A great temporary home in a vibrant location!!

The apartment is very spacious and is great for a big group. We were 9 and easily fit into the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and the interior is very contemporary and comfortable.

The attic bedrooms can be slightly cold when the temperature goes down even when the heaters are on max settings. Then the lights in the staircase don't stay lit and therefore makes it challenging to walk up and down when the lights don't stay on for a long time.

Horrible, ruined my holiday

Nothing

Where do I start, we were a group visiting family in Denmark and had rented this property and paid for early check in. Come to check in time at 1pm and house was in horrible condition and hadn’t been cleaned. Was promised a refund for this however still haven’t received nothing. Was told we would get compensation as we had to wait hours until the property had been cleaned which had ruined our whole day as we couldnt shower or get ready, and we still didn’t receive this. Everytime we chased them for the refund or compensation they we’re ‘waiting for a reply from the finance department’ its been over a month and theyre still waiting. House very cold, unable to find heating. Was told terrace was just to ourselves however others were using it. No intercom so had to walk down every time. Definitely wouldnt recommend. Had to pay for luggage app which they said had 2 hours free. Bad management. 0/10

Good location

-The place wasn’t clean -There was construction material everywhere -The rooftop was unsafe, the steps where coming down and was full of rubbish -My kid locked herself in the toilet and after one hour trying to contact the host we couldn’t, the police had to break the door, the host told me they had no keys, they didn’t even know there was a door with a lock. I understand it isn’t their fault that she locked herself in, but if they only accept families, they should be prepared and have the keys to unlock doors if necessary -The attic was also unsafe, the was no handrail and the steps were loose

Location

We stayed there for 5 nights and it's extremely noisy every single night till 4-5am. We travelled with my parents who are 60+ and a one year old baby and they are all very sensitive to noise. Therefore we had no choice but to book another hotel so they could rest. The property is well aware of the situation but did not communicate or provide any solutions, nor any refunds or compensation for the hotel expenses which is almost the same as what we paid for this property. We travel quite often and this is the worst experience we have ever had.

the location is the best, center of the city good value for money oven for cooking great outdoor balcony the property can be contacted easily by telephone number

few toilets and showers, there are only two toilets and three showers (one shower separately, two showers next to each other) there are no elevator, so we have to carry the luggages 3 floors by using small stairs comment about before checking in, there should be email about checking in procedure before the date at least 2-3 days.

Det var en central, stor og dejlig lejlighed med gode senge og sengetøj

Der var først varme på efter 24 timer, vi gjorde opmærksom på problemet og fik hurtigt svar, men det gik for lang tid før vi fik el radiatorer. Vi havde heller ingen nøgle til terrassen

Desværre dårlig oplevelse. OK placering. Ingen rengøring og sparsom varme var særdeles negativt.

Fin beliggenhed.

Lejligheden var ikke rengjort da vi ankom. Klistrede gulve, urin på toiletterne, sæbe som var opklistret i badekabiner, beskidt emhætte og komfur. Rengøringen blev gentaget, men det hjalp ikke væsentlig på forholdene. Herudover var varmen sparsom og vi havde 19 grader i lejligheden. Der blev tilkaldt VVS/maintenance, men dette hjalp ikke.

La situación es ideal. El apartamento muy amplio, con todas las necesidades cubiertas en cuanto a equipamiento. La comunicación ha sido fluida con los propietarios

Checkin una hora después de la publicada sin posibilidad de adelantarlo. Algunos arreglos sencillos en alguna puerta con la.manilla rota. Una alcachofa de ducha que falta...cosas fáciles de arreglar y que mejorarían la impresión. Faltaría alguna barandilla arriba para mas seguridad.

gute Lage, schöne Wohnung.

Sauberkeit in Wohn und Schlafräumen nicht genügend. Duschkopf einer von drei Duschen defekt und abgebaut. Türklinik einer WC Tür defekt. Keine Teekanne bei sonst guter Küchen Ausstattung.

Läget var väldigt bra då det ligger mitt i Stan. Detta resulterade i att det blev lättare att utforska Köpenhamn. Själva lägenheten var fräsh och trevligt inred.

Mellan balkongen och lägenheten finns ett ytligare trapphus som hade kunnat se fräshare ut. Rummen var också bra i det stora hela, däremot så hade det kunnat finnas en rums uppdelning mellan rummen på loftet.
