken.

L’appartement est à la cave. La douche est une bricole bon marché. Le carrelage est vieillot. Pleins de canalisations au plafond. On a l’impression d’être dans une usine.

Appartement idéalement situé à Frederiksberg. Hôte charmant, qui a tout bien expliqué en amont. Literie confortable, tout comme le reste de l'appartement.

Appartement un peu sombre. Le système de douche pourrait être revu pour éviter toute l'humidité au sol (mais cela semble classique à Copenhague).

L'appartamento è un seminterrato molto luminoso. La posizione è comoda: vicino alla metro ed a un centro commerciale. L'host è viene incontro alle necessità degli ospiti. L'appartamento al piano superiore era rumorosa per i bambini che facevano molto rumore ma ha cercato di risolvere il problema. La cucina è ben fornita. Abbiamo trovato varie cose a disposizione che non potevamo comprare: sale, olio, zucchero, caffè, tovaglioli

L'arredamento è spartano. Per aprire il divano letto si seguono istruzioni complicate per chi vuole rilassarsi. Le prese elettriche sono posizionate male. È complicato il sistema di accensione della luce. Il bagno è senza box doccia.
